1.The related factors of endometrial cancer induced by obesity
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(10):789-792
Large amounts of clinical studies and epidemiological data have confirmed that obesity is closely related to the development and progression of endometrial cancer. The mechanism of the endometrial cancer may be involved estrogen,insulin,insulin-like growth factor, leptin, adiponectin, resistin fat factor, inflammatory factors and so on.
2.Efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of angina pectoris: a Meta-analysis
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2013;(1):66-69
To analyze the efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of angina pectoris.Literatures of randomized controlled trials on efficacy comparison of Danhong injection and its components in the single herb pharmaceutical preparations (Danshen injection, safflower injection and compound Danshen injection) for patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease were extracted from database including Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP,for all medical publications between 2000 and 2010.Meta-analysis was performed. The Meta-analysis included total 1306 patients in the treatment group of Danhong injection and 1280 patients in the control group from 28 clinical trials. The results showed that clinical effect and electrocardiogram efficacy in Danhong injection group were significantly better than those in control group (RR =1.23,95% CI:1.19-1.27 and RR =1.29,95% CI:1.22-1.37,respectively).The homogeneity of the total effective rate was good; however, there had a great variation in hemorrheologic and the serum lipids indices.Thirteen literatures reported that there was no obvious adverse reaction found in Danhong injection group; 9 literatures did not report adverse reaction.Danhong injection has a significant therapeutic effect and safety in patients with angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(11):-
Objective To research the correlation between SOD and TXB2/6-k-PGF1? and relationship with TCM syndrome in stroke patients. Methods A contrast test on blood SOD and plasma TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1? was given separately to two groups, one group was 74 cases with stroke and the control group was 36 cases in health. Results Content of b1ood SOD in stroke group reduced remarkably compared with the health group (P

Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(06):-
Objective To review the advancement of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) vaccine in alimentary canal cancer. Methods Related articles were reviewed. Results HSP70 can integrate with tumor special antigen to form HSP70 polypeptide compound. To activate the special and nonspecial immune response of body,HSP70 can participate in the process of tumor immunity as a "molecular partner".Conclusion HSP70 has shown alluring perspective in the precaution and treatment of alimentary canal cancer.

7. Effect of lactuside B on the expression of CHOP mRNA in rats' cerebral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2013;48(1):39-43
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of lactuside B on CHOP mRNA expression in rat's cerebral cortex and hippocampus after cerebral ischemia injury. METHODS: Male SD rats of 280-320 g were randomly given brain ischemia-reperfusion treatment for 24 and 72 h respectively and then divided into sham operation group, model group, positive control group, and lactuside B 12.5 mg · kg-1 group, 25 mg · kg-1 group and 50 mg · kg-1 group. There were a total of 12 groups with 4 rats in each group. The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model was established by cerebral artery occlusion for 2 h. The animals with neurological missing symptom scores of 1-3 were selected for the experiment. All the animals were intraperitoneally injected corresponding experimental drugs after reperfusion for 24 and 72 h and then sacrificed. RT-PCR was used to detected the expression of CHOP mRNA in the cerebral and hippocampus at different time. RESULTS: After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury for 24 and 72 h, the neurological deficits scores of the model group animals were significantly higher compared with the sham group (P < 0.01); the neurological deficit scores of the animals were decreased for positive control group and all lactuside B groups compared with model group (P < 0.01). All of the three dosage(12.5, 25 and 50 mg · kg-1) of lactuside B could reduce CHOP mRNA expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus compared with the model group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), and the majority of lactuside B groups were superior to the positive control drug nimodip-ine(P < 0.01). There was a good dose-effect relationship for lactuside B in general, but only the middle dose group showed good time-effect relationship. CONCLUSION: The results suggest that the anti-cerebral ischemia effect of lactuside B may be related with the down-regulation of CHOP mRNA expression in cortex and hippocampus. Lactuside B is worthy of development. Copyright 2013 by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association.

Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(4):331-332
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zhiyang (GV9) in treating stomachache due to deficient cold.MethodEligible subjects with stomachache due to deficient cold were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was intervened by ginger-partitioned moxibustion at Zhiyang, while the control group was by conventional acupuncture treatment. The clinical efficacies were then observed.ResultThe total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control group, and the total effective rate of the treatment groupwas significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionGinger-partitioned moxibustion can produce a better therapeutic efficacy in treating stomachache due to deficient cold than conventional acupuncture.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(03):-
The fingerprints of Panax Notoginseng medicinal material, intermediate product and injection were detected and 75% ethanol was confirmed as the most suitable extracting solution. Notoginsenoside R 1 and ginsenoside R g1, R f, Rb 1, R d, R e etc. were indentified by LC/MS technigue. The fingerprints of medicinal material, intermediate product and injection were compared with each other.
