1.An Analysis of Clinical Pathology and CT in 84 Cases of Child Patients with Cerebral Palsy

Objective To discuss the changes of clinical pathology and CT morphology in child patients with cerebral palsy.Methods CT images in 84 cases with cerebral palsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results In 84 cases,60 patienes have abnomal findings of CT scanning(71.5 per cent).There are 4 cases of diffuse encephalatrophy,20 cases of Localized encephalatrophy,16 cases of Periventricular atrophy,26 cases of encephalomalac focus,6 cases of intermodiate part of abnormality,4 cases of cerebrospinal fluid retention,2 cases of porencephaly,2 cases of arachnoid cyst,18 cases in this group were encephalatrophy unite others.Conclusions Cerebral palsy has some characteristics on CT,which are inadequate cerebrospinal capability and development abnormity.
2.CT Manifestations of Teratomas of the Ovary

Objective To study CT findings of teratomas of the ovary.Methods 25 cases of teratomas of the ovary proved pathologically were presented.All cases were female,with a mean age of 32.8 years.There were 21 cases of benign cystic teratoma,and 4 cases of malignant non-mature teratoma.CT scans were obtained in all cases.Results 12 tumors were presented in right ovary,and 13 in left ovary.The average maximum diameter was 81 mm .20 tumors were round or oval shape,and 5 tumors were irregular shape.The fat component inside the ovarian tumor was showed in 24 cases .Among 21 cases of benign cystic teratomas,the wall plug was demonstrated in 16 cases,solid mass in 3 cases,fat-fluid level in 2 cases.A inhomogenous density was found in 4 cases of malignant non-mature teratomas.Calcification or ossification was presented in 20 cases.The peritoneal metastasis was showed in 2 cases.Conclusion The ovarian teratoma can be considered if a ovarian tumor with fat comporent and calcification or ossification.

4.Progress in the basic and clinical studies of malignant tumor thermoradiatherapy

Thermotherapy is one of the combined therapies of malignant tumor. It can enhance the sen-sitivity to radiotherapy by inhibiting cell DNA repair,changing cell signaling, modulating cell cycle checkpoint and inhibiting tumor cell metastasis. Many clinical trials have also confirmed that the combination of thermother-apy and radiotherapy can enhance the curative effect of head and neck,ventrum and pelvic malignant tumor. In this article,the synergistic effects and mechanism of tumor thermoradiotherapy are reviewed.
5.Clinical application of bioabsorbable polymer interbody fusion cage

BACKGROUND:Bioabsorbable polymer materials used in interbody fusion are currently a hot research, and there is stil no consensus.
OBJECTIVE:To summarize the basic research and clinical application of bioabsorbable polymer interbody fusion cages.
METHODS:A search of literatures in the database of Wanfang, VIP and PubMed databases from January 1989 to June 2012 was performed with the key words of“intervertebral fusion;bioabsorbable;spine;animal experiment;clinical research”in Chinese and English, respectively. Al the literatures concerning bioabsorbable polymer interbody fusion cage were extensively reviewed, and current developments in the basic research and the clinical application of bioabsorbable polymer interbody fusion cage were investigated.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Basic researches show that bioabsorbable polymer cage can effectively promote interbody fusion, the main defect is the delayed inflammatory response and bulk erosion, and the degradation and fusion speed, mechanical strength and porosity need further studies. At present, the hybrid copolymer of polylactic acid and its derivatives is used in clinic and relevant research is being carried out. The main advantage of the material is that it is of flexibility to change parameters when used in fusion for different needs, but a good blood supply to tissues around the fusion cage and the osteogenesis effect are very important. Scaffold porosity and other key parameters can affect the mechanical properties of fusion cage to provide sufficient space to meet the requirement of cellmigration, angiogenesis, thereby promoting bone fusion, under the necessary pressure load. So, to find the optimal combination of parameters in the field of bone tissue engineering is stil a chal enge.
6.Curative efficacy of Yixin Bardiranjibuya Keli in treatment of somatoform disorders

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yixin Bardiranjibuya Keli combined with escitalopram in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods 90 patients with somatoform disorders from March 2014 to March 2015,were recruited in our hospital as the subjects of this study.According to the random number method,the observation group and the control group were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The control group was treated with escitalopram,and the observation group was treated with Yixin Bardiranjibuya Keli on the basis of the control group.(SCL-90),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Health Status Questionnaire(SF-36PCS),Mental Health Overall Evaluation(SF-36PCS)before and after treatment,MCS score,adverse reaction,and curative effect.Results After treatment,the scores of SCL-90,HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group [(2.40±0.53)vs.(2.47±0.56),(7.32±1.08)vs.(13.69±2.81),(4.82±1.21)vs.(9.93±2.02)],respectively(P<0.05),and the scores of SF-36PCS and MCS were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.55(48.38±11.02)points(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group [8.88%(4/45)vs 24.44%(11/45)%,Significantly higher than the control group 73.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion Yixin Bardiranjibuya Keli combined with escitalopram for the treatment of somatosensory disorder is significant and effective in relieving anxiety and depression of the patients and improving the physical symptoms of the patients,which can be used as the first choice of treatment.

Objective To know about the research status of clinical teaching management and provide guidance for establishing and perfecting the clinical teaching management system.Methods We summarized the research progress on clinical teaching management at home and abroad,including clinical training mode,qualification requirement,core competence,assessment criterion and training for clinical adviser of Master of Nursing Specialist students.Results Our country has not formed a standard and unified system on clinical teaching management so far.Conclusions We should actively learn from foreign advanced management experience,combined with China's national conditions to establish clinical adviser management mechanism.
8.Infection Control in Grass Roots Hospitals:Problems and Countermeasures

OBJECTIVE To explore countermeasures to improve the quality of hospital infection control. METHODS The hospital control problems were analyzed through clinical practice. RESULTS Hospital infection control management was restricted by the inadequate understanding of the importance,the lack of related knowledge,the medical treatment cost and economic performance. CONCLUSIONS To establish an effective mechanism dealing with hospital infection control,education of the importance of infection control and training and to implement the target responsibility system are the keys to improve the quality of hospital infection control.
9.Normalizing Nursing Administration to Prevent Nosocomial Infection

OBJECTIVE To prevent nosocomial infection by strengthening the nursing administration.METHODS An effective system to prevent nosocomial infection,which included the further education for nurses on nosocomial infection and a normalized operation sequence,was established.The system was made to be well carried out.RESULTS The system worked normally and effectively.As a result,nosocomial infection could be well prevented.CONCLUSIONS Normalizing nursing administration is an effective method to prevent nosocomial infection.
10.Missing Report of Nosocomial Infection: Analysis and Countermeasure

OBJECTIVE To analyze the nosocomial infection cases,which were failed to be reported,and to grope for countermeasure to lessen the rate of nosocomial infection cases in disguise.METHODS The clinical data of the inpatients who were getting treatments in Oct 2004 and in Oct 2005 in the hospital were reviewed and analyzed.RESULTS The understanding and the recognition of nosocomial infection,the standards for judgement,the quatification of the medical workers,the medical cost and economic benefit ratio were all the causes that prevented nosocomial infection cases from being reported.CONCLUSIONS Propagandize the nosocomial infection management to make our medical workers attach importance to it,implement an objective obligation,constitute a hortative system,to exert the director's function and the workers′ enthusiasm,and choose high qualified workers to take charge in the nosocomial infection management,thus can prevent nosocomial cases from being reported.
