1.Research progress on clinical teaching management for Master of Nursing Specialist students

Objective To know about the research status of clinical teaching management and provide guidance for establishing and perfecting the clinical teaching management system.Methods We summarized the research progress on clinical teaching management at home and abroad,including clinical training mode,qualification requirement,core competence,assessment criterion and training for clinical adviser of Master of Nursing Specialist students.Results Our country has not formed a standard and unified system on clinical teaching management so far.Conclusions We should actively learn from foreign advanced management experience,combined with China's national conditions to establish clinical adviser management mechanism.
2.Effect of transitional care intervention on the outcome of patients with chronic heart failure:A Meta-analysis

Objective To investigate the influence of transitional care intervention on the outcome of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on transitional care intervention were researched by the database of Pubmed,Medline and CBM.Data were analyzed using Stata 12.0 software.Results 17 RCTS were enrolled in this study.The results of Meta-analysis showed that transitional care intervention could reduce the total incidence of hospital readmission and readmission to hospital with heart failure.However,there was no significant difference in mortality among the two groups.Conclusions Transitional care intervention can reduce the total incidence of hospital readmission and readmission to hospital with heart failure for patients with heart failure.
3.Effect of transitional care intervention on quality of life for patients with chronic heart failure:a Meta-analysis

Objective We aimed to evaluate the effect of transitional care intervention on the quality of life for patients with chronic heart failure.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) on transitional care intervention were researched by the database of Pubmed,Medline and CBM.The influencing factors of transitional care intervention of quality of life of patients with heart failure were analyzed using Stata 12.0 software.Results 12 articles were enrolled in this study.The quality of life in the experimental group was significantly enhanced when comparing with the control group in the total level,physical and emotional aspects,SMD values were-0.62,-0.72 and-0.50,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusions Transitional care intervention can improve the quality of life for patients with chronic heart failure and the best effect can be obtained on the 3rd to 6th months.
4.Investigation on the cognition about organ donation of ICU medical staff in 3A hospital in Chongqing

Objective To investigate the cognition and participation on organ donation in ICU medical staff and analyze the influencing factors, thus to provide reference for the development organ donation promotion measures. Methods 265 ICU medical staff were chosen by convenient sampling method from 10 three-level hospitals in Chongqing and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about the cognition, willingness and its influencing factors towards organ donation. Results ICU medical staff′s understanding of brain death, significance, basic conditions and concepts of organ donation were 67.2% (178/265), 61.1% (162/265), 60.0% (159/265), 55.8% (148/265) respectively, but understanding of Principles , registration methods, laws and regulations, and procedures of organ donation were 24.5%(65/265), 12.1%(32/265), 7.9%(21/265), 4.5%(12/265) respectively. 47.5%(126/265) ICU medical staff were willing to donate their own organs, 35.8%(95/265) were consented to relative′s organ donation and 4.5% (12/265) were organ donation applications. 89.1% (236/265) were affected by traditional ethical concepts, 70.2%(186/265) were for the publicity not enough, 51.7%(137/265) did not know about the procedures of organ donation, 37.0%(98/265) were for too much troubled procedures, and 43.8%(116/265) were for the ineffective work of relevant organizations. Conclusions Lacking in-depth understanding of organ donation and low willingness to donate organs in ICU medical staff in Chongqing. Mainly associated with the effect of traditional concept and lack of propaganda to the donation.
5.Effect of international normalized ratio self-management intervention on the complication of patients after mechanical heart valve replacement: a meta-analysis

Objective To evaluate the influence of international normlized ratio(INR) self-management intervention on the complication of patients after mechanical heart valve replacement (MHVR).Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCT) about comparing the INR self-management with conventional management in patients after MHVR were researched by the database of PubMed, Medline, China Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang data, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, and the data were analyzed by Stata 12.0 software.Results Nine RCTs were enrolled in this study, 4 265 cases in total.The results of Meta-analysis showed that INR self-management could reduce the incidence of thrombosis, relative risk(RR) was 0.68, 95% confidence interval (95%CI) was 0.50-0.94, P<0.05.However, there was no significant difference in hemorrhage between the two groups, yet could not evaluate the effect on INR values within the target range, RR(95%CI) was 1.29(1.20-1.38), P<0.05.But due to the high heterogeneity in literature, the results were for reference only, it remained to be further argumen.Conclusions INR self-management can reduce the incidence of thrombosis in patients after mechanical heart valve replacement, and does not increase the risk of bleeding complication at the same time.
6.Reforming and implementation of culturing program for nursing undergraduates with internationalized vision

7.Influence of nursing students' personal factors on the teaching effect of nurse patient communica-tion experience

Objective To explore the effect of nursing students' factors on the teaching effect of nurse patient communication experience . Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 208 nursing students who received nurse-patient communication experience teaching. Research content included nursing students' subjective factors and objective factors, and non-technical expertise. The training effect factors affecting the personal factors questionnaire, self-made demographic characteristics questionnaire andnursing soft skills assessment scale were adopted to make evaluation and SPSS 17.0 was used to make correlation analysis to the obtained data. Result For respondents, the factors such as one-child in general demographic characteristics and social work experience had correlation with the teaching effect (r=0.270, 0.725; P=0.000, 0.010). Nursing students' non-professional and technical capacity, personal characteristics and the teaching effect were correlated with the teaching effect, among which the nursing students' interper-sonal relationship, organization and management skills, self-efficacy, learning power had the correlation coefficients with the teaching effect of 1.000, 0.725, 0.192 and 0.470, P<0.05, respectively. Conclusion In the teaching process, it has positive effect on the teaching effect to create the practice condition, increase the favorable factors, and guide the self awareness of nursing students.
8.Investigation into the advanced training status for emergency department nurses in Chongqing

ObjectiveTo study the advanced training status for emergency department nurses in Chongqing,and to improve the training program.MethodsThe basic and professional information of 208 emergency department nurses who obtained advanced training for emergency nursing in the previous 5 years was analyzed and the self-designed Satisfaction Survey on Teaching and Self-evaluation on Training Outcome were applied to learn about the feedback of trainees.ResultsThe average age of trainees was ( 29.24 ± 5.44 ),among whom 65.86% with junior college education experience,49.51% with 2-5 years of working experience,50.48% at primary professional rank,61.53% from second level hospitals.Their average score ( 77.91 ± 7.69 ),and teaching satisfaction score was ( 87.01 ± 7.63 ).The survey indicated that self-evaluation on training outcome was significant to enhance emergency nursing knowledge and skills,while weak to improve research and managing capability.ConclusionNurses attending advanced training for emergency nursing are characterized with short working time,low professional ranks,jagged education experiences and various levels of hospital. It is suggested to adopt leveled training in accordance with education experience and working hospital of trainees,and to strengthen nursing research and team managing competencies.
9.Discussions on patients' safety education in the nursing undergraduate education

Patients' safety is a hot topic of hospital management all over the word. Strengthening the patients' safety education for medical students and nursing students is an effective measure to protect patients' safety. In nursing school of Chongqing Medical University,patients' safety education was con-ducted through the course of undergraduate education. Contents of patients' safety education were com-bined with the professional courses,which are taught step by step in the professional course learning phase for different grades. Patients' safety education took a lot of teaching forms to cultivate the students' patient safety consciousness and preliminary results were achieved.
10.Main influencing factors of career development for nurses:a Meta-analysis

Objective To reflect the main influencing factors of career development for Chinese nurses. Methods Databases including PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang Data were searched to collect literature on the main influencing factors of career development for Chinese nurses. The literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After extracting data and appraising the quality of the included studies,Meta-analysis was conducted by Revman 5.0 and Stata 12.0 software. Results Of the 494 identified studies, 8 studies were included. The summary effect size and 95%CI were found for psychological capital 0.44(0.16-0.73), self-efficacy0.35 (0.22- 0.48), positional titles 0.20(0.14- 0.27), hospital scale- 0.19(- 0.26-- 0.13), years of work experience 0.17(0.09-0.25), stress-0.17(-0.24--0.09) respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital, self-efficacy, positional titles, hospital scale, years of work experience and stress are the main influencing factors related to nurses′ career development. Nursing managers should pay attention to and actively develop nurses' psychological capital, use of different professional titles and seniority nurses reasonably, and reduce the work pressure to promote the nurse career development.
