Objective The purpose of this study was to improve the clinical results of the treatment firearm injury to maxillofacial-cervical region, so as to raise the life quality of these patients. Methods Based on the study of the anatomical study of this region, different methods were adopted to reconstruct various maxillofacial-cervial firearms injuries. Three methods were adopted to reconstruct the mandibular region by early bone transplantation to the defects of the mandible in diffferent regions. In patients with combined defects of the mandible and soft tissue, the defects were repaired by transplantation of vascular pedicle graft with muscle and nerve or free tissue transplantation to restore function. Results The survival-rate of early bone transplantation was 91.52%(54/59). The rate of function restoration was 90.72%(88/97) in cases of tissue flap grafting. Conclusions Applied anatomy is the basic of design new surgery method. Tne new developed surgery methods can improve clinical cured effect of maxillofacial-neck region firearms injure.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the outcome of powered laryngeal shaver for papilloma of the larynx in children by laryngeal endoscopy. Methods Thirty-nine children with papilloma of the larynx were treated by powered laryngeal shaver under a laryngeal endoscope. Twenty-seven of the patients who had an extensive tumor received radiofrequency to avoid hemorrhage and adhesion of the surgical surface. Results The mean operation time was (11.2?2.6) min, and the blood lose was less than 30 ml. Three months after the operation, 28 of the patients were fond of their voice quality. Among the 39 patients, 37 were followed up for 2-5 years, during which 3-year recurrence rate was 51% (19/37). In the children with primary patients, the rate of recurrence was 30% (3/10), and in those with recurrent tumor, the rate was 59% (16/27). Conclusions By using powered laryngeal shaver under a laryngeal endoscope, papilloma of the larynx can be accurately resected with low blood loss, short operation time and short hospital stay and confirmed effectivenss.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(15):1151-1154
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the application of the Dexmedetomidine utend drug induced sleep endoscopy.
METHOD:
Forty-four OSAHS patients diagnosed by PSG randomly were divided into group A (Dexmedetomidine group) and group B (Propofol group), each group of 22 cases. Group A: pump the Dexmedetomidine (1 microg/kg) over 15 minutes. Once the patient reached a satisfactory level of sedation, the electronic nasopharyngoscope was introduced into the nasal cavity group B: the propofol (2 mg/kg) was intravenous injected, use the same exmination after the object patients falling asleep. If not, double the injection dose of the two group. Observe and record the patient vital signs, EEG and sleep time, and handle the complications.
RESULT:
The study was successfully completed both in group A and B. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) in group B was lower than group A during the examination significantly (P < 0.05). The time falling to sleep in two groups were (13.4 +/- 2.5) min and (6.6 +/- 1.2) min, and the time in group A was much longer than that in group B. The lowest oxygen saturation during the examination in two groups were 0.835 +/- 0.096 and 0.691 +/- 0.095, and the difference was statistically significant. There was no incidence of adverse reactions in two groups.
CONCLUSION
Compared with propofol, Dexmedetomidine is a safer sleep-inducing drug, and it can be used for clinical sleep endoscopy.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(10):-
Objective To identify some basic biological properties, optimal multiplicity of infection(MOI),one-step growth kinetics, serum neutralization rate constant of Pseudomonas aeruginosa phage PaP3 were determined, respectively. Methods The host bacteria were infected with PaP3 at six different MOI(0.0001,0.001,0.01,0.1,1 and 10,then lysated adequately, the phage titer of supernatant was determined. For one-step growth experiments, the host bacteria were infected with PaP3 at MOI=10, following centrifugation after 15 min adsorption, the pellet containing (partially) infected cells was resuspended in 3 ml of pre-warmed LB broth and incubated with 160rpm at 37℃.Samples(50?l) were taken at 10 min-intervals and immediately tittered by the double-layer agar plate method. A rabbit was immunized with purified PaP3 to prepare anti-PaP3 serum, reaction constants between antiserum and PaP1, PaP2, PaP3 were determined using cross neutralization test. Results 0.001 MOI-infected host bacteria gave the highest phage offsprings. One-step growth curve was determined according to the results of one-step growth experiments.Reaction constant was determined using neutralization test. Conclusion The optimal MOI of PaP3 was determined to be 0.001. One-step growth curve for PaP3 shows that the latent period is about 20 min, the rise period is 60 min, and the average burst size is about 31pfu/cell. Rate constant of reaction between antiserum and PaP3 is 262.

Journal of Cellular and Molecular Immunology 2001;17(4):346-347
Aim To explore the mechanism of the immune tolerance induced by the auto-islets in the intermingled skin grafting. Methods The mixed epidermal cell and lymphocyte culture (MELC) was established, in which auto-keratinocytes were added to mimic the effect exerted by the auto-islets in vivo. Results Auto-keratinocytes could inhibit the lympho-proliferation induced by alloantigen. Conclusion The immune tolerance induced by auto-islets may be related to the function of auto-keratinocytes as antigen presenting cells.
