1.Application and significance of molecular targeted nanotechnology in diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2017;23(4):281-285
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies.Current radiological examination is quite limited in diagnosing early HCC.Various treatments for HCC have definite indications, and there is still no effective treatment and prevention for recurrence and metastasis.Based on the recent development of molecular targeting nanotechnology for specific molecules in liver cancer cells, early diagnosis and the monitoring of recurrence and metastasis for HCC can be improved, and the specificity of drug in targeting cancer cells and the therapeutic effect on HCC can be significantly enhanced. The article reviewed the application and significance of molecular targeting nanotechnology in HCC diagnosis and treatment.
2.Effects of Electromyography-triggered Neuromuscular Stimulation on Motor Function of Stroke Patients
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):71-73
Objective To study the effects of electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation on upper extremity functional recovery of acute stroke patients. Methods 60 stroke patients who lost wrist extension even in the electromyography (EMG) within 4 weeks were randomly assigned to experimental group and control group. The experimental group received electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation, and the control group received neuromuscular stimulation. They were assessed with EMG, Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA), Barthel index (BI) before and 4 weeks after treatment. Results The EMG, scores of FMA and BI improved in all the patients after treatment (P=0.000), and improved more in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electromyography-triggered neuromuscular stimulation can improve the motor function of hemiplegia, even in the patients without change of EMG.
3.Concerning about the influence of diabetes on the incidence of age-related macular degeneration
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2011;29(1):1-3
Age-related macular degeneration(AMD)is a kind of degenerative diseases with complex pathogenesis and stimulation of multiple factors. It has become one of the major diseases causing-blindness in the elderly population in China.Recently, some epidemiological findings demonstrated that diabetes mellitus possibly is one of risk factors for AMD,and this will offers a new approach for the prevention and treatment of AMD.Thus,it is very important for US to strengthen the research of mechanism of AMD impacted by diabetes mellitus, pay more attention to the progress of AMD,search for a scientific and rational therapeutic way of improving the prognosis and elevate the quality of life in the patients with diabetes mellitus.
5.Exploration and Practice on the Teaching Reformation of the Course of General Microbiology in the Plant-productive Specialities
Microbiology 2008;0(08):-
According to the cultivation objectives of the plant-productive specialities, the teaching contents and methods, testing forms and experimental teaching of the course of General Microbiology have been re-formed. The reformation includes integrating, retrenching and updating the teaching contents, strengthening the fundamental knowledge, improving the classroom teaching methods and communicating in and after class in order to arouse the student’s interest and greatly spurs student’s initiative. The testing forms were also reformed to comprehensively evaluate the student’s ability of mastering and managing the knowledge. Through the reinforcement of the basic technical and scientific research training in the experiments, good teaching results have been achieved.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(10):-
Objective: To study the pharmacological effects of Zhong Feng Kang on model mice with cerebral ischemia and after restoration of blood flow. Methods: To make the model of cerebral ischemia and after restoration of blood flow with thread embolism, and measure the area of cerebral infarction and observe cerebral pathologic change. Results: Zhong Feng Kang could reduce the area of cerebral infarction, improve cerebral pathologic change on model mice. Conclusion: The results confirmed that the clinical data of Zhongfengkang would provide a basis of pharmaceutical application

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To observe the imaging features of coronary sinus (CS) and its tributaries in Chinese by using multislice computed tomography (MSCT).Methods One hundred patients [74 men,26 women, average age (58.10?1.78)] were scanned by MSCT,3D images reconstructed and the vessels courses evaluated. Results The CS and great cardiac vein (GCV),middle cardiac vein (MCV) were visualized in all patients,as well as left posterior vein (LPV) was showed only in 82 patients. The average width of CS was (1.98?0.41),(1.08?0.06)cm,and the average area was (2.144?0.37)cm~2.The diameter of MCV was (0.49?0.04) cm and its angle with CS was (73.98?5.82)?.The GCV remained in the same axis as the CS in the left atrioventricular groove, its average diameter was (0.35?0.03)cm.The LPV's average diameter was (0.33?0.05)cm and its average angle with GCV was (74.32?7.81)?.The MCV and LPV in most of the patients drained to the CS at an angle less than 90?,and this angulation might cause technical difficulties during inserting a left ventricular pacing lead. Conclusion MSCT is a simple and feasible method to visualize the imaging features of CS and its main tributaries, and in the clinical,it can be used to evaluate patient's coronary vein system before cardiac interventional procedure such as left ventricular pacing lead implantation.
8.Association of calcium channel?1 subunit gene - 1551T/C polymorphisms with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2000;0(06):-
The association of polymorphisms of calcium channel?1 subunit ( Cav1.1 ) gene ( - 1551T/C at exon 11 ) with thyrotoxic periodic paralysis (TPP) was investigated by PCR-RFLP.The distributions and frequencies of - 1551TC + CC genotype and C allele in TPP group were significantly higher than those in hyperthyroidism (HT) and normal control (CON) groups. There was no statistic difference between HT and CON groups.Cavl.1 gene - 1551TC + CC genotype and allele may contribute to the development of TPP in male HAN population from North China.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim This was to study the effects of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HYSA)on iNOS expression in rats following focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Rat cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion. The expression levels of iNOS were examined using immunohistochemical method. The neurological outcome and the cerebral infarct area were evaluated. Results The expression levels of iNOS in HYSA groups were significantly lower than those in ischemic model group. Treatment with HYSA also decreased the cerebral infarct area and the neurological deficit score. Conclusion HYSA induced down regulation of iNOS expression, which may mediate the protective effect of HYSA on cerebral ischemia.
