Chinese Hospital Management 2017;37(7):28-30
Starting from the reform result and influence of A County of public hospital reform, the reform experience and forming mechanism are analyzed to provide references for county level public hospital reform.Through taking controlling medical fees as the core, replacing policy break with mechanism break has a realistic meaning and applicable value. But the administrative type of passive controlling fees and squeezing the income of medical workers will produce a negative influence for the long-term development of health industry and for the future interest of local people.

Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yangrong Tablets (JYT) on mice with cyclophosphamide-induced low immunity. Methods Sixty NIH mice were equally randomized into 6 groups: low-, middle-and high-dose JYT groups (4、8 and 16gkg-1d-1 respectively), batyl alcohol group (0.055gkg-1d-1), model group and normal group. The mice received gastric gavage of the corresponding drug according to the experimental design. On the 5th day of medication, the mice received intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide 200mg/kg to induce the models of low immunity. On the 9th day of medication, peripheral white blood cell (WBC) count, carbon clearance test, bone marrow nucleated cells count, spleen index and proliferative reaction of spleen lymphocyteswere observed. Results The number of WBC in middle-and high-dose JYT groups and batyl alcohol group was higher than that in the model group (P

Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(7):13-16
Methods:To describe the connotation and construction mechanism of integrated medical service system. Methods:Based on the data of hierarchy diagnosis situation in China Statistical Yearbook from 2005 to 2015,the traditional medical service system and integrated medical service system were compared from the objective, method and core, while the construction mechanism of integrated medical service system was analyzed from the lead, control, supervision and adjustment. Results:Under the background of Health China, integrate medical system based on the purpose of health community, the method of division and cooperation and the core of cost management was different from the traditional medical service system which based on the aim of medical service, the method of competition and split and the core of ‘business of water'.Hierarchy diagnosis was the appearance/mehod of regional integrated diagnosis and the result from medial resource optimized allocation under the integrated medical service system.Constructing the integrated medical service system was the basic demand of medicine and health system reform. Conclusion:Constructing the integrated medical service system should be led by the performance appraisal of medical institutions, controlled by the cost accounting and adjusted by medical service prices,so that to make the benefits for the demander, the provider and the third party of medical service system to construct and share the health community.

Objective To approach the clinical significance of Clara cell secretary protein(CCSP) in bronchial asthmatic children. Methods Serum were collected from 50 cases during asthmatic attacks, 22 asthmatic children who were in stable conditions, and 20 healthy children. Serum CCSP concentrations were measured by a human CCSP enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results Asthmatic children had significantly lower levels of CCSP in serum during asthmatic attacks(P

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical effect of mild warming moxibustion (MWM) on acupoints Shenque (RN8) and Guanyuan (RN4) for treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) in children with cerebral palsy (CP).
METHODSSixty-four CP patients with RRTI were randomly and equally assigned to two groups, all received conventional rehabilitation treatment, but in acute infection stage, MWM was applied on the treated group, and intravenous dripping of immunoglobulin was given to the control group, all for 3 months. The frequency of RRTI attacking (Fre), the mean cough alleviating time (T-CA) and rale disappearing time (T-RA) during infection, as well as the serum levels of immune globulins during the post-treatment 1-year follow-up period were observed.
RESULTSThe effectiveness in the treated group was better than that in the control group, showing in aspects of Fre (2.38 +/- 0.64 times vs. 6.50 +/- 0.84 times), T-CA (3.92 +/- 1.32 days vs. 6.48 +/- 2.18 days) and T-RA (4.66 +/- 1.82 days vs. 7.64 +/- 1.44 days), significant difference was shown between groups (P < 0.01). The serum levels of IgG, IgM and IgA all raised in both two groups (P < 0.05), comparison of immunoglobulin levels between groups showed that they were lower immediately after treatment, but higher at the end of the 1-year follow-up in the treated group than those in the control group.
CONCLUSIONMWM on acupoints Shengue and Guanyuan has a better and long-term clinical effect for treatment of RRTI in children with CP.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(6):695-697
The principles of step by step, the combination of practice and theory, the co-existing of being implicit and explicit, the equality between guidance and autonomous can be followed to construct humanities curriculum system in content, resources, teaching staff and teaching in medical colleges for nationalities. Furthermore, humanities curriculum system must insist on a fundamental concepts that the human theory is the essence of medicine, and the humanities is the basic structure of medicine and the key to success is the training of humanities teachers.

Objective To explore the accuracy and radiation dose of the right ventricular analysis with DSCT(dual-source computed tomography)using dual-step prospective ECG trigger. Methods Fortyeight consecutive patients who were suspected or diagnosed with coronary artery disease were examined with DSCT coronary angiography and MRI ventricular analysis.Sequential acquisition and dual-step prospective ECG-trigger were used with 30%-90% width R-R interval.Full tube current output was adopted at 70% (HR ≤70 bpm)or 40% (HR > 70 bpm) R-R interval according to heart rates, while 20% current output was adopted in other R-R interval.Coronary artery was divided into 16 segments according to the American Heart Association.Image quality of coronary arteries were graded with 4-points scale. The DSCT date was reconstructed with 5% R-R interval.RVESV,RVEDV and RVEF were evaluated in DSCT and MRI.Results Forty-two cases accomplished DSCT and MRI examination. In 558 evaluated coronary segments,96.42% could be diagnosed. The average radiation dose was(2.82 ± 0.55)mSy.Paired t-test indicated that the RVESV,RVEDV and RVEF of DSCT and MRI had no statistically significant differences (t =-0.28,0.44 and 1.49,P>0.05),and the correlation was high (r =0.89,0.89,0.87).Conclusions The two generation DSCT with dual-step prospective ECG-triggered sequential acquisition can be used in coronary angiography and right ventricular function analysis simultaneously, which is high in imaging quality of coronary artery, reliable in right ventricular function analysis,as well as lower in radiation dose.

Chinese journal of integrative medicine 2009;15(6):454-457
OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of warming moxibustion on Shenque acupoint (RN8) for the treatment of acute diarrhea in children with infantile cerebral palsy (ICP).
METHODSClinical observation was performed on 60 ICP children suffering from acute diarrhea, who were randomly assigned to two groups equally. The Mox group was treated with warming moxibustion on Shenque acupoint (RN8) and the control group treated with Smecta. The efficacy was evaluated by markedly effective rate and total effective rate after a 6-day treatment, diarrhea arresting time as well as stool examination normalization rate and rotavirus negative reversion rate after a 3-day treatment.
RESULTSThe total effective rate in the two groups was insignificantly different (P>0.05), but the markedly effective rate was significantly higher in the Mox group than in the control group (P<0.01); a significant difference was also seen between groups in terms of diarrhea arresting time, stool examination normalization rate and rotavirus negative reversion rate (all P<0.05).
CONCLUSIONWarming moxibustion on Shenque acupoint is an effective treatment for acute diarrhea in ICP children, with advantages of simple manipulation and rapid effect initiation.
