The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;(18):2978-2980
Objective To compare cardiovascular responses of intubations by Discopo and Macintosh laryngoscope in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods Sixty elderly hypertensive patients with ASAⅡ~Ⅲundergoing elective surgery were equally randomized into two groups. After induction of general anesthesia , orotracheal intubation was performed with Discopo or Macintosh. The Mean arterial pressure (MBP) and heart rate (HR), as while as Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), were recorded before (baseline values) and at 1,3,5 minutes after intubation(post-induction values). The rate of one-time successive intubation, intubation time and complication were also recorded. Results Compared with the macintosh group, the rate of one-time successive intubation was higher and the intubation time was shorter in the Discopo group (P< 0.05, respectively),with no complications. Compared with T0,MBP and HR at T2 in the two groups and T3 in the Macintosh group increased significantly (P < 0.05). Compared with the Macintosh group,MBP and HR at T2,T3 of the Discopo group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Little effect of tracheal intubation with Discopo on cardiovascular response was observed in elderly hypertensive patients.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2001;(1):6-8
bjective:To investigate the coefficients of TEOAEs and DPOAEs based on various pass/fail criteria. Method:Thirty-six Australia infants were tested (age range: 1~6 months) using both TEOAE and DPOAE. Cohen′s Kappa (K) were used to analyze different criteria.Result:There is a significant low agreement in the screening outcomes between TEOAEs and DPOAEs, and different criteria for TEOAEs.Conclusion:The findings from the study of coefficients among commonly used screening pass/fail criteria suggested that there is no simple relationship among them. The possible reasons for weak agreement were discussed.

Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2022;27(2):102-106
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is the main pathogenic factor of gastrointestinal diseases, and has a certain relationship with a variety of extra⁃gastrointestinal diseases. In recent years, the resistance rate of Hp to antibiotics has been increasing, resulting in a significant decline in the effectiveness of traditional proton pump inhibitor⁃based triple therapy in the first⁃line treatment. Therefore, the latest consensus report in China has adopted bismuth quadruple therapy as the main empirical treatment for the eradication of Hp. However, the success rate of Hp eradication still has not reached higher than 85% in recent years. This article reviewed the research progress on factors associated with failure of Hp eradication, in order to provide a reference for early intervention, optimization of diagnosis and therapy, and improvement of Hp eradication rate.

Objective To evaluate the left ventricular and right ventricular systolic function by two‐dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography ( 2D‐STE) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis ( RA ) . Methods Fifty five patients with RA and 50 healthy subjects were received echocardiography . 2D‐STE were applied for all the subjects to obtain left ventricular global longitudinal strain ( LVGLS) and right ventricular global longitudinal strain ( RVGLS) .Tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion ( TAPSE) and the change ratio of right ventricular area ( RVACR) were measured by echocardiography . The anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies ( anti‐CCP‐II) ,rheumatoid factor ( RF) ,C‐reactive protein ( CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR) were detected in both group . The LVGLS and RVGLS in RA group were used to conduce correlation analysis with the level of anti‐CCP‐II ,RF ,CRP , ESR and the duration of disease . Results There was a significant decrease in RVGLS and LVGLS in RA group compared with control group( P <0 .05) . However there was no statistical differenc in TAPSE and RVACR between RA and control group( P > 0 .05) . The anti‐CCP‐II ,RF ,CRP and ESR in RA group increased significantly compared with control group ( P < 0 .001 ) . The result of correlation analysis showed there was no correlation between RVGLS ,LVGLS and anti‐CCP‐II ,RF ,CRP ,ESR in RA group . However ,RVGLS and LVGLS were negatively correlated with the duration of disease . Conclusions LVGLS and RVGLS in RA patients were lower than those in healthy people ,strain decreases with the extension of disease duration ,2D‐STE may be an efficacious assessment to assess left ventricular and right ventricular systolic function in patients w ith RA .

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2011;36(7):640-645
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the effect of myeloid leukemia-1 (Mcl-1) gene on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hela cells and the sensitivity of cervical cancer chemotherapy by antisense technology.
METHODS:
Mcl-1 antisense oligonucleotide(AS-ODN)was transfected into Hela cells with lipofectamine 2000. The expression of Mcl-1 was analyzed by Western blot, the cell viability was detected by MTT assay, and apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry.
RESULTS:
Mcl-1 AS-ODN arrested the cell cycle at G1/S,greatly inhibited the cell growth and induced apoptosis. The sensitivity of Hela cells on chemotherapy was low. There was obvious increase in the apoptosis rate by chemotherapy drugs and growth inhibition rate after inhibiting the expression of Mc1-1.
CONCLUSION
Mcl-1 AS-ODN can not only inhibit Hela cell proliferation and induce apoptosis, but also increase the sensitivity of chemotherapy. Mcl-1 may be a potential target gene for cervical cancer chemotherapy.
