1.Effect of Asarone Injection on Airway Inflammation Factor in Asthmatic Children
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of asarone injection on terms of airway inflammation factor in asthmatic children.(Metho)ds Sixty asthmatic children were chosen and divided randomly into methotrexate group and control group. In the methotrexate group, intravenous injection with 2 times per day was given. The concentration of the injection solution was 0.01%,which was mixed by(0.5 mg/kg) asarone injection and 10% glucose injection. In control group, intravenous injection once per day was given. The solution consisted of 4-6 mg/kg aminophyline injection and 100 mL 5% glucose injection.Every 7 continuous days was taken as one process stage. Two process stages were observed during the experiments. Results After two weeks, the eosinophils and the macrophage were changed significantly(P
2.Influence of Cirrhotic Portal Hypertension and Its Complications on Liver Transplantation
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(03):-
Objective To explore the influence of cirrhotic portal hypertension and its complications on liver transplantation. Methods The literatures of the recent years on influence of hepatic cirrhotic portal hypertension on liver transplantation were reviewed. Results Splenomegaly, hypersplenism, portal vein thrombosis, portosystemic shunt and collateral flow in cirrhotic patients will increase the difficulty of liver transplantation and lead to more postoperative complications. Appropriate handling of these conditions can achieve a higher success rate of liver transplantation. Conclusion Correct management of end-stage cirrhotic portal hypertension and its complications can expand the indications of liver transplantation and improve long-term survival rates.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the application of open beat to beat techniques recording His bundle activity without digital averaging. Methods Recording was performed with very low noise, high gain amplifiers and by analog filtering. 3 brigade amplifiers and 16 bite A/D were connected to a microcomputer by USB. The signal was processed by A pattern recognition plus digital filtering software. The subjects were in a supine position during the recording. Results A prominent waveform was observed between the atrial and ventricular complexes and corresponded to His bundle activity in 46 volunteers. Recordings in 8 patients were compared with records obtained by intracardiac electrode, and a good conformation was seen. Conclusion The noninvasive method of beat to beat surface recording of His bundle activity has broad clinical applicability and high utility for the patients with latent A-V block and eletrophysiologic study.

Objective To evaluate a noninvasive method which has been applied on human subjects to observe beat to beat activity of the His bundle potential. Methods Recording was performed with very low noise, high gain amplifiers and by analog filtering. 3-brigade amplifiers and 16-bite A/D were connected to a microcomputer by USB. The signal was processed by a combined pattern recognition and digital filtering software. Results The results of surface monitoring were compared with intracardiac method in 30 patients. The results of non-invasive method were consistent with that interventional method. A prominent waveform was observed between the atrial and ventricular complexes (A, H, V waves), and corresponded to His bundle activity in all patients. Conclusion The noninvasive method of beat to beat surface recording of His bundle activity has broad clinical applicability and high utility for the patients with latent A-V block and eletrophysiologic study.

Oxidation of white phosphor, us by peroxides to produce mono-alkyl phosphate in the alcoholic solution has been studied under non-and catalytic conditions. In this paper, the mechanism of the oxidation process was analyzed. The content of mono-alkyl phosphalte in the product is affected by different types of alcoholic solution and peroxide solvent. The result shows the availabulity of the following order for the activity of the peroxide solvent and alcoholic solutions-tert-butyl hydroperoxide>(di) benzoyl peroxide>hydroperoxide; methanol> n-butyl alcohol> phenol. Under optimized reaction conditions: n (a white phosphorus) : n( tert-butyl hydroperoxide) : n (methanol)= 1:10:12, reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 2.5 h, products of 80.0% mono-alkyl phosphonates can be provided when white phosphorus undergoes oxidation by tert-butyl hydroperoxide in the methanol solutions. When Cu (I), and Cn(Ⅱ) complexes are used as catalysts, it is possible to significantly enhance the oxidation of white phosphorus with the increase in the reaction rate. Th'e order for activity of catalysts is Cu(acac)2>Cu (CH3COO)2>Cu (C3 H7COO)2:>CuI>CuCI2. Noticeably, with Cu(acac)2 as catalyst, the selectivity for mono-alkyl phusphonates can reach 95% under adequate reaction conditions.
