Objective To study the course setting of the core competencies training for obstetrics nurse specialists (OBNS).Methods A total of 40 nursing experts were selected by Delphi method for two turns of questionnaires. Results Two turns of questionnaires had a 92% and 97% valid return. The Coordination coefficient was 0.423 (P < 0.001).The CR,Cs and Ca was 0.858,0.900,and 0.817.The overall scale reliability had a Cronbach' sα of 0.802 and a overall interrater agreementof 0.782.The final course setting for OBNS was confirmed, consisting of 4 items (basic nursing of obstetrics, core nursing technique and knowledge, obstetrics nursing administration,Legal/ethical practice) in the first dimension and 20 items in the second dimension. Conclusions It is necessary and feasible to provide professional training for obstetrics nurses. The course setting for OBNS will underlie core competencies training and continuing education.

OBJECTIVETo observe the expression of protein arginine N-methyltransferase (PRMT) genes in the lung and spleen of E3 rats with acute asthma.
METHODSE3 rats with ovalbumin-induced pulmonary inflammation were divided into two groups (n=10), and the validity of the acute asthma model was evaluated by histological observation with HE and PAS staining and by measurement of NO production. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was employed to detect the expressions of PRMT1-PRMT6 genes in the lung and spleen tissues of the rats.
RESULTSIn the lung tissue of the asthmatic rats, the gene expressions of PRMT1 (P<0.01), PRMT2 (P<0.01), PRMT3 (P<0.05) and PRMT5 (P<0.05) were significantly increased, but the expression of PRMT4 gene (P<0.05) was significantly decreased as compared with those in the control tissue. In the spleen tissue of the asthmatic rats, the expressions of PRMT2 (P<0.05) and PRMT5 genes (P<0.05) showed a significant increase as compared with those in the control rat tissue.
CONCLUSIONThe gene expressions of PRMTs vary significantly between asthmatic rats and control rats, suggesting that PRMTs play an important role in the post-translational modification process of asthma-related genes.

The quality control of lung transplantation involves many aspects, such as team building, selection of recipients, preoperative diagnosis and evaluation of recipients, maintenance of brain-dead donors, evaluation and acquisition of donors, surgical operation, postoperative management and postoperative follow-up. Precision management is the core concept of operation quality control. Only by normalizing the operation quality control of lung transplantation to provide basic guarantee for multi-team cooperation and development of lung transplantation management in the future, building a complete lung transplantation database to excavate data resources and improve the quality of transplanta-tion, and comprehensively building a Chinese lung transplantation quality control system with multi-team participation and cooperation, can we improve the overall level of surgical diagnosis and treatment of lung transplantation in China.

The precise resection and suture of bronchia, vascular and pulmonary tissue are the key techniques in thoracic surgery. Mechanical suture technique has gradually become a routine operation in thoracic surgery. However, at present, there is still a lack of consensus and guidelines on the application of this technique in thoracic surgery, neither strong evidence-based medical support. In this study, we discuss the application standard of mechanical suture technique in thoracoscopic surgery, irregular treatment techniques, intraoperative complications, and management principles to promote the standardized application of mechanical suture technique. We also explain the shortcomings of the technique in order to promote the further improvement and perfection.
