The paper analyzes the application advantages of information technology in medical informatics education.Takes Shanghai Sipo Polytechnic College as an example, it elaborates the specific application of information technology in medical informatics education, including immersion education based on 3D virtual reality technology, two-way video teaching and other aspects.It also gives solutions on current existing problems.

Objective : To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity, and the influencing factors among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province. Methods : Stratified random cluster sampling was used to randomly select students aged 7-22 years in 11 prefectures of Zhejiang Province in 2019. Height and weight were measured. The general information, dietary habits and living habits of students were collected using the Student Health Status and Influencing Factors Questionnaire. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity. Results : A total of 33 800 respondents were included, 7 685 (22.74%) were overweight/obese, 4 729 ( 13.99% ) were overweight, and 2 956 ( 8.75% ) were obese. The multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that boys ( OR=2.059, 95%CI：1.949-2.175), not living on campus( OR=1.306, 95%CI: 1.214-1.405), history of alcohol consumption ( OR=1.158, 95%CI：1.083-1.238 ), average daily consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.214, 95%CI: 1.103-1.336; once and more, OR=1.431, 95%CI: 1.259-1.626 ), average daily consumption of fries in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.171, 95%CI: 1.065-1.288; once and more, OR=1.266, 95%CI: 1.102-1.454 ), and average daily consumption of sweets in the past week (less than once, OR=0.727, 95%CI: 0.658-0.802; once and more, OR=0.504, 95%CI: 0.444-0.572) were associated with overweight and obesity in students. Conclusion The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province are 13.99% and 8.75%, respectively, which are associated with boys, not living on campus, and consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, fries, sweets and alcohol.

Objective To study the correlation between preoperative dye exclusion test and liver function in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods This was a cross sectional survey.A total of 192 cases of primary liver cancer patients were recruited from May 2014 to March 2015 at the Second Military Medical University Affiliated Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital.Hereinto, 160 cases were male and 32 females, the male to female ratio was 5: 1.The age of the patients ranged from 26 to 72 years old, and the average age was 50.5 years old.ICG 15 minutes retention rate of ICG clearance test was determined by PDD method in 192 cases of primary liver cancer patients.ICGR15 value was stratified into three stages: ICGR15 ＜ 10％ , ICGR1510％-20％ , and ICGR15 ＞ 20％.The ICGR15 stage of patients with different ChildPugh grades was analyzed.The biological liver function indexes of patients were simultaneous detected including TBIL, TBA, TP, ALB, PA, ALT, AST, PT-INR, HA, LN, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, APRI, PLT etc.The correlations of ICGR15 and biological indexes of liver function were analyzed using Spearman nonparametric correlation analysis.Results (1) ICGR15 was positively correlated with Child-Pugh grade (r =0.477, P ＜ 0.01) in the 192 cases of HCC.The hierarchical analysis showed that there were significant differences between ICGR15 and different Child-Pugh grades (P ＜ O.05).(2) Child-Pugh classification and ICGR15 comparison further showed that, ICGR15 increased with Child-Pugh grade.While ICG plasma clearance rate (ICGK) and effective hepatic blood flow (EHBF) reduced (P ＜ 0.05).(3) The correlation analysis between ICGR15 and biological indexes of liver function showed that: ICGR15 was positively correlated with TBIL,TBA, ALT, AST, AFU, GGT, PT-INR, HA, LN, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and APRI index [(AST/ULN) × 100/ PLT (× 109/L)] (r =0.422, 0.389, 0.219, 0.301, 0.219, 0.244, 0.325, 0.652,0.403, 0.523, 0.519, 0.434, P ＜ 0.05);and was negatively correlated with TP, ALB, PA, SOD, WBC, PLT (r =-0.290,-0.532, 0.546, 0.531, 0.256, 0.327, P＜ 0.05).Conclusions ICGR15 as a indicator for liver reserved and dynamic function can comprehensively reflect the liver reserve function is associated with the existing Child-Pugh grades and liver function biochemical indexes.Therefore, ICGR15 could be served as a sensitive index reflecting the preoperative liver reserve function.

Aim To investigate the changes in the ex-pression of WNK1 in spinal cord of a rat model with bone cancer pain. Methods Female SD rats, weig-hing 170 ~200 g, were randomly divided into three groups:normal control group (group C, n=3), sham operation group ( group S, n =3 ) and bone cancer pain group ( group BCP, n =24 ) . Group C was not given any treatment, and group S was injected into the bone marrow of left tibia with 5 μl PBS solution while group BCP with 5 μl WALKER 256 mammary gland cancer cell suspension (approximately 1 × 105 cells). Mechanical paw withdrawal threshold ( MWT ) was measured at d1 before inoculation ( baseline) and d3, 6,9,10,11,12 after inoculation. Group S and C were sacrificed at d 12 while group BCP at d 3 ,6 ,9 ,12 after inoculation and spinal cord ( L4~6 ) were removed at different time points for detection of WNK1 mRNA ex-pression by qRT-PCR and WNK1 protein expression by Western blot. Results Compared with group C and S,group BCP’ s MWT started to decrease since d 3 ( P<0. 05 ) . The mRNA expression of WNK1 in spinal cord was up-regulated(P<0. 05) from d 3 showing an increasing trend over time until d 9 ( peak ) and then down-regulated to d 12 ( P >0. 05 ) while the protein expression upregulated since d6 and also showed an in-creasing trend to d 12 ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion The expression of WNK1 in spinal cord of a rat model with bone cancer pain increased abnormally, which may be involved in the occurrence and maintenance of a rat model with bone cancer pain.

Objective To investigate the effect of intrathecal CLP257 on the bone cancer pain in rats.Methods Forty adult female Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 180-200 g,were divided into 4 groups (n=10 each) using a random number table:sham operation group (group S),bone cancer pain group (group BCP),dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) group,and CLP257 group.Bone cancer pain was induced by inoculating Walker 256 mammary gland carcinoma cell suspension (about 1× 105cells) 10 μl into the medullary cavity of the left tibia.On 7th-9th days after establishment of the model,5％ DMSO 10 μl was injected intrathecally once a day in group DMSO,and 10 μg/μl CLP257 10 μl was injected intrathecally once a day in group CLP257.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) was measured on 1 day before establishment of the model (T0),on 1st-6th days after establishment of the model (T1-6),and at 4 h after intrathecal administration on 7th-9th days after establishment of the model (T7-9).After the last intrathecal administration,the L4-6 segments of the spinal cord were removed for determination of the expression of potassium chloride cotransporter 2 (KCC2) protein and mRNA by Western blot and fluorescent quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,respectively.Results Compared with group S,the MWT was significantly decreased,and the expression of KCC2 protein and mRNA was down-regulated in BCP and DMSO groups,and the MWT was significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and no significant change was found in the expression of KCC2 protein and mRNA in group CLP257 (P＞0.05).Compared with group BCP,the MWT was significantly increased,and the expression of KCC2 protein and mRNA was up-regulated in group CLP257 (P＜0.05),and no significant change was found in the parameters mentioned above in group DMSO (P＞0.05).Conclusion Intrathecal CLP257 can attenuate the bone cancer pain in rats.

Objective: To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of adolescent depression symptoms in Zhejiang, so as to provide reference for improving their mental health. Methods: The middle school and university students in 11 cities of Zhejiang Province were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method. The depression symptoms of the adolescents were assessed by Center for Epidemiological Survey-Depression Scale ( CES-D ) and the influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model. Results: A total of 25 855 students were investigated, and 25 614 ( 99.07% ) valid questionnaires were collected. The detection rate of depressive symptoms was 26.86%(6 879 cases). The detection rate of depressive symptoms in girls was 29.75%, which was higher than 24.12% in boys ( P<0.05). The detection rate of depressive symptoms in high school students was 31.74%, the highest compared with other grades. The multivariate regression analysis showed that female students ( OR=1.690, 95%CI: 1.592-1.794 ), resident students ( OR=1.071, 95%CI: 1.010-1.137 ) , internet addiction ( OR=2.948, 95%CI: 2.527-3.439 ) , attempt smoking ( OR=1.516, 95%CI: 1.359-1.690 ), drinking ( OR=1.624, 95%CI: 1.525-1.729 ), bullied in the past 30 days ( OR=3.143, 95%CI: 2.938-3.363 and having serious injuries within a year ( OR=1.369, 95%CI: 1.263-1.543 ) were associated with adolescents who had depressive symptoms. Conclusions The detection rate of depressive symptoms is relative 26.86% among adolescents of Zhejiang Province. The students who are female, live on campus, have internet addiction, have been bullied or seriously injured, smoke and drink are more likely to have depressive symptoms.

Objective To investigate the possible correlation between the monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 ( MCP-1 ) gene A-2518G single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) in the promoter region and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in Chinese Han ethnic population of Sunan region,Methods This study was conducted with a case-control design in 484 ACS patients including 290 acute myocardial infarction (AMI)patients and 194 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) and 346 control subjects ruled out coronary disease by coronary angiography (control group),including 166 patients with coronary atherosclerosis and 180 subjects without coronary stenosis.Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used for the detection of the A-2518G polymorphism in MCP-1 gene,and then thefrequency of genetype was statistically analyzed.Results There were AA,AG and GG genotypes of MCP-1 gene A-2518G polymorphism in the ACS group and control group.The two groups could be considered as a genetic equilibrium representative by Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Compared with the control group,the frequencies of AA genotype ( 15.32％ vs.16.12％ ),AG genotype (53.47％ vs.51.86％ ),GG genotype (31.21％ vs.32.02％ ) and G allele genotype (57.95％ vs.57.95％ ) in ACS group were not significantly different ( P was 0.083,0.673,0.821 and 1.00,respectively).Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that there was no significant correlation between MCP-1 gene A-2518G polymorphism and ACS regardless of differences in gender,age,smoking,diabetes,TG and LDL-C ( P ＞0.05 ).There was no significant difference in gender and age of ACS onset between two groups ( P ＞ 0.05).There were no significant differences in the frequencies of AA,AG and GG genotypes and G allele genotype among AMI group,UAP group and normal coronary group ( P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The data shows that MCP-1 gene A-2518G polymorphism is not associated with the risk of ACS in the Chinese Han ethnic population living in Sunan region.

Objective To investigate the feasibility,safety and efficiency of the establishment of model for Budd-Chiari syndrome with hepatic vein obstruction through endovascular technology in canine.Methods Twenty four dogs were randomly divided into experimental group (n=18) and control group (n=6).Under the surveillance of digital subtraction angiography,the balloon catheter was sent to the target hepatic vein via right external jugular vein,and then the balloon was filled by contrast agent until the target hepatic vein was blocked completely.In the experimental group,3～5 ml the mixture of N butyl-cyanoacrylate and lipiodol was infused into the target hepatic vein through the end hole of the balloon catheter until the hepatic vein flow stasis was achieved.In the control group,equal volume of normal saline was injected.The changes of liver function,portal vein pressure were measured and pathological varieties of target hepatic vein as well as the liver parenchyma were observed in the different periods in the two groups.Results The successful rate of the technique was 100 percent.There were no serious complications such as pulmonary embolism and death in the two groups.In the experimental group,the serum levels of alanine transpeptidase were (52.5 ± 12.5)U/L,(61.3±5.7)U/L,(38.6±9.4)U/L,which were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05) and prealbuminwere (0.18±0.04)g/L,(0.22±0.02)g/L,(0.19±0.06)g/L,which were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05) in the fourth,sixth and eighth weeks after the procedure,respectively.A common trunk formed by the middle and left hepatic veins which was looked as the targetic hepatic vein were completely occluded.the color of the liver appeared light red,dark red and dull black in the fourth,sixth and eighth weeks after the procedure,respectively.However,the hepatic veins were patented in the control group.In experimental group,histopathological observation revealed hepatic cells congestion and edema while a lot of inflammatory cells were seen in the wall of hepatic vein in the fourth week,the hepatic cells changed with severe edema,adipose kind,inner and middle membranes became thicker in the sixth week,and part of the hepatic cells showed hydropic degeneration,besides,inner and middle membrane became more thicker,there was substantially proliferation in elastic fiber hyperplasia in the eighth week.Conclusion Endovascular technology was a safely and effectively way to establish the canine model of Budd-Chiari syndrome with hepatic vein obstruction.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingrehuashi herbal formula combined with high intensity focused ul-trasound(HIFU ) in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer .Methods 86 patients with pancreatic cancer (22 case of III stage and 64 case of IV stage) were included in this study .18 cases were performed the HIFU therapy for 2-3 times .Other 68 cases re-ceived once HIFU therapy ,among 53 cases of liver metastasis ,8 cases were simultaneously conducted HIFU ablation therapy on liv-er metastasis .The patients were given Chinese medicines dominated by Qingrehuashi before and after HIFU therapy and during fol-low up period .Results The single evaluation on HIFU irradiation cases after 1 month:complete remision(CR) in 0 case ,partial re-mission(PR) in 8 cases(9 .3% ) ,stable disease(SD in 64 cases(74 .4% ) and progress disease(PD) in 14 cases(16 .3% ) .The median survival rate of 1 year and half a year was 52 .0% and 11 .4% .Among 73 cases of increased CA199 before treatment ,CA199 after treatment was decreased in 12 cases .Among 36 cases of increased CA242 before treatment ,CA242 after treatment was decreased in 15 cases .The effective rate of analgesic relief in all the cases was 70 .9% (62/86) .Conclusion The integrated therapy of Qingre-huashi herbal formula and HIFU is an effective method for treating advanced pancreatic cancer .

The study established a UPLC-MS/MS method that is used for simultaneous determination nine major bioactive compounds of Dachengqi Tang in rat plasma. Using Aglient C18 column (2.1 mm x 50 mm,1.7 microm) was chromatographed, using methanol-5 mmol x L(-1) ammonium formate mobile phase gradient, elution 0.3 mL x min(-1). In the plasma pre-treatment process, not only the method of methanol and acetonitrile protein precipitation was investigated, and different factors extraction solvent, the type of the scroll time, the number and the type of extraction solvent, the extraction volume of the extraction solution of liquid-liquid extraction is investigated. Finally, with ibuprofen as an internal standard, using ethyl acetate liquid-liquid extraction method pretreatment blood, N2 dry reconstituted supernatant after centrifugation UPLC-MS/MS analysis, in electrospray ionization (ESI) negative mode, using multiple reaction monitoring mode for testing. The linear range of emodin, rhein, aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, magnolol, honokiol, hesperidin and hesperitin is 0.33-660, 0.40-792, 0.41-827, 0.34-680, 0.45-907, 0.46-927, 0.43-867, 0.34-683, 0.39-787 microg x L(-1) respectively, good linear relationship; and extraction recovery were greater than 69.39%, days after the day of the RSD is less than 15%. This method can be used to study the rat gastric large bearing gas after Dachengqi Tang, the simultaneous determination of nine components in plasma for its pharmacokinetics and efficacy material base to provide a theoretical basis.
