Cryptotanshinone (CPT)is a major fat-soluble ingre-dient in Salvia, which is a traditional blood-activating and stasis-dissolving drug.CPT has been gradually concerned, because it has a remarkable therapeutic effect on cardiovascular diseases, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.A large number of exper-imental and clinical studies have shown that CPT can primarily inhibit tumor cell′s proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion and ad-hesion and induce apoptosis. Thus to some extent,it hinders in-vasion of tumor cell and prevents the distant metastasis. This pa-per focuses on the anti-tumor metastasis of CPT.

Objective The antiviral effects of polysaccharides from Eucheuma gelatinae and Eucheuma striatum on herpes simplex virus type 1(HSV-1) and coxsackie virus(CVB3) in vitro were assayed and their antiviral mechanism was elucidated. Methods The antiviral effects of samples were evaluated with cell cytotoxicity by MTT and cytopathic effect(CPE) methods.Antiviral mechanism of two extracts was investigated by four different ways. Results and Conclusion Polysaccharides from Eucheuma gelatinae and Eucheuma striatum had an obviously HSV-1 and CVB3 inhibitory effect.Antiviral activities of two extracts(ESPA and ESPA2) were better than acyclovir(ACV).Antiviral activities of all extracts were better than ribavirin injection.Polysaccharides from Eucheuma striatum had remarkable anti-CVB3 effects. The experiment also showed that Eucheuma polysaccharides not only kill the above viruses directly but also restrain them via getting into cells or absorbing on cells.

Objectives: To compare the effect of different fat emulsions on the blood lipid and liver function in neonates with hepatic dysfunction. Methods:40 babies with hyperbilirubinemia(≥51.3 mmol/L) were randomly divided into two groups ,receiving the fat emulsion of 20% Intralipid (LCT group) or 20% Lipofundin (MCT/LCT group) at the dose of 2.0 g/(kg?d) for 7 days. Blood lipid 〔total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG)〕 and the serum biochemical indexes relative to liver function were measured before and after the period of 7 days. Results:The levels of TC did not change remarkably in two groups. There was significant difference in the levels of TG between the two groups after the study period (1.87?0.3 mmol/L in LCT group and 1.15?0.27 mmol/L in MCT/LCT group, t =7.833, P

Objective:To compare acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) related knowledge, attitudes, behaviors and their influencing factors among college students in different years in Beijing, and to provide evidence for targeted health education among college students in future. Methods: College students were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among college students in year 2006 and 2016 in Beijing. The sample sizes were 1 800 and 3 001 college students, respectively. The contents of the questionnaire included: socio-demographic characteristics, AIDS related knowledge, AIDS related attitude, sex intercourse and its related risk behaviors, condom use intension, and AIDS related health education. Results: Compared with the year 2006, the average AIDS knowledge scores of college students in year 2016 dropped from 12.78±1.95 to 11.90±2.56 (t=12.91, P<0.05), and the correct answer rates of questions in the knowledge part were decreased, too.Except for belief on condom use, the college students were more negative on AIDS related attitude and self-efficacy in year 2016 than in year 2006.Among the students who had sex experience, the rates of commercial sex [17.65% (33/187) vs.6.53% (16/245), χ2=13.003, P<0.001] and the rates of homo-sexual intercourse [15.43% (29/188) vs.4.13% (10/242), χ2=16.356, P<0.001] were higher in year 2016 than in year 2006.The main way for the students seeking pornographic information was changed from books to internet (41.15%) in 2016 compared with the year 2016.In 2016, the influencing factors of intention on condom use were male (OR=0.713), self-efficacy of condom purchase (OR=0.876), never received sex education before college (OR=0.752), self-efficacy of condom use (OR=1.135), belief of condom use (OR=1.775), and attitude towards AIDS patients (OR=1.136).Conclusion: AIDS related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors among college students have been changed, AIDS related health education should be designed and improved based on new characteristics of college students.AIDS health education in colleges should pay more attention to sex attitude and sex responsibility and self-protection awareness among college students as well.

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety and complications of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate ( PKRP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH) .Methods Totally 186 BPH patients were underwent PKRP .Comparison of clinical parameters before and after operation .Results Following-up at 3 and 6 months after the operation showed that international prostate symptom score ( IP-SS),quality of life(QQL),residual urine volume(RUV) scores increased and maximal urinary flow rate ( Qmax) scores decreased .The incidence of complications was 8.2%.Conclusion PKRP have efficacy in the treatment of BPH , and PKRP is safer and less complications .

Objective To study the treatment of acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction . Methods Twenty-five cases of acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction were emergent managed with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy .Results All the renal function resumed well , BUN,Cr in serum was natural or near natural .Conclusion Ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy should be used for acute renal failure induced by uretericobstruction as first-line.

AIM: To investigate the implication of respiratory microbiology on the efficacy of PD-1 inhibitors monotherapy for patients with NSCLC. METHODS: This study was designed as a retrospective study, fifty-eight patients with previously-treated advanced NSCLC who were received PD-1 monotherapy from October 2018 to October 2021 were included. The PD-1 inhibitors were consisted of camrelizumab, sintilimab and pembrolizumab. Additionally, the basic demographic data, therapeutic efficacy data, survival prognosis and adverse reactions during the PD-1 inhibitors treatment were collected and analyzed through the patients' medical records of the department and the electronic medical record system of the hospital. Furthermore, deep induced sputum specimens of the patients before treatment with PD-1 inhibitor were collected. And the respiratory microbiology of 58 samples were detected using 16S rRNA gene sequencing method. The index of respiratory microbiology α diversity was analyzed, and the correlation analysis was performed with the efficacy and prognosis of patients. RESULTS: A total of 58 patients with advanced NSCLC met the study's screening criteria and were evaluable for efficacy and safety profile. Efficacy data suggested that the objective response rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) of the patients who received PD-1 inhibitors was 19.0%(95% CI: 9.9%-31.4%) and 55.2% (95% CI: 41.5%-68.3%). Furthermore, prognostic data obtained from follow-up indicated that the median PFS of the 58 patients with advanced NSCLC was 3.2 months (95% CI: 2.29-4.11) and the median OS was 10.5 months (95% CI: 5.58-15.43). Regarding the exploratory analysis between efficacy and respiratory microbiology, the 58 patients with NSCLC were divided into high α diversity group (group H) and low α diversity group (group L) according to Shannon diversity index of respiratory microecology detection. And the association analysis suggested that the ORR of patients with group H and group L was 23.3% and 17.9%(P c 0.380), respectively. Furthermore, prognostic analysis indicated that the median PFS of patients with group H and group L was 3.8 and 2.8 months, respectively, which was statistically significant (P c 0.034). CONCLUSION: PD-1 inhibitors monotherapy demonstrated preliminary efficacy and prognosis as subsequent line treatment for patients with advanced NSCLC. Patients with higher α -diversity of respiratory microbiology might confer a superior prognosis. And the conclusion should be validated in large sample prospective clinical trials subsequently.
