1.Clinical value of CT Airbronchogram in diagnosis of Peripheral Bronchogenic Carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinial value of airbronchogram in diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer (diameter≤3). Methods Comparing study between thin section CT and pathology was done on 174 nodules (129malignant and 45 benigin) in 150 patients. Results Thin section CT showed 30 cases (23%) of airbronehogram in nodules,only seen in bronchioalveolocarcinoma, adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma (significance difference). Conclusion Airbronchogram in peripheral small nodules was a certain sign of malignant nodule. The sign suggested diagnosis of histologic types in lung center.
2.Relationship between the level of serum E-selectin and SER128ARG polymorphisms of E-selectin in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between the serum level of E-selectin and S128R polymorphisms in the exon 4 of E-selectin gene and acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in local Han peoples. Method The genotype of E-selectin were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in 168 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 200 healthy controls,and the serum level of E-selectin was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results There was significant difference in frequencies of allele and genotype in S128R polymorphism between acute myocardial infarction and control groups respectively,The relative risk suffered from acute myocardial infarction of SS genotype was 2.234 times of the SR genotype (OR=2.234,95% CI:1.112~4.437),The serum E-selectin level was significantly higher among carriers of SR genotype as compared with SS genotype (41.65?8.87)?g/L vs (34.23?6.72)?g/L,P
3.Clinical Value of Platelet Distribution Width Ratio and Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio in the Evaluation of Coronary No-Reflow in Patients Treated by Emergency PCI

Objective:To investigate the clinical value ofplatelet distribution width ratio (RDW) and neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) in the prediction of coronary no reflow in patients treated with acute percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:66 patients underwent emergency PCI treatment in our hospital from January 2016 December 2016 were selected as the research object,RDW and NLR of the patients before treatment were detected,and coronary no reflow phenomenon after emergency PCI rate were statistically calculated.RDW and NLR of patients with no reflow and normal blood flow were compared,the relationship between RDW and NLR with no reflow and the value of them predicting coronary no reflow were analyzed.Results:The incidence of coronary no reflow after emergency PCI was 30.30% (20/66).Compared with patients with normal blood flow,the RDW and NLR of patients with coronary no reflow were elevate (P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis results showed that RDW and NLR were positively correlated with coronary no reflow (r=0.826,0.878,P<0.05).Further ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of preoperative RDW combined with NLR predicting the postoperative coronary no reflow in patients treated with emergency PCI were higher than RDW and NLR alone.Conclusion:RDW and NLR in patients treated with emergency PCI were closely related to the postoperative coronary no reflow,which might be used as reference index for evaluation of coronary no reflow after emergency PCI.
4.The nongenomic effects of progesterone in repressing iNOS activation through P38MAPK pathways in gonococci-infected polymorphonuclear leukocytes and the clinical significance.

Progesterone has nongenomic effects on inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS), which is mediated by mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathways. This effect is supposed to have some potential association with asymptomatic gonococcal infections in women by immunological depression. In this study, polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) challenged by gonococci were used to study the nongenomic effects of progesterone. The activation of iNOS was assessed by measuring [(3)H] L-arginine converses to [(3)H] L-citrulline, and the activity of MAPK was detected by Western blot. It was found that the activity of iNOS and the yields of NO were enhanced significantly in gonococci-challenged PMNs compared with the controls (P<0.01). Progesterone could repress the activation of iNOS through P38MAPK pathway within PMNs (P<0.05), which could be blocked by SB203580 (P<0.01), but not by actinomycin D (P>0.05). It was also found subsequently that in the serum specimens collected from gonococci-infected but asymptomatic women, the progesterone level was higher than that in women with severe symptoms (P<0.01). Moreover, the yield of NO had an inverse correlation with progesterone. With these results it suggested that the rapid nongenomic effects of progesterone may inhibit iNOS activation and NO yields mediated by P38MAPK pathways, which were supposed to be concerned with asymptomatic women infected with gonococci.
5.Effects of Radix Hedysari Flavonoid on Microvessel Density of Pulmonary Interstitial Fibrosis Model Rats

Objective To discuss the effects of Radix Hedysari flavonoids on microvessel density (MVD) of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model rats, and provide evidence for its development. Methods SPF Wistar rats were divided into blank group, model group, prednisone group, and Radix Hedysari flavonoids high-, medium- and low-dosage group. Pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model was established by intratracheal instillation of bleomycin. From the second day after model established, each drug treatment group was administered with corresponding drugs intragastrically at different points in time for 14 and 28 days. MVD was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Neomicrovessel was increased significantly in pulmonary tissue of model rats of 14 days treatment, but slightly decreased in 28 days. MVD in 14, 28 days model group was significantly more than blank group (P<0.01). MVD in 14, 28 days Radix Hedysari flavonoids high dosage group was significantly less than model group (P<0.01). MVD in Radix Hedysari flavonoids medium-dosage group was between high-and low-dosage group, and MVD in medium-dosage group was similar with that in model group. Conclusion Radix Hedysari flavonoids could inhibit the formation of neomicrovessel in a dose dependent manner.
7.Design and synthesis of a type of benzopyran derivatives with insulin-sensitizing activity.

Ten novel compounds were designed and synthesized on the basis of compound 1, their insulin-sensitizing activities were evaluated in 3T3-L1 cells. Results showed that compound 10 exhibited strong differentiation-stimulating activity on 3T3-L1 cells model, which indicated that compound 10 may possess well insulin-sensitizing activity.

8.A new frame-shifting mutation of UGT1A1 gene causes type I Crigler-Najjar syndrome.

We present a case of severe persisting unconjugated hyperbilirubinemia in a Uigur infant boy, eventually diagnosed as Crigler-Najjar syndrome type I. DNA analysis of his blood of the UGT1A1 gene sequence demonstrated that he was homozygous for an insertion mutation causing a change of the coding exons with a frame-shift, resulting in the substitution of 27 abnormal amino acid residues in his hepatic bilirubin uridine diphosphoglucuronyl transferase enzyme. Both of his parents were heterozygous for the same mutation. A novel frame-shifting mutation of the UGT1A1 gene was found, confirming the diagnosis of Crigler-Najjar syndrome type I for this patient.

10.Significance of clue cells in the diagnosis of male urogenital infection.

OBJECTIVETo explore the significance of clue cells in the diagnosis of male urogenital infection.
METHODSUrethra swabs or prostatic fluid of 264 male outpatients were collected and smeared directly on the slice to find clue cells under the ultramicroscopy. Meanwhile, the positive patients' spouses were detected for bacterial vaginosis (BV).
RESULTSThe positive rates of the urethra swabs and the prostatic fluid were 5.1% (11/215 ) and 2.0% (1/49), respectively. Nine cases in 11 of the patients' spouses (81.8%) were diagnosed as BV.
CONCLUSIONBV pathogen can attack and attach to the epithelia of male genitals to form clue cells. Clue cells positive, along with clinical symptoms, contribute to the diagnosis of male urogenital bacterial infection.
