In this article, HPLC fingerprint analysis method for total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestris L.was established., The HPLC fingerprint was performed on Waters C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), eluted gradiently with the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1. The column temperature was 40℃. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. The HPLC standard fingerprint of total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestrisL. was established, and 16 common peaks were calibrated. The method was simple, stable, and reproducible. It could be applied for quality control of total flavonoids from pollen of Brassica campestris L.

BACKGROUND: Inherent modal analysis and harmonic response analysis on the human normal lumbosacral vertebraehave been reported, but there is a lack of comparative research on their modal analysis results before and after pediclescrew fixation.OBJECTIVE: To explore the dynamic characteristics of human lumbosacral vertebrae using three-dimensional finiteelement method.METHODS: Finite element model of lumbosacral vertebrae (L1-S1) before and after pedicle screw fixation was developedand validated based on CT images, and the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis were then conducted.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Representative nodes were selected at the spinous process segments of L1, L3 andL5, and numbered as A, B, and C, respectively. (2) The maximum displacement of each node in Y and Z directions oflumbosacral vertebral model after internal fixation was significantly decreased compared with those of the normallumbosacral vertebral model, suggesting that screw fixation system plays a protective role in lumbosacral vertebrae, andreduces its amplitude under external load, thus diminishing its sensitivity to external load. (3) The lumbosacral vertebralmodal analysis can provide basis for further study on dynamic analysis, and the parameters such as natural frequency, modal shape and vibration amplitude of the lumbar spine have been determined.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the diameter of drainage used in closed thoracic drainage (CTD) and the prognosis of patients with thoracic trauma. Methods:This study was a retrospective cohort study, a total of 146 patients who were admitted to the 971st Navy Hospital due to thoracic trauma from April 2017 to June 2021 and received closed thoracic drainage were selected as the research subjects. According to the prognosis, they were divided into a good group ( n=96) and a poor group ( n=50), and the clinical efficacy, general data and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors for poor prognosis, and a nomogram prediction model was established, and the model was evaluated. The relationship between the size of drainage diameter and the prognosis of patients with thoracic trauma was analyzed by Pearson correlation. The normally distributed measurement data was expressed by the ( ± s), and the independent samples t test was used for comparison between groups; The chi-square test was used for comparison of count data between groups. Results:The clinical efficacy of CTD was good, with a total effective probability of 87.67%; and 3 weeks after surgery, the patient′s prognosis was good, with a good prognosis probability of 65.75%. Logistic analysis showed that age 60 years old ( OR=1.501, 95% CI: 1.105-2.177), excipient replacement time of 2-3 d ( OR=2.543, 95% CI: 1.729-3.168), drainage bottle higher than thoracic cavity ( OR=1.692, 95% CI: 1.314-2.482), long wound healing time ( OR=1.971, 95% CI: 1.479-2.720), frequent cough ( OR=2.259, 95% CI: 1.564-2.924), and drainage tube diameter 16 F ( OR=3.087, 95% CI: 2.074-3.793) were independent risk factors for poor prognosis ( P<0.05). The size of drainage diameter was positively correlated with hospitalization and wound healing time, pain VAS score ( P<0.05), and negatively correlated with Barthel Index ( P<0.05). Conclusion:Drainage tube diameter 16 F is one of the independent risk factors for poor prognosis of patients. The smaller the drainage diameter, the shorter the postoperative hospital stay, faster wound healing, lighter pain and stronger ability of life and activity.

Objective To investigate the changes and related factors of maternal thyroid autoantibodies during early pregnancy. Methods Urinary iodine concentration( UIC) , serum thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH) , free thyroxine ( FT4 ) , thyroid-peroxidase antibody ( TPOAb ) , thyroglobulin antibody ( TgAb ) concentrations were determined in 7 190 women during early pregnancy in an iodine-sufficient region of China. Results The prevalence of TPOAb positivity and TgAb positivity were 8. 7% and 12. 0% respectively. The prevalence of overt hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism increased significantly in group of thyroid antibody positivity. The prevalence of TPOAb positivity and TgAb positivity presented a U-shaped curve, ranging from mild iodine deficiency to iodine excess, especially increased significantly in the group with UIC<100 μg/L. Conclusion Prevalence of thyroid antibodies positivity became higher during early pregnancy. The positive thyroid autoantibodies during pregnancy were significantly associated with maternal hypothyroidism. Both iodine excess and iodine deficiency are risk factors of positive thyroid antibodies.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of using a walking support band on the gait of stroke survivors. Methods:Sixty stroke survivors were randomly divided into a walking support band group ( n=20), an ankle foot orthosis (AFO) group ( n=20) and a conventional rehabilitation group ( n=20). All three groups received conventional rehabilitation therapy, while the AFO group members were additionally provided with an ankle-foot orthosis and the walking support band group members received training wearing a walking support band. Before and after 4 weeks of treatment, all three groups were evaluated using three-dimensional gait analysis. Results:A total of 57 patients finished the study. After the interventions, the average step speed, frequency and step length of the three groups had all increased significantly, while the average stride width, the percentage of double stance phase, unaffected and affected side stance phase, and the ratio between unaffected and affected side stance phase had all decreased significantly. After the intervention, the average step speed, frequency and length of the AFO and walking support band groups had increased significantly compared with the conventional rehabilitation group, while the average stride width of the AFO group, and the stride width, the percentage of double stance phase and unaffected side stance phase of the walking support band group had decreased significantly. After the treatment, the average percentages of double stance phase and unaffected side stance phase of the walking support band group had decreased significantly more than in the AFO group. Conclusions:A walking support band can significantly improve the abnormal gait of stroke survivors and is superior to an ankle-foot orthosis when combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy.

A novel technology is proposed for non-contact and real-time detection of atrial fibrillation using millimeter-wave radar.A 60 GHz PCR millimeter wave radar is used to continuously detect the chest echo signal of the subject. After signal acquisition,I-Q signal is generated through I-Q demodulation, and the signal phase information is extracted using effective points phase trend evaluation for obtaining the signals from oscillations in the chest wall, from which the respiratory signals and cardiac signals are extracted through digital filtering for the analysis of cardiac movement.Whether the atrial fibrillation occurs or not is determined by the characteristics of atrial fibrillation wave in the time domain. The effective points phase trend evaluation for extracting more accurate signal phase information and the time-domain method for real-time atrial fibrillation detection are the innovations of the study. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves a detection accuracy of 99.2%in clinic.
