China Pharmacy 2001;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of Shengmai injection and dexamethasone on the activity of SOD and the content of MDA during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.METHODS:538 patients with cardiac arrest were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Both groups were carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to INT rule.Experiment group were additionally treated with 1 mg?kg-1 dexamethasone,1 mg?kg-1 Shengmai injection and 5% glucose injection (250 mL) via i.v gtt.39 cases who were successfully rescued were respectively detected in terms of the activity of SOD and content of MDA in venous blood at 10 min,30 min,60 min and 120 min.RESULTS:The success ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in experiment group and control group were 11.33% and 6.50%,respectively.The activity of SOD in experiment group were higher than in control group while The content of MDA in experiment group were lower than in control group(P

4.Progress of pathogenesis and potential future implications of refractory epilepsy
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2009;(11):1001-1004
Epilepsy is a common neurological disorder of children. Research in recent years on the mechanism of refractable epilepsy has made some breakthrough. Four concepts have been put forward to explain the development of pharmacoresistance. The transporter hypothesis have become the focus, which contends that the expression or function of multidrug transporters in the brain is augmented, leading to impaired access of antiepileptic drugs to central nervous system targets. An emerging understanding of these underlying molecular and cellular mechanisms is likely to provide important impetus for the development of new pharmacological treatment strategies and clinical test facility.
5.Double Image of Intracranial Hematoma Diagnosis of CT and MR
Journal of Practical Radiology 1992;0(11):-
Objective To study the diagnosis of double image of intracranial hematoma by CT and MRI.Methods There were 27 cases with twice blood of the same part of intracranium,of them,23 cases presented double image of intracranial hematoma,18 cases were intracerebral hematoma,3 cases were subdural homatoma and 2 cases were extradural homatoma. Results The double image of intracerebral hematoma was caused by twice blood in different time at the same region of intracraniun that became high and slightly high density.MRI exhibited signal intensity of acute and subacute or chronicity premature hematoma. Conclusion The double image of intracerebral hematoma should differentiate with cerebroma bleeding and cerebroma calcification

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;12(9):648-651
The donated organ after cardiac death would undergo warn ischemia injury inevitably, and the incidences of primary non-function of donated organs, transplanted organ loss and ischemic-type biliary lesions were increased. It is a paramount research dilemma to devise how to avert, lessen and recover the warm ischemia organs after donation of cardiac death (DCD).Since February 2009,the Liver Transplantation Center of Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command of PLA has applied the extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) to protect the organs of DCD.The mechanism of recovering the donors from warm ishemia by ECMO has good prospects in the field of international organ donation, and it is an important method to solve the problem of donor shortage in China.Spreading the application range of ECMO in DCD and establishing the standard procedures and techniques in China is of great importance.

Objective To compare the changes of BNP and IL-1βin patients with chronic heart failure combined with chro-nic periodontitis before and after periodontal intervention treatment and investigate the improve effect of periodontal intervention treat-ment on the prognosis of chronic heart failure. Methods 38 patients with chronic heart failure combined with chronic periodontitis were divided into the intervention group (n=20) and the control group (n=18).The intervention group was given periodontal inter-vention and the control group was only given oral hygiene education .The baseline and changes of bleeding index , periodontal attach-ment loss and BNP, IL-1βof the two groups were recorded respectively. Results After periodontal treatment, the bleeding index, periodontal attachment loss and the baseline in the intervention group were significantly differenct compared with the control group (p<0.05).The changes of BNP and IL-1βindex in the intervention group were also significantly different from those of the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion The oral hygiene and periodontal health status of the patients could be improved by periodontal inter-vention.It can also improve the prognosis of patients with periodontitis combined with chronic heart failure .In conclusion, the perio-dontal intervention treatment plays a positive role in the treatment of chronic heart failure disease .

BACKGROUND: Arterial injury surrounding the mandibular angle is very common during mandibular angle ostectomy. The retromandibular vein is susceptible to injury owing to thin vascular wall and deep location. Anatomical studies regarding the retromandibular vein are rarely reported.OBJECTIVE: To observe the construction, branches, backstreaming of the retromandibular vein and its relation to the facial nerve and mandibular angle.METHODS: Twenty formalin-fixed adult cadavers (40 samples) were randomly selected. Bilateral retromandibular veins and their branches were cleaned. The construction, branches, backstreaming of the retromandibular vein and its relation to the facial nerve and mandibular angle were anatomically observed.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The retromandibular vein originated constantly and provided an average length of (4.51±2.01) cm, with an average outer diameter of (0.52±0.28) cm at the origination part. A total of 34 samples showed that the retromandibular vein was formed by the union of the superficial temporal and maxillary veins, and six samples showed that the retromandibular vein originated from the superficial temporal vein. The retromandibular vein divided into two types according to the backstreaming and course: one type consisted of the anterior and posterior branches: the anterior branch mostly drained into the internal jugular vein and minorly drained into the external jugular vein; the posterior branch was joined by the posterior auricular vein and became the external jugular vein. Another type of retromandibular vein without the anterior and posterior branches directly connected with the posterior auricular vein and entered the external jugular vein. The retromandibular vein had the following branches (appearance frequency): facial transverse vein (88%), mandibular articular vein (98%), parotid veins (95%),anterior auricular veins (58%), styloid process vein (43%). 88% of the retromandibular vein was located in the superior and inferior trunks of the facial nerve and in the medial branches. The retromandibular vein connected with facial nerve trunk or major branches in a decussated fashion. 75% of the arc-shaped structures formed by the retromandibular vein and its branches coursed close to the inferior and posterior border of the mandibular angle, and 25% of the arc-shaped structures were not close to the lowest point of the mandibular angle. The thin periosteum between the venous wall and cortical bone was just the position of ostectomy line of mandibular angle. The retromandibular vein was easily injured no matter in vein dissection or ostectomy.

The paper puts forward the method for evaluation on the scientific influence of institution based on PageRank algorithm, configures the initial weight of each institution based on the problems of dividing equally the webpage weight number in the classical PageRank algorithm and cited frequency of the application chapter, constructs the network matrix cited by institution through the citation situation of medical SCI papers published by partial colleges and universities in 2015,respectively calculates the PageRank values of institution when self-citation is excluded or included, and conducts comparative analysis on the sequence of cited frequency indicators of the institution as well as H index. This method can be used to evaluate scientific influence of institution from two dimensions of quality and quantity.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(01):-
Objective: To observe HLA DR expression in different s tages of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and to study the clinic significan ce of the abnormal HLA DR expression in primary OSCC. Method: HLA DR expression was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 26 cas es of histologically normal oral epithelia, 8 leukoplakia, 32 primary focuses an d 12 metastasis focuses of OSCC. Results: HLA DR express ion in primary OSCC focuses was significantly higher than that in normal epithel ium( P 0.05). Conclusion: Although HLA DR expression is frequently obs erved in the development of OSCCs, it can not be regarded as one of the indepen dent prognosis factors.
