Objective:To investigate the effect of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol on inflammatory mediator and cytokine( NO and IL-6)production in Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulated murine macrophage(RAW264.7).Methods: Macrophages were induced with LPS,and incubated with different concentrations of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol(20,40,80 μg/ml),the quantity of NO production was measured by Griess reagent;the IL-6 production were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the expression of nitric oxide synthase( iNOS) in cells were detected by Western blot;the expression of iNOS and IL-6 mRNA were analyzed by real-time PCR.Results:Each concentrations of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol(20,40,80 μg/ml) inhibited the production of NO and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells(P<0.01).This compound also reduced the mRNA expression of iNOS and IL-6.Conclusion:Sec-O-Glu-cosylhamaudol exhibited anti-inflammatory activity by inhibited the NO and IL-6 production in LPS stimulated RAW264.7 cells.

Objective To observe the effects of peritoneal ventilation with pure oxygen in the rabbits with hypoxaemia and hypercapnia induced by mechanical controlled hypoventilation.Methods Sixteen rabbits were invasive|y ventilated after trachea incision.Hypoxaemia and hypercapnia were induced by hypoventilation which was implemented both by degrading ventilation parameters and respiratory depression induced by intravenous infusion of muscle relaxant.Then pure oxygen was insufflated into the peritoneal cavity and arterial blood gases were measured every 30 minutes for two hours.Results The PaO2 was (52.50±3.46)mm Hg at baseline and increased to (76.46±7.79) mm Hg, (79.62±9.53) mm Hg, (78.54±7.18) mm Hg, and (81.1±8.3) mm Hg, respectively at 30,60,90, and 120 minutes after the peritoneal ventilation with pure oxgen (all P < 0.05).Meanwhile PaCO2 was (63.84±9.09)mm Hg at baseline and (59.84±14.22) mm Hg, (59.16±15.5) mm Hg, (60.02±7.07) mm Hg, and (61.38± 6.56)mm Hg, respectively at 30,60,90, and 120 minutes after the peritoneal ventilation with pure oxgen with no significant change (P > 0.05).Conclusion Peritoneal ventilation can obviously improve hypoxaemia induced by mechanical controlled hypoventilation, whereas hypercapnia remains unchanged.

Purpose To observe the curative effect of interventional therapy by CT localization combined traditional Chinese medicine on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Method The inpatients of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group. Interventional therapy by CT localization combined TCM was used in the treatment group while in the control group TCM therapy was taken only. The treatment lasted for 10 days in both groups. Results The curative effect was 94.3% in the treatment group while 76.8% in the control one (P < 0.05), which had statistical meaning. Conclusion Interventional therapy by CT localization combined TCM on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc had better effect and shorter treatment course.

Exercise of walking which is regarded as a popular aerobic exercise,is receiving increasing attention in recent years,especially for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.But the guidelines and recommendations are based on low evidence levels,lack enough evidence-based support,and cannot provide individual exercise prescription for more specific populations and specific indications.Thus we put forward the concept of quantitative walking exercise,and hope further studies on relationship between walking exercise and chronic diseases so as to develop appropriate exercise prescriptions for prevention and rehabilitation of chronic diseases.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the staging of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS) and the expression of carcinoma metastasis associated genic in the patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods Sixty-three patients with gastric cancer were diagnosed by electric gastroscopy and EUS.The preoperative staging of gastric cancer was measured by EUS and compared by pathologic staging and MMP-9 expression.MMP9 level of peripheral serum was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,while the expression of MMP-9 protein was tested by immunohistochemistry and hybridization in situ in the gastric carcinoma tissue.Results The total accuracy rate of EUS in estimating invasive depth of gastric cancer was(80.95)%,while that of lymphatic metastasis was(73.02)%.The expression level of MMP-9 in serum was consistent with the expression of MMP-9 protein and MMP-9 mRNA in tissue,which was closely correlative with invasive degree,staging with EUS,lymphatic metastasis in gastric cancer(P

Objective To evaluate endoscopic ultrasonography in preoperative diagnosis and staging of gastric cancer, and to study the molecular biologic basis of its ultrasonic manifestation. Methods Gastric cancer patients were diagnosed by electric gastroscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography. Gastric cancer was preoperatively staged by EUS and results were compared with pathologic staging and VEGF expression. Results The diagnostic accuracy of gastric cancer by gastroendoscopy combined with biopsy in 63 patients was 94%,the accuracy of EUS was 92%,while that of gastroendoscopy combined with EUS was 100%.The total diagnostic accuracy of EUS in estimatating invasive deepth of gastric cancer was 81%,that for stage T_1,T_2,T_3,T_4 was 78%,79%,82%,83%,respectively.The total diagnostic accuracy of lymphaden metastasis was 73%.The positive expression rate of VEGF protein in cancer tissue was 56%,which was closely associated with EUS staging and lymphatic metastasis. Conclusions The accuracy of gastroendoscopy combined with EUS in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was high. The preoperative staging with EUS has a high correspondence with postoperative pathological staging. The VEGF protein expression is positively correlated with preoperative EUS staging.

ObjectiveTo evaluate Fuji intelligent color enhancement (FICE) chromoendoscopy for diagnosis of early gastric cancer. MethodsFrom February 2010 to March 2011 ,a total of 67 patients with suspected gastric mucosal lesions were enrolled in this study. The lesions were observed with magnifying endoscopy, FICE, magnifying chromoendoscopy and indigo-carmine-magnifying-chromoendoscopy.Suspected gastric mucosal pit patterns and microvascular morphology were compared. Targeted biopsy was performed on suspected locations. Sensitivity, specificity and pathological consistency were compared between the 3 procedures. ResultsOut of 67 patients, 17 were diagnosed as having early gastric cancer.There was no difference among magnifying endoscopy, FICE magnifying chromoendoscopy and indigo-carmine-magnifying-chromoendoscopy in pit pattern findings,however, FICE magnifying chromoendoscopy was superior to other 2 procedures in displaying capillary loop. The sensibility, specificity and pathological accordance rate of FICE magnifying chromoendoscopy were 94. 1％ ( 16/17 ), 98. 0％ (49/50) and 97.0％(65/67), which were higher than those of the magnifying endoscopy [58.8％ ( 10/17), 84％ (42/50)and 77.6％ ( 52/67 )] ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), and were not different from those of indigo-carmine-magnifying-chromoendoscopy [88.2％ (15/17), 96％ (48/50) and 94.0％ (63/67)] (P ＞0.05). Conclusion FICE magnifying chromoendoscopy provides rather clear images of gastric mucosa and intrapapillary capillary, thereby improving the accuracy of endoscopic biopsy and then imporving the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the Fuji intelligent chromo endoscopy (FICE) in the diagnosis of Barrett esophagus (BE).MethodsFrom September 2010 to March 2011,a total of 180 patients with suspected reflux esophagitis were examined successively by FICE,magnifying FICE,acetic dyeing endoscopy and magnifying acetic dyeing endoscopy.The diagnosis was made out under the observation of lesion extensions,superficial mucosa contrast ratio,pit patterns and capillary forms of BE.The endoscopic diagnosis was made and compared with the pathologic diagnosis,and the consistency of the diagnosis was evaluated by Kappa value.ResultsBE was confirmed in 35 patients ( 19.4％ ) pathologically.The consistency rates of diagnosis under FICE and acetic dyeing endoscopy were 81.7％ and 72.8％ ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The consistency rates of diagnosis under magnifying FICE and magnifying acetic dyeing endoscopy were 97.8％ and 85.6％,respectively (P ＜ 0.05).FICE magnifying endoscopy revealed better mucosal structures of capillaries than magnifying acetic dyeing endoscopy did ( P ＜ 0.05 ),but there was no significant difference in revealing of duct openings (P ＞ 0.05).The specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and Kappa value of FICE in diagnosis of BE were 82.1％,80.0％,51.9％,94.4％ and 0.52,respectively,which were 73.2％,71.4％,39.1％,91.4％ and 0.34 of acetic dyeing endoscopy,98.6％,94.3％,94.3％,98.6％ and 0.93 of magnifying FICE,and 88.3％,74.3％,60.5％,93.4％ and 0.58 for magnifying acetic dyeing endoscopy.ConclusionAs a neotypical endoscopic system,magnifying FICE could exhibit clearly the pit patterns and microvascular structures of esophagus mucosa,and it can capture the optimal images of Barrett's epithelium.FICE could improve the diagnosis of BE in vivo.

Objective To study curative efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer and its effects on Gas, TGF-αlevels.Methods 80 patients of peptic ulcer who received therapy from April 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects.According to random number table, those patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, 49 patients in each group.the control group was treated with omeprazole, while the observation group was treated with aluminum phosphate gel combined on the basis of control group.Then Transforming growth factor, adverse reaction and curative effect were compared.Results After treatment, the serum levels of Gas and TGF-αin both groups were improved (P<0.05); Two weeks after treatment,the level of GAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), TGF-αlevel was higher than that in control group(P<0.05); The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined use of aluminum phosphate gel and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer can effectively improve the patient-related serum markers, improve the quality of ulcer healing, significant efficacy, high safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture, tuina plus rehabilitative therapy on lower limb motor dysfunction in infants with spastic cerebral palsy.
Methods:A total of 60 infants with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by random digital table, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture, tuina therapy plus rehabilitative therapy of Western medicine. The control group was simply treated with rehabilitative therapy of Western medicine, as same as that for the treatment group. The assessment was respectively given to the sick infants before the treatment and after the treatment of six months, to evaluate lying and rolling scores in dimension A, to evaluate sitting score in dimension B, to evaluate crawling and kneeling scores in dimension C, and evaluate standing score in dimension D in the gross motor functions and determine the muscle tone of the gastrocnemius muscle by modified Ashworth scale (MAS).
Results:The differences were not statistically significant in comparison of the gross motor functions and the muscle tone of the gastrocnemius muscle between the two groups of sick infants before the treatment (P>0.05); after the treatment of six months, the above items were obviously improved in the two groups (P<0.01), better in the treatment group than in the control group, with the statistical significance in the differences between the groups (P<0.01).
Conclusion:Acupuncture, tuina plus rehabilitative therapy of Western medicine are remarkable in the therapeutic effects in the treatment of motor disorders of the lower limbs in the sick infants with spastic cerebral palsy. This therapeutic method is safe, simple and convenient and needs to be clinically popularized and applied.
