Objective To explore the influence of patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) on incidence of postpartum depression after cesarean section. Methods 256 cases of singleton term primary cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the study group( 130 cases)and the control group( 126 cases). The study group retained analgesia pump connected with epidural catheter, analgesic liquid was injected. In the control group, epidural catheter was removed, and was given intramuscular injection of pethidine hydrochloride 100 mg 4~6 h after operation, repeated 6 h later, total dosage was 200 mg.Postoperative observation time was 48h.Plasma prolactin(PRL) concentration was determined by radioimmunoassay in prenatal, postnatal 24 h and 48 h.Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS) was used to assess depression state 6 weeks postpartum in the two groups. The incidence of postpartum depression was compared between two groups. Results The plasma PRL level in the study group was significantly higher than the control group 24 h,48 h postpartum. The incidence rate of depression in the study group was 6.15%,while was 16.67% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions The application of PCEA after cesarean section can significantly reduce the incidence of postpartum depression, and has very important practical significance in preventing the incidence of postpartum depression.

Objective To establish a two-way evaluation system and to explore the application effect of two-way evaluation method in clinical nursing teaching. Methods We carried out two-way evaluation and individual evaluation test to 40 nursing students practicing in the Department of Inter nal Medicine of our hospital in 2012 and 20 teachers responsible for teaching.By using the envelope method, nursing students and teachers were randomly divided into two groups, with 20 nursing students and 10 teachers in the experimental group and the control group respectively.Students' assessment form and the teachers teaching level evaluation table were made, and teachers of both group gave scores every two weeks to the nursing students by nursing students' evaluation sheet, and the score of feedback were given to the nursing students in experimental group. At the same time, the nursing students in experimental group gave scores every two weeks to the teachers of the same group by the teachers' teaching evaluation sheet, and feedback the results.SPSS 13.0 was used to make statistical analysis and the scores of nursing students and teachers of both groups and the last scores were compared with paired sample T test of mean. The results of the experimental group and the control group in the same period were compared with two independent samples T test of mean. Results Comparing the nursing students'scores of both groups with the scores they themselves got last time, the scores of the fourth, sixth, and the eighth week were statistically significant(P<0.05)and comparing the experimental group teachers' score with and the scores they themselves got last time, the scores of the fourth, sixth, and the eighth week were also statistically significant(P<0.05); from the fourth week on,nursing students' scores in experimental group compared with those in control group in the same period, show the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Two-way evaluation system is beneficial to improving the enthusiasm and initiative of the teachers and students.Two-way evaluation and bidirectional interaction are helpful to timely detection of problems and improvement and can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching in internal neurological medicine.

Objective To explore the effect of WeChat group in nursing teaching in neurology department. Methods 159 cases of nursing undergraduate interns in Neurology Department were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group used the traditional teaching method while the experimental group adopted WeChat group aided teaching management on the basis of traditional teaching methods, with effect evaluation after 5 weeks practice.SPSS 19.0 was used for chi-square test and t test. Results In both two groups of nursing students, scores of theory opera-tion were obviously improved (P<0.05),and the experimental group theory results, operation ability and satisfaction were higher than the control group (P<0.05),and the frequency of occurrence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat group is conducive to improv-ing the quality of nursing teaching as well as students' overall quality, which is worthy of further promotion.

Syndrome of resistance to thyroid hormone(RTH)is a rare hereditary thyroid disease with various clinical manifestations and laboratory findings. RTH could be misdiagnosed and mistreated, resulting in aggravation of the disease. We reviewed the medical records of a patient with RTH over the past six years. In addition, we provided a summary of latest progress for RTH to help the clinicians to improve the understanding of the disease.

We designed the specific primers and TaqMan probes targeting cytochrome b genes of mitochondrial DNA from bovine, goat and sheep. We used different fluorescents to label the probes. After optimization of reaction conditions, we set up a multiplex fluorescent real-time PCR method to detect bovine, goat and sheep derived materials, simultaneously. We finished the detection tests of 17 kinds of animal DNA and 200 DNA samples from different sources with the developed method and the National Standard GB/T 20190Y-2006 routine PCR method. The coincidence rate of these two methods was 100%. Without electrophoresis or restriction digestion, the developed method could reduce the test time to one third as routine PCR and identify three kinds of animal derived materials including bovine, goat and sheep in one reaction. The developed method was approximately 10 times more sensitive than routine PCR, and was applicable to identifications of bovine, goat and sheep derived materials in feed stuff, meat, milk, pelt and grease, etc. The study showed that the developed real-time PCR method is a rapid, sensitive and efficacious detection assay for bovine, goat and sheep derived materials in animal products.

Aldosterone-producing adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare endocrine malignancy. Only a few cases are reported in China. This systematic review investigated the diagnosis and treatment strategy of aldosterone-producing ACC through a recent case of the disease. A case of a 49-year-old female who diagnosed with aldosterone-producing ACC by hormonal assays, medical imaging and pathology. Her condition has been alleviated after surgery. Aldosterone-producing ACC is a rare malignancy with limited treatment options and surgery is the primary treatment strategy.
