Twenty six patients with fracture of tibial plateau was under arthroscopy assisted reduction, the joint surface of bone graft, and USES the steel plate fixation treatment. Average surgery time was 65 min (70-120 min), average fracture healing time was 15 weeks (12-17 weeks), joint surface anatomical reattachment rate was 92.9%. Using break knee function criteria evaluation of curative effect: 18 cases great 6 cases wed, 2 cases ok, fine rate was 92.3%. No infection, deep venous thrombosis and small leg fascia chamber syndrome and other complications. Conclusion is that treatment of tibial plateau fractures under arthroscope has advantages of small trauma, check intuitively and reset accurately, functional recovery of patients are satisfied, the treatment has certain clinical application value.

Objective To study the function of γδT lymphocytes in patients with lung cancer. Methods γδT lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the 124 preoperative patients with lung cancer(experiment group) and 56 healthy donors(control group) were detected by Flow Cytometry. Results The percentage of γδT cells(CD+3 γδTCR+) was (6.54±2.90) % in control group and (3.76±2.81) % in experiment group (t =3.568,P <0.001). The γδT cells in peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer was less than that of healthy donors (t =3.568, P <0.001). There was significant difference in expression of γδT cells in the peripheral blood between the all test groups and healthy control group (P =0.000). Compared with control group, γδT cells of the peripheral blood in experiment group were correlated with TNM stage, general types, pathological changes position and histology grades (P <0.05). The expression of γδT cells in the peripheral blood were not associated with age, gender (P >0.05). Conclusion The results suggested that the dysfunction of γδT had important function on the development of lung cancer.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):51-54
Objective To study the expression of MCP-1 in the diabetes mellitus skin defect healing, then discuss its effect. Methods The diabetes mellitus models were established, and the expression of MCP-1 was detected by immunohistochemical staining and Elisa. Results The immunohistochemistry stain showed that the expression of MCP-1 in DM group was higher than that in control group at all time. And the serum value of MCP-1 in DM group had statistical significance ( <0.05) at 3 days or 1 week, but that in 2 weeks and 4 weeks was no statistical significance ( <0.05) . Conclusion The MCP-1 might play a role in the healing of diabetes mellitus skin defect through mediate abnormal inflammatory response.

Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of MICA/B in lung cancer cells and the mediastinum lymph node metastasis. Methods The samples of the lung cancer tissue as test group and the healthy tissue beside lung cancer as control group from 30 cases of patients with lung cancer were collected, and the expression of MICA/B on lung cancer cells surface were detected by flow cytometry. All patients were divided into three groups(N0, N1, N2) according to the state of lymph node metastasis, and the expression of MICA/B was analyzed among the three groups. Results The expression level of MICA/B in test group was significantly higher than that in control group[(0.3788±0.2398) %, (0.1908±0.1760) %] (P <0.01),however the MICA/B expression level between N0 and N1 or between N1 and N2 was not statistically different (P>0.05), while that between N0 and N2 had statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression level of MICA/B on surface of lung cancer cells is high, and the MICA/B as ligand of NKG2D may play an important role in the tumor immune response. The expression of MICA/B in mediastinum metastatic lymph node from lung cancer is remarkably increased and the prognosis of patients with lymph node metastasis is poor. MICA/B could be considered as a marker of mediastinum lymph node metastasis.

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2017;25(12):788-793
Objective:
To access the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment in patients with extraction of mandible first molar.
Methods :
Nineteen patients (three male and sixteen female) with extraction of mandible first molar because of caries, periapical disease were collected as experimental group. The age was 21.37 ± 5.07. Nineteen patients (seven male and twelve female) with extraction of four premolar as control group, The age was 20.42 ± 4.23. All the patients were treated with orthodontic space closure using MBT preadjusted appliance and sliding mechanics PAR index and cephalomertics that were compared before and after orthodontic treatment.
Results :
The two groups’ reduction in weighted PAR score and each of the PAR score differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in PAR. There were significant changes in U1-NA (°)、U1-NA(mm)、U1-SN(°), but not in the rest of the value in experimental group (P<0.01). The L1-NB(°)、 L1-NB (mm) was significant difference before and after treatment. Extraction spaces of mandible first molars were closed (P<0.01); Good occlusal relationships and soft tissue profiles were achieved in all cases.
Conclusion
If the mandibular first molars have serious caries or periapical lesions, removal of mandibular first molar, making full use of the mandibular third molar and keeping health premolars for orthodontic treatment could receive satisfactory results.
