Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the effects and mechanism of action of PSS on the treatment of patients with early DN. Methods 76 patients with early DN were given PSS 100mg(iv gtt, qd) for 14 days. ET-1, TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_(1a), blood viscosity TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and urine protein quantity(24h UPQ) were determined and compared between before and after treatment. Results All indexes above were improved significantly after therapy. Conclusion PSS may modulate ET-1 secretion and the ratio of TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_(1a), reduce blood lipid content and viscosity, improve hemorrheology in patients with early DN.
3.Research status in relationship between Survivin and lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2008;20(9):641-643
Survivin is a recently identified member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein (IAP) family which is a multifunctional protein with inhibition of apoptosis and regulation of cell division, and other functions. It is highly expressed in transformed cell lines and in a large number of malignancies, but undetectable in terminally differentiated adult tissues. Survivin play an important role in tumorigenesis of lung cancer. On the basis of these findings, Survivin will be of great interest as both a diagnostic tumor marker and as a potential suitable target for anti-lung cancer therapies.

5.Improving clinical practice via appropriate application of tumor markers
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2012;35(2):101-102
Cancer has become a great menace to public health in China.Tumor markers play a unique role in diagnosis and treatment of cancer. However, there lacks a systematic evidence-based guideline in conformity with national conditions on clinical application of tumor markers.Recommendation for the use of the tumor markers in clinical practice will guide the appropriate usage of tumor markers and exhibit profound positive impact on their clinical application in China.

8.Combined detection of procalcitonin and other indicators in elderly patients with acute respiratory infection
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;(2):213-215
Objective To investigate the utility of combined detection of procalcitonin(PCT ) ,C‐reactive protein(CRP)and preal‐bumin(PA)in elderly patients with acute respiratory infectious diseases .Methods Detected the serum procalcitonin(PCT) ,C‐reac‐tive protein(CRP) and prealbumin(PA) of 110 elderly patients with acute respiratory infectious diseases and 40 healthy people dur‐ing the same period as control group .The levels of PCT and CRP and PA among groups were compared before and after treatment . The 110 elderly patients with acute respiratory infections were divided into into bacterial infection group(n= 40) ,virus infected group(n=34) and mixed infection group (n=36) according to the pathogen type .Results Before treatment ,the PCT and CRP of bacterial infection group and mixed infection group were significantly higher than that of control group ,while the level of PA was lower ,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0 .01) .When Viral infection group compared with the control group ,all the indicators showed no significant difference(P>0 .05) .After treatment ,there was no significant difference .The sensitivity ,spe‐cificity ,accuracy ,positive predictive value ,negative predictive value ,and Youden′s index of combined detection of the three indica‐tors were higher than those of single detection in acute respiratory infection .Conclusion PCT ,CRP and PA can be used as the di‐agnostic indexes for elderly patients with acute respiratory tract infection .The combined detection of the 3 indexes can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of acute respiratory tract infections in elderly patients and can be used in therapeutic efficiency evalua‐tion .
9.Application of CTP in STA-MAC Treat Moyamoya Disease
Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(7):148-152
Objective To investigate the application of Computed tomography perfusion imaging (CTP) in superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery bypass(STA-MAC) treated moyamoya disease (MMD).Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with MMD who received STA-MAC surgery were collected.CTP was performed before and after the surgery for all the patients included. We routinely delimited the corresponding position as regions of interest (ROI) and obtained value of the cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV),the mean transittime(MTT),time to peak(TTP).The deviations of rCBF,rCBV,rMTT,rTTP between the affected side and corresponding area were analysed and the paired t test was performed. Results Unobstructed blood flow was observed in all patients received STA-MAC surgery after DSA examination.Increased CBF was observed in 100% patients and increased CBV in 80.95% patients, shortened MMT in 80.95 % patients, shortened TTP in 85.71% patients.Difference of CBF,CBV,MTT,r-CBF,rMTT between pre-and post-Operation had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion CTP is important in elucidating the hemodynamic changes before and after STA-MCA bypass, which indicts a crucial role in evaluating therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for MMD.
10. Inducible expression of Mac-1-FP in Chinese hamster ovary cells using Tet-On gene expression system
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(10):1092-1097
Objective: To construct eukaryotic inducible expression plasmids pTRE-Tight-CFP-CD11b and pTRE-Tight-YFP-CD18 using Tet-On gene expression system and co-transfect them into Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, so as to achieve the inducible expression of Mac-1-FP. Methods: The eukaryotic expression vectors pTRE-Tight-CFP-CN11b and pTRE-Tight-YFP-CD18 were constructed by recombinant DNA technique. The 2 vectors were co-transfected into CHO cells using liposome to fuse CD11b and CD18: the 2 subunits of Mac-1. Fluorescence microscope was used to observe the cyan fluorescence and the yellow fluorescence of Mac-1-FP. The influence of different levels of Dox (0, 0.01, 0.1, 0.5, 1, 2 μg/ ml) on expression levels of CD11b and CD18 in CHO cells was analyzed by RT-PCR and fluorescence intensity analysis. The adhesive rate of CHO-Mac-1-FP cells with ligand ICAM-1 was analyzed before and after PMA (1 μg/ml) stimulation. Results: The recombinant plasmids of pTRE-Tight-CFP-CD11b and pTRE-Tight-YFP-CD18 were successfully constructed. The cyan and yellow fluorescences were observed in co-transfected CHO cells under fluorescence microscope. The fluorescence intensity of the cells was increased with the increase of Dox concentration. RT-PCR analysis demonstrated that the CD11b and CD18 mRNA increased with the increase of Dox concentration. The adhesive rate of CHO-Mac-1-FP cells with ICAM-1 was increased after PMA stimulation (peaked at 2 h and 4 h after stimulation and decreased afterwards). Conclusion: This study achieves the inducible expression of Mac-1-FP in CHO cells. And Mac-1-FP, like widetype Mac-1, exhibits adhesive activity with ligand ICAM-1, which lays a foundation for studying the consisting dimmer, clustering, conformation and affinity of the ligands of Mac-1 using single molecule spectroscopy and fluorescence resonance energy transfer technique in living cells.
