Objective To study the guided interstitial implantation of125I seeds combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer treatment in CT, to evaluate the clinical value of the actual.Methods60 cases of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer in Pujiang People's Hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were selected as the research object in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, each with a total of 30 cases.The control group of patients with S-1 in the treatment.The experimental group with,125I implantation combined with S-1 treatment.Comparative analysis of the control group and the experimental group of patients with treatment effect and toxicity.ResultsAfter different treatment, 30 patients in the experimental group, 9 patients were invalid, the total effective number of cases was 21 cases, the effective rate was 70%.The control group of 30 patients, 19 patients were invalid, the total effective number of cases was 11 cases, the effective rate was 36.7%.Therefore, the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The disease control rate of the experimental group was 90%, the clinical benefit rate was 50%, the control rate of the patients in the control group was 60%, and the clinical benefit rate was about 23.3%,.The control rate of patientsand the clinical benefit rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.ConclusionCT guided interstitial implantation of125I seeds combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with pancreatic cancer can improve the treatment efficiency to a great extent, to help alleviate the suffering of patients, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Manual Muscle Testing is a widely used muscle power testing method in rehabilitation practice. Although it's a key content in rehabilitation medicine and rehabilitation therapy, there are some disagreements in lots of books introducing the development and rating system of it. Objective To investigate the clinical value of King's College Hospital Criterion (KCH),Canadian Waitlisting Algorithm Criterion (CanWAIT) and Japanese Liver Transplantation Criterion (JLT) in predicting the prognosis of the patients with chronic severe hepatitis in China. Methods Fifty-five patients with chronic severe hepatitis were classified respectively by the three liver transplantation criteria.Those who were in line with the criterion were ascribed the matched criteria group (MCG),while those who were not in line with the criterion were ascribed the unmatched crite ria group (UCG).The end point of observation was the 90th day after their admission.The survival time and the mortality were compared between the MCG and UCG.The predictive ability for each cri- terion and their correlation with the clinical stages of chronic severe hepatitis were analyzed.Results Seventeen cases accorded with KCH and CanWAIT,while 38 cases did not accord with KCH and CanWAIT.The median survival time (MST) and their mortality in MCG group were 17.5 days and 100.0% respectively,while those in UCG group were 69.2 days and 34.2% respectively.Twenty- one cases accorded with JLT,while 34 cases did not accord with JLT.The MST and their mortality in MCG were 17.7 days and 95.2% respectively,while those in UCG group were 75.2 days and 29.4% repsectively.There were significant differences in MST and mortality between MCG group and UCG group with the 3 criteria (P

OBJECTIVETo establish a RP-HPLC-PDA method for determination of five triterpenic acids (pomolic acid, hawthorn acid, corosolic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid) in different parts of Salvia chinensis.

METHODThe isocratic elution and separation was achieved on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 microm), using acetonitrile-water (90:10) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL x min(-1). The detection wavelength and column temperature were set at 205 nm and 28 degrees C, respectively.

RESULTThe calibration curves of pomolic acid, hawthorn acid, corosolic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were linear over the ranges of 0.096 0-2.400, 0.1230-3.075, 0.2420-6.050, 0.2830-7.075 and 0.2730-6.825 microg (r = 0.9998, 0.9997, 0.9999, 0.9995, 0.9999), respectively. The average recoveries were 98.43%, 98.13%, 100.6%, 98.19% and 99.15%%, respectively, with RSD (n=6) being 1.3%, 0.67%, 1.2%, 0.87% and 0.43%.

CONCLUSIONThe proposed method is so simple and highly reproducible that it promises to be applicable for determination of major triterpenic acids in S. chinensis.

Objective To study the correlative risk factors of uterine cavity adhesion (UCA),and observe the clinical efficacy of hysteroscope operation treatment of UCA.Methods According to whether the occurrence of UCA,120 patients with spontaneous abortion were divided into two groups.The correlative risk factors of UCA were analyzed by multiple factors regression analysis.The patients with UCA were treated with hysteroscope operation treatment,and the clinical efficacy were observed.Results In 120 patients with spontaneous abortion,46 patients (38.3％) had UCA.Single factor analysis result showed:UCA was correlated with pelvic inflammation,gravidity,uterine cavity suction negative pressure,uterine cavity suction time (P ＜ 0.05),but UCA was not correlated with age,years of education,occupation,gestational weeks,menarche age (P＞ 0.05).Multiple factors analysis result showed:UCA was correlated with pelvic inflammation,uterine cavity suction negative pressure,uterine cavity suction time (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rates of hysteroscope operation treatment of mild,moderate and severe UCA were 100.0％ (18/18),93.8％ (15/16)and 83.3％ (10/12) respectively,there was no significant difference among them (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Along with the increasing of uterine cavity suction negative pressure and extension of uterine cavity suction time,the risk of UCA is also increasing,pelvic inflammation is also an independent risk factor of UCA.Hysteroscope operation treatment of UCA has better curative effect,especially for mild UCA,it is worth clinical application.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of serum procalcitonin(PCT ) ,high sensitive C reactive protein(hs‐CRP)and interleukin‐6(IL‐6)in children with acute respiratory infections .Methods 136 cases of children with acute respiratory in‐fections were selected as observation group ,according to the results of the laboratory diagnosis ,which were divided into bacterial in‐fection group and viral infection group ,at the same time ,at the same period 83 cases of healthy children were selected as control group .Comparison of the level of PCT ,hs‐CRP and IL‐6 between groups .The level of PCT ,hs‐CRP and IL‐6 before and after treat‐ment was studied at the same time .The diagnostic value of PCT ,CRP ,IL‐6 was compared .Results The level of PCT ,hs‐CRP ,IL‐6 in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) . After treatment ,the level of PCT ,hs‐CRP ,IL‐6 was lower than that before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The sensitivity ,specificity ,the positive prediction rate ,negative prediction rate and Youden index of PCR was relatively higher compared with the other two index ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0 .05) .Joint detection of sensitivity had improved ,while the specific degree and Youden index was reduced .Conclusion The levels of PCT ,hs‐CRP ,IL‐6 in children with a‐cute respiratory infections have important clinical significance .PCT is better and more real as index for judgement for bacterial in‐fection .Joint detection and comprehensive evaluation of three indicators could significantly improve the sensitivity of the acute re‐spiratory infections ,which is helpful for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation .
