Objective To argue whether the Chinese version of Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS) can be used to evaluate emotional intelligence of nursing students through studying its reliability and validity,and provide basis for the study of emotional intelligence of nursing students.Methods Using stratified random sampling method,Chinese version of EIS compiled by Wang Caikang was used to carry out the questionnaire survey among university and college students of different nursing specialty,using Cronbach coefficient alpha and factor analysis method to study the reliability and validity.Results Each dimension and total reliability of the Chinese version of EIS were 0.735,0.815,0.801,0.790,0.821.Through the principal component analysis,four common factors were extracted,the cumulated variance contribution of the four factors was 55.468％.Conclusions Chinese version of EIS has good reliability and validity,which is fully applicable to nursing students' emotional intelligence research.

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions induced by statins when combined with other drugs and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with adverse reactions caused by statins combined with other drugs in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2016 were reviewed and analyzed.Results The adverse reactions of the 78 cases of patients were manifested as muscle toxicity,liver toxicity,digestive discomfort,respiratory discomfort,et al; Inwhich muscle toxicity and liver toxicity were the most common adverse reactions.The incidence rate of rhabdomyolysis was 20.51％,which was significantly higher than that of the other adverse reactions(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions induced by simvastatin and atorvastatin were 44.87％and 28.21％,significantly higher than other statins(P<0.05).The incidence of side effects was the highest(30.77％)when the statins combined with antihypertensive drugs and anti myocardial drugs,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.51％when combined with lipid-lowering drugs.Conclusion The adverse reaction rate is relatively high when statins,especially simvastatin and atorvastatin combined with antihypertensive,anti-myocardial and lipid-lowering drugs,and the adverse reactions to liver toxicity and muscle toxicity are the main performance.Therefore a standardized and rational medication regimen should be made based on the clinical characteristics of patients and the type of drug in the clinical use of statins,in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to the maximum limit.

Objective To explore how to use Epidata and SPSS software in process of coding,entry and statistical analysis of multiple choice conveniently and quickly.Methods On the basis of the hospital demands for nursing graduates behavior questionnaire,Epidata and SPSS software was adopted to realize information coding,entry and statistical analysis of multiple choice,directional selection problem,sort multiple-choice questions.Results Through examples show,a combination of the two software carried on reasonable coding,entry and processing in the three different types of multiple-choice questions,involved in the hospital demands for nursing graduates behavior questionnaire,and gave registration interface of Epidata software,multiple choice encoding and SPSS data analysis process.Conclusions The combination of the two kinds of software can greatly improve the speed of data entry,especially when the data sample is large.

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal tuberculosis (TB). Methods A retrospective study was made on 281 cases. Results Irritation symptoms, hematuria and lumbodynia were the most common symptoms. The positive result of acid-fast stains, urinary TB-PCR, PPD-IgG were 44.5%, 44.1% and 62.5% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of urography, CT and B-type ultrasonography were 69.1%, 84.3% and 28.3%.105 of the 128 cases have been cured on medicine ( INH + RFP + PZA for 6～8 months ). Nephro-ureterectomy was performed for 145 out of 153 cases (94.8%). Conclusions Combined use of different means of diagnostic technique would help to assess the diagnosis of renal TB especially in atypical cases.IVU is still the first choice for diagnosis and CT scan is helpful.INH,REP and PZA used combinedly yiels satisfactory outcome for early cases.When nephro-ureterectomy is indicated,the involved ureter should be excised as much as possible.

Objective To investigate the effect of sevoflurane postconditioning on the renal injury induced by hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 200-250 g,were randomly assigned into 3 groups (n =8 each):sham operation group (group S),group I/R and sevoflurane group (group Spo).Limb ischemia was induced by occlusion of bilateral hind limbs for 4 h followed by 6 h reperfusion.In group Spo,sevoflurane was inhaled for 6 h at the end-tidal concentration of 2.5 ％ before reperfusion,while pure oxygen was inhaled instead of sevoflurane in groups S and I/R.Blood samples were taken from the inferior vena cava at 6 h of reperfusion to determine the serum blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) concentrations.The rats were then sacrificed and the kidney was removed for determination of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) and for microscopic examination.Results The levels of BUN,Cr,MDA,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly higher,the SOD content was significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological damage was severer in groups I/R and Spo than in group S.Compared with group I/R,the levels of BUN,Cr,MDA,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly decreased,the SOD content was significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05),and the pathological damage was attenuated in group S.Conclusion Sevoflurane postconditioning can reduce the renal injury induced by hind limb I/R in rats,and the reduction of oxygen radical release and inhibition of inflammatory response may be involved in the mechanism.

This paper presents a new digital image capsule, which collects and transmits digital image, with frame rate up to 30 frames/sec and pixels resolution of 400 x 400. The image is compressed in the capsule, and is transmitted to the outside of the capsule for decompression and interpolation. Objective To investigate the statistical.method for analyzing nurse job burnout Data. Methods Hotelling T2 test and multivariate analysis of variance(MANOVA)were used to analyze nurse job burnout datum. Results There was statistical significance between different cities,different ethnieities in the personal achievements,hut from three dimensions of the whole job burnout,there are no statistical sig-nificant differences among different cities, different ethnicities and different ages. Conclusions The use of Hotelling T2 test and multivariate analysis of variance to analyzing nurse job burnout data, not only ob-tain overall conclusion, and further use of single-variable analysis may also gain comparative results of each dimensions.

Primary liver cancer (PLC) includes hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CC).In recent years, the incidence of PLC has increased significantly in the world.At present, the therapy for liver cancer tends to diversify, but surgical resection is still the first choice and the most effective treatment for HCC in general.As the biomedical, evidence-based medicine, and medical humanities are proposed, to achieve the best therapeutic effect and minimize the trauma has become the goal of modem surgery.Moreover, this could promote the transformation of surgical model from traditional experiential surgery to precision surgery.Besides, as the critical techniques of treating HCC in preoperative evaluation,operative procedures, perioperative management and the innovation of surgical instruments develop fast, precise liver resection has come into being.And now this concept is getting more and more attention from hepatobiliary surgeons.In this paper, the progress on the application of precise liver resection in the treatment of PLC is reviewed based on the preoperative evaluation and intraoperative procedures.

A novel hydrogen peroxide sensor was fabricated by the seed-mediated growth method. First, polyethyleneimine(PEI) functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) were used as growth scaffold on the glass carbon electrode ( GCE). Then, Au nanoparticles were electrodeposited uniformly as seeds. Finally, Pt nanoparticles ( PtNPs ) grew on Au nanoparticles to form Pt @ Au core-shell structure nanocomposite. A new type of electrochemical sensor based on Pt @ Au / PEI-MWNTs nanocomposites for detection of hydrogen peroxide was developed, and the designed Pt@ Au / PEI-MWNTs/ GCE was characterized by electrochemical methods and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).
