2.Differentiation of the cerebral salt wasting syndrome and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(6):664-666
The cerebral salt wasting syndrome and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion are frequent in hyponatremia in patients with intracranial disorders. There is a major problem about the incidence, diagnosis, and differentiation of cerebral salt wasting syndrome and syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone in patients with acute central nervous system disorders.Clinical presentation of cerebral salt wasting syndrome is similar to syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion, but the therapy is different. So differential diagnosis is essential for appropriate management. This paper differentiate two kinds of diseases from the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment.
3.Application of venipuncture virtual training system in pre-job nurse training
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(4):463-466
Objective:To observe the role and value of advanced venipuncture virtual training system in nursing clinical skills training for different venipuncture cases. Methods:Forty pre-service nurses were randomly selected from clinical departments to carry out training, and 40 trainees were respectively tested on the theory and operation of virtual venipuncture technology before and after training by the system software. A self-control study was conducted before and after training (random case selection assessment). Then a questionnaire was used to evaluate the training effect. SPSS 19.0 was performed for t test and repeated measure-ment ANOVA analysis. Results:Forty nurses participated in venipuncture training and passed the examination smoothly. The results of theoretical and operational assessment before and after training show significant differences. Conclusion:After training the pre-service nurses with the advanced virtual venipuncture system, the flexibility and accuracy of the operation are significantly improved, and the venipuncture operation can be accomplished skillfully and quickly.

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation on ADL scores in patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral stroke. Methods According to the selected order, three hundred and twenty type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral stroke were numbered in Arabic numbers 1,2,3 and so on,the odd number patients were randomly enrolled into the observation group, the even number patients were assigned into the control group. The control group was only given corresponding clinical treatments. In addition to the same clinical treatments, rehabilitation training was given to the observation group at the same time. The ADL scores, change between the two groups were compared after three months. Results After treatment, the ADL score of the observation group was significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (t =-24.9,P =0.000,P < 0.05).The ADL score of the control group was also improved, and the difference was statistically significant (t =-15.52,P =0.000,P < 0.05).The ADL score between the observation group and the control group had statistically significant difference (t =24.24,P =0.000,P < 0.05).Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral stroke who are early given rehabilitation training actively, car significantly improve the function of hemiplegia limbs, improve the ADL scores and the quality of life.

Objective To improve the clinical efficacy of angina pectoris with dyslipidemia patients, analysis of the combined use of trimetazidine, atorvastatin calcium, the clinical value of psychological intervention. Methods 86 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with dyslipidemia were selected, according to the random number table method is divided into control group and study group, each group of 43 cases. The control group were given routine symptomatic angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with abnormal blood lipid therapy plus trimetazidine hydrochloride oral Sibutramine, study group on the basis of the control group given oral atorvastatin calcium plus psychological intervention of statin treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical efficiency of the study group and the control group was 95.34% and 81.4%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); patients in the study group SDS, SAS score than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); patients in the study group, TC, TG, LDL and C levels were significantly lower than the control group, the HDL level of C higher than that of control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); study on patients with angina pectoris attack times less than the control group, the seizure duration shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with abnormal blood lipid, clinical efficiency increased from 81.4% to 95.34%, reduced in patients with depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, so that the blood has been effectively controlled, improve clinical symptoms, reduce the pain of patients, with high clinical value.

Objective To evaluate endothelium-dependent dilation (flow-mediated dilation, FMD) and endothelium-independent dilation(nitroglycerin-mediated dilation, NMD) of the brachial and superficial arteries in elderly patients with atherosclerotic disease(LEASD) of the lower extremity, and to evaluate the correlation between brachial and superficial femoral FMD and NMD and their characteristics. Methods Both FMD and NMD of the brachial artery and the superficial femoral artery were determined in 33 old LEASD patients with the high-resolution ultrasound, and the results were compared with that of 40 healthy elderly controls and 30 non-LEASD elderly patients with cardiovascular risk factors, respectively. Results Both FMD and NMD of the brachial artery and the superficial femoral artery were significantly lower in 33 elderly LEASD patients compared with those of 40 healthy elderly controls and 30 non-LEASD elderly patients but with cardiovascular risk factors (P

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore X-ray measurement of the subacromial space and to determine the normal range of it.Methods Shoulder joints in 188 healthy adults were examined with routine X-ray on the anterior-posterior position and the anterior lateral part of acromion to the intercondylar line of humerus(h1),as well as the most lateral part of acromion to intertubercular sulcus of humeral head(h2) were measured and observed. Results The 95% reference ranges in h1,h2 were 6.4~10.4 mm and 11.0~17.6 mm,respectively. Conclusion Both h1 and h2 can correctly reflect the bony distance of subacromial space, which is of significant meaning for guiding clinical diagnosis and therapy.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic values of enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA ) and colloidal gold im‐munochromatographic assay in detecting serum anti‐cyclic citrullinated peptide(anti‐CCP) antibody .Methods Colloidal gold immu‐nochromatographic assay and ELISA were used to detect serum anti‐CCP antibody in 110 RA patients and 110 healthy cases . Results The data were analysed with the paired Chi‐Square Test (χ2 = 174 .354 ,P < 0 .01) ,the difference was significant .The K ap pa value was 0 .890(P< 0 .01) ,indicating that the coincidence between the two kinds of methods was good .The sensitivity , speciality of ELISA were 83 .64% and 92 .73% respectively .Conclusion In detecting serum anti‐CCP Antibody ,there was dife‐rence between colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay and ELISA according to statistics analysis .The sensitivity and speciality of ELISA were higher than those of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay .

MeSH is a controlled vocabulary developed by U.S. National Library of Medicine. It is used for indexing articles for MEDLINE/PubMed or building search strategies for medical literatta-e retrieval. MeSH terminology provides information on how TCM being understood and accepted by western medicine, with the time when the terms added in, the scope notes, and hierarchical structure of terms in the category of Complementary Therapies. This article thoroughly discussed the definition and classification of complementary therapies in MESH.
