Objective To review the advancement of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) vaccine in alimentary canal cancer.Methods Related articles were reviewed.Results HSP70 can integrate with tumor special antigen to form HSP70 polypeptide compound.To activate the special and nonspecial immune response of body,HSP70 can participate in the process of tumor immunity as a "molecular partner".Conclusion HSP70 has shown alluring perspective in the precaution and treatment of alimentary canal cancer.

4.Efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of angina pectoris: a Meta-analysis

To analyze the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of angina pectoris.Literatures of randomized controlled trials on efficacy comparison of Danhong injection and its components in the single herb pharmaceutical preparations (Danshen injection,safflower injection and compound Danshen injection) for patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were extracted from database including Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP,for all medical publications between 2000 and 2010.Meta-analysis was performed.The Meta-analysis included total 1306 patients in the treatment group of Danhong injection and 1280 patients in the control group from 28 clinical trials.The results showed that clinical effect and electrocardiogram efficacy in Danhong injection group were significantly better than those in control group (RR =1.23,95% CI:1.19-1.27 and RR =1.29,95% CI:1.22-1.37,respectively).The homogeneity of the total effective rate was good; however,there had a great variation in hemorrheologic and the serum lipids indices.Thirteen literatures reported that there was no obvious adverse reaction found in Danhong injection group; 9 literatures did not report adverse reaction.Danhong injection has a significant therapeutic effect and safety in patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.

7. Effect of lactuside B on the expression of CHOP mRNA in rats' cerebral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of lactuside B on CHOP mRNA expression in rat's cerebral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia injury. METHODS: Male SD rats of 280-320 g were randomly given brain ischemia-reperfusion treatment for 24 and 72 h respectively and then divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group, and lactuside B 12.5 mg · kg-1 group, 25 mg · kg-1 group and 50 mg · kg-1 group. There were a total of 12 groups with 4 rats in each group. The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by cerebral artery occlusion for 2 h. The animals with neurological missing symptom scores of 1-3 were selected for the experiment. All the animals were intraperitoneally injected corresponding experimental drugs after reperfusion for 24 and 72 h and then sacrificed. RT-PCR was used to detected the expression of CHOP mRNA in the cerebral and hippocampus at different time. RESULTS: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury for 24 and 72 h, the neurological deficits scores of the model group animals were significantly higher compared with the sham group (P < 0.01); the neurological deficit scores of the animals were decreased for positive control group and all lactuside B groups compared with model group (P < 0.01). All of the three dosage(12.5, 25 and 50 mg · kg-1) of lactuside B could reduce CHOP mRNA expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus compared with the model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the majority of lactuside B groups were superior to the positive control drug nimodip-ine(P < 0.01). There was a good dose-effect relationship for lactuside B in general, but only the middle dose group showed good time-effect relationship. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the anti-cerebral ischemia effect of lactuside B may be related with the down-regulation of CHOP mRNA expression in cortex and hippocampus. 9.Preparation of nimodipine-loaded PLEG copolymer nanoparticles and quality evaluation

Objective To improve the poor water-solubility of nimodipine,nimodipine-loaded PLEG copoly- met nanopartieles were prepared to avoid the sedimentation of its crystal from water,which could also shun the blood vessel stimulation caused by ethanol,a cosolvent,in the injection.Methods Solvent evaporation method was used to prepare water-dispersing nimodipine-loaded nanoparticles,whose lyophilized powder was further prepared,with PLEG2000 as drug carrier.Particle size,Zeta potential,embedding ratio,drug loading,shape and redispersion ability of the lyophilized powder were determined.Results Concerning the lyophilized nanoparticle powders,the particle sizes were 136nm,the Zeta potentials were -29.90mV,the embedding ratio was 67.9% and the drug loading was 6.17%.Conclusion Prepared nimodipine-loaded nanoparticles solved the problem of poor water-solubility of ni- modipine basically.It also avoided the recrystallization process of the drug and reduced the blood vessel stimulation caused by ethanol in the injection.
