1.Effects of pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets on optic discand macular retinal hemodynamics in diabetic retinopathy

Objective To explore the pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR) patients and its effect on the optic disc and macula retinal hemodynamics. Methods 86 cases (140 eyes) of DR patients were randomly divided into pancreatic kininogenase group and normal group with 43 cases in each group, two groups were treated with basic therapy, pancreatic kininogenase group were combined with pancreatic kininogenase treatment. The best corrected visual acuity and the clinical effect of optic disc and macula retinal hemodynamic changes were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) in pancreatic kininogenase group was greater than the normal group (P<0.05), the retinal neovascularization and fluorescein leakage area in pancreatic kininogenase group was less than the normal group (P<0.05). The disc vascular and macular retinal blood flow volume (VOL), blood flow velocity (FLW)values in pancreatic kininogenase group were larger than those of normal group, and the clinical curative effect of pancreatic kininogenase group was better than that of normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of DR patients can improve the optic disc and macular retinal hemodynamic parameters, improve visual acuity and reduce the retinal neovascularization and fluorescein leakage area, so as to improve the clinical treatment effect.
2.A control study on functional magnetic resonance imaging brain map in health adult undergoing clenching and relaxing the fist

Objective To observe the characteristic of the functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) brain map in health adult undergoing clenching and relaxing the fist, for exploring the essence of the fMRI brain map in patients suffering from motor dysfunction by cerebrovascular accidents. Methods Twelve healthy volunteers had been chosen to partake the experience. Everyone had accomplished the following three actions separately: (1) Only clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand. (2) Only clenching and relaxing the fist of right hand. (3) Clenching and relaxing the fist of both hands at one time. The data had been analyzed statistically using analysis of functional neuroimages (AFNI) software. Results Under condition of F (6,1121), P = 0.005. Only clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand had gained the following brain functional area: right precentral gyms, left parietal,right superior temporal gyrus,right parietal, right parahippocampal gyrus, right superior frontal gyrus, right medial frontal gyrus, left precuneus, right superior parietal lobule, right middle frontal gyrus, left superior frontal gyrus. Only clenching and relaxing the fist of right hand had gained the following brain functional area: left precentral gyms, left postcentral gyrus right parietal, right medial frontal gyrus. Clenching and relaxing the fist of beth hands simultaneously had gained the following brain functional area: left precentral gyms,left postcentral gyrus, right precentral gyrus, right postcentral gyrus. Conclusions Hand movement (clenching and relaxing the fist) has its own specific brain activated areas. The brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of both hands simultaneously concentrate in the motor area of both cerebral hemisphere. The brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of single hand contain not only the motor area, but also the supplementary motor area. As compared with the right handedness, the brain areas activated by clenching and relaxing the fist of left hand is more widespread.
3.Application of RW-splint in clinical diagnosis of classⅡ1 malocclusion patients

Objective :
To investigate whether the RW-splint could be used to guide or determine the CR position of the lower jaw so as to provide help for the later diagnostic design.
Methods:
20 class ⅡⅠ malocclusion patients were recruited in orthodontic department of Foshan Stomatological Hospital. They were treated by RW-splint for half a year before orthodontic treatment. The overjet of anterior teeth were recorded before and after treatment.
Results :
The overjet of anterior teeth was (6.792 ± 0.795) mm before treatment and (7.720 ± 0.930) mm after half a year's treatment. The overjet of anterior teeth had significant difference (t=6.319, P <0.01). The overjet change of anterior teeth between before treatment and half year after treatment was (0.928 ± 0.657) mm.
Conclusion
The RW-splint wearing before treatment can be used to guide or determine the mandible in the CR position.
4.Efficacy and safety of teriprizumab combined with bevacizumab in the treatment of metastatic MSI-H colorectal cancer above the second line

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of teriprizumab combined with bevacizumab in above the second line treatment of high-level microsatellite instability (MSI-H) type metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) patients.Methods:From February 2019 to September 2019, 56 patients with MSI-H mCRC admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected and divided into control group and test group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bevacizumab, and the test group was treated with teriprizumab combined with bevacizumab. The objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), progression-free survival, overall survival and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The ORR and DCR of the test group were 60.71% (17/28) and 75.00% (21/28) respectively, higher than 28.57% (8/28) and 46.63% (13/28) of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( χ2=5.85, P=0.016; χ2=4.79, P=0.029). The median progression-free survival of patients in the control group and the test group were 3.5 months and 5.8 months respectively, with a statistically significant difference ( χ2=9.83, P=0.003). The median overall survival of patients in the control group and the test group were 12.1 months and 16.2 months respectively, with a statistically significant difference ( χ2=6.13, P=0.007). There were no significant diffe-rences in the incidences of hematological reaction (17.86% vs. 14.29%, χ2=0.13, P=0.716), cardiovascular injury (10.71% vs. 14.29%, χ2=0.16, P=0.686), liver and kidney function injury (25.00% vs. 21.43%, χ2=0.10, P=0.752), gastrointestinal reaction (28.57% vs. 35.71%, χ2=0.33, P=0.567), skin and mucosal injury (7.14% vs. 10.71%, χ2=0.35, P=0.553), nervous system disease (3.57% vs. 14.29%, χ2=2.25, P=0.134), endocrine reaction (3.57% vs. 10.71%, χ2=1.29, P=0.256), alopecia (14.29% vs. 17.86%, χ2=0.13, P=0.716) and fatigue (25.00% vs. 28.57%, χ2=0.27, P=0.605) between the control group and the test group. Conclusion:The combination of teriprizumab and bevacizumab can improve the short-term and medium-long-term efficacy of patients with MSI-H mCRC, which is safe and reliable.
5. Assessment of the brain volume alterations in patients with hyposmia based on voxel-based morphometry

Objective:
To investigate the brain volume alterations in patients with hyposmia using voxel-based morphometry (VBM) and to correlate these alterations with the degree and duration of hyposmia.
Methods:
Forty patients with hyposmia from Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Beijing Anzhen Hospital since 2013 to 2016 and forty age and sex matched normal subjects were recruited in this study.
