Osteoblasts are the most important mechanoreceptive and osteogenic cells. The loss of bone in microgravity is mainly due to the dysfunction of osteoblasts.Research on osteoblast cytology under simulated weightlessness has made great progress in recent years.Current experiments are focusing on the changes in the cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, function and signal transduction in osteoblasts. This paper reviews the progress of the studies in this field.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To study the changes of interleukin-4(IL-4),IL-6,IL-8 in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods The serum of IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 in 35 ITP patients and 20 normal control children were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum IL-4,IL-6,IL-8 in ITP patients were elevated. There were significant difference between ITP group and control group(P

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
In this case-control study, the effect of insulin sensitivity on the genesis of cholesterol gallstones was not affirmed. However, raised 2h insulin level during glucose tolerance test and systolic blood pressure were risk factors in gallstone formation. Besides, less physical activity, lower serum total cholesterol and lower HDL-C concentration were found in patients with cholesterol gallstone.

Objective To investigate bone mineral density ( BMD ) after filling in the bone scaffolds with anti-tuberculosis controlled-release microspheres, and provide experimental basis for decrease of the side effects of anti-tuberculosis therapy after spinal surgery. Methods The bone densitometer was used to observe the changes of bone mineral density before and after the infusion with the artificial allograft bone (Group A), the controlled release complex of the RFP controlled-release microspheres-artificial allograft bone (Group B), and RFP-artificial allograft bone complex (Group C), respectively. Results BMDs of three groups before perfusion were not different significantly [Group A:(0.191 ±0.018)g/cm2;Group B:(0.186 ±0.016)g/cm2;Group C:(0.189 ±0.018)g/cm2;P >0.05].BMDs of three groups after perfusion were not different significantly [Group A:(0.191 ±0.018)g/cm2;Group B:(0.179 ±0.023)g/cm2;Group C:(0.185 ±0.021)g/cm2;P >0.05].Conclusions RFP microspheres using ultrasonic vibration method and the porous bone were prepared to controlled-release anti-tuberculosis complex .BMD of three groups after perfusion were not influenced obviously .

A simple and efficient method for fabricating a novel surface-enhanced Raman scattering ( SERS) substrate with good reproducibility and high SERS activity was reported. Cu2 O was prepared by mixing CuCl2 ·2H2 O with ascorbic acid, which was then used as the templates for depositing of gold nanoparticles ( AuNPs) on their surfaces, forming Cu2 O@ Au with heterostructures. Transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction observation revealed that Cu2 O had polyhedral structure and smooth surface, and AuNPs were closely deposited on the surface of Cu2 O. It was used as SERS substrate for detection of Rhodamine B with linear detection range of 1 × 10-2-5 × 10-6 mol/L, and detection limit of 3 ×10-7 mol/L. Cu2 O@Au showed good chemical stability, remained stable in acid, PBS and river samples, and could be used in the SERS detection of target in water sample.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous transhepatic cholangial drainage (PTCD) and percutaneous transhepatic cholangial stent(PTCS)implantation therapy for malignant biliary obstruction in the elderly patients. Methods:Fifty three patients over 60 years-old were treated with PTCS implantation (n=35),PTCD for internal-external drainage(n=11),or single external drainage(n=7). The imaging examination was performed for all the patients one week after surgery. The serum levels of total bilirubin (TBIL) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were detected before and after surgery.Rusults:Metallic stents were successfully implanted in 32 patients during the surgery, and 3 patients were implanted 5 to 7 days later after PTCS. Both total serum levels of TBIL and ALT were significantly decreased at one week after surgery (P<0.05). The mean survival periods were 11.5 months for stent implantation patients and 5.5 months for PTCD patients. Conclusion:PTCD and PTCS are easy to perform and safe and effective in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction of elderly patients.
