Asthma is heterogeneous disorder which caused by a complicated interaction between multiple genes and environmental factors. A increasing number of attention has paid in the researches about its pathogenic mechanism and therapeutic strategies. Not only can Toll-like receptors and signal transduction pathways mediate relevant immunocyte of asthma, but also induce or restrain development of asthma. TLRs is a land of pattern recognition receptor(PRRs), which can rely on the conserved sequence of gene encoding to identify pathogenic microorganism, meanwhile activate innate immunity,adjust acquired immunity and induce immune tolerance.

The interaction between T cell and osteoclasts is important in osteoimmunology.T-helper cells,which produce interleukin-17,induce the expression of receptor activator of nuclear factor κB ligand in synovial cells.Companied by with inflammatory cytokines,they stimulate the differentiation and activation of osteoclasts.Osteoimmunology helps us understand how antirheumatic drugs work,as well as developing new therapeutic strategies for rheumatic diseases.
5.Clinical Study of Chinese Medicine Fumigation in Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods Sixty patients were divided into fumigation group (30 cases) and non-fumigation group (30 cases), the treatment course was 20 days. The changes of finger pitch, pillow away from the wall, hip flexion, hip extension of the patients and the impact of fumigation on acute inflammation (ESR, CRP) were observed. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine serum TNF-? and IL-10 before and after treatment to observe the effect of fumigation treatment on inflammatory cytokine expression. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0% and control group was 83.3%. The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 66.6% and control group was 33.3%. After treatment, finger pitch, pillow away from the wall, hip flexion, hip extension of the treatment group were better than before treatment, the difference was significant. A major challenge in bone tissue engineering is to amplify cell numbers with maintaining the desired phenotype. As a crucial element in bone tissue engineering,the field of scaffold is in the forefront of developments. Due to superiority in both cell expansion and conveyance,the approach of microspherical scaffold has latterly been adopted as the substrate of cell propagation,carrier of expanded cells,as well as scaffold of regenerated bone tissue. Combined with injectable matrices after cell encapsulation or attachment,the microsphere-based system provides an attractive method for highly efficient cell amplification and minimally invasive cell delivery for bone tissue engineering.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of single forcep endoscopic purse-string suture closing the wound of cardia and gastric fundus after endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) for patients with submucosal tumor (SMT).Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with wound in the cardia and gastric fundus after EFTR for SMT undergoing single forcep endoscopic purse-string suture in Endoscopy Center of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January 2015 to January 2016 were collected.Completion of operation, postoperative complication and follow-up results of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results All of the patients successfully received EFTR and purse-string suture.The maximal diameter of tumors was 1-4 cm.The suture time was 10-15 min, and postoperative hospital stay was 5-10 d.Low fever and upper abdominal pain were found in 13 and 20 cases respectively, and all cases were alleviated or restored after conservative treatment.All patients underwent gastroscopy during follow-up of 1 month, and titanium clip and nylon rope were found on the wound surface in 29 cases (90.6%).Three months after operation, 28 patients underwent gastroscopy, and titanium clip but no nylon rope was detected in 15 cases (46.9%).Conclusion Single forcep endoscopic purse-string suture can effectively treat the postoperative wound in the cardia and gastric fundus of patients with submucosal tumors after EFTR.

Next generation sequencing (NGS) based test provided us an unprecedented power for the molecular diagnosis of rare diseases with genetic etiology, thus enabling the practice of precision medicine.In order to maximize the clinical utilities of NGS-based test, attention should be paid to the improvement of the sequencing technology, data quality and the accuracy of data interpretation, as well as the clinical correlations and pre-and post-test genetic counseling services.In doing so, it is believed practice of NGS-based test can bring expected benefit to many patients and families.
10.Research on regular maintenance and testing of CT machine

Objective:To discuss the maintenance and testing method, reduce CT machine fault, ensure the quality of CT machine performance, reduce the use of CT machine cost, increase the use value of CT machine,the better service for the masses and treatment.Methods:Using regular maintenance and inspection, specific Toshiba 64 row CT machine each time the content of maintenance and testing content.Results:Regular service and maintenance are the most effective CT machine performance quality guarantee the most basic method, can avoid 30% to 50% of the machine fault, not only greatly reduce the machine hardware damage failure incidence, software programs or data error of failure rates.Conclusion: The regular maintenance and maintenance is hotly debated in recent years the core content of preventive maintenance, periodic testing is an effective guarantee quality of CT machine performance of necessary measures, called on metrology institute and the centers for disease control and coordinated with the hospital, turn the two detection time about half a year, also accord with the national strong inspection requirements so that the rationality of the quality assurance, to avoid most of the repeated testing of national resources waste.
