OBJECTIVE To determine the extra-lengh of stay and the economic loss for nosocomial infections of group A rotavirus in children′s hospital. METHODS We performed a 1∶1 case-control study to determine the cost of nosocomial rotavirus infection. Data of hospitalized cases were collected from Jan 1 2007 to Dec 31 2007. RESULTS The average medical expenses in case and control group were 7589 yuan and 5319 yuan, the average increased cost per case was 2269 yuan, the expenses for medicine, treatment, laboratory test and bed accounted for 47.42%,19.96%,17.10% and 9.03%,respectively (P

Objective To explore the impulsivity and aggressivity, and its treatment outcomes of the inpatients with intemet addiction disorder (IAD) by intergration interview. Methods Barratt Impulsiveness Scale ( BIS), Buss Aggressive Scale (BAS) were used to assess the impulsiveness and aggressivity in 58 IAD patients, at the first week and after the point of intergration interview 3 months,54 normal subjects in the control group were conducted by BIS and BAS only when they were recruited. Results ①The intemet addiction group had significantly higher scores on the BIS and BAS total scores than the control group at the first week ( BIS score 99.3 ±15. 1vs 75.0 ± 15.4, t=8.47, P<0. 01; BAS score 78.3 ±24.4 vs 54.8 ± 17.7, t=5.87 , P<0. 01 ). IAD group had lower scores on the total scores of BIS-Ⅱ and BAS after intergration interview than before, but the subscales and total scores were higher than those in the control group ( BIS score 86.3 ± 16.6 vs 75.0 ± 15.4, t =4.98, P < 0.01 ;BAS score 66.2 ± 22.6 vs 54.8 ± 17.7, t = 3.65, P < 0. 01 ). ②Total score of SCL-90 in IAD group were significantly correlated with the BAS total score ( r=0. 376, P<0. 01 ) ,and the decreased SCL-90 total score was also related with the decreased BAS score ( r= 0.508, P< 0. 01 ). Conclusion This study suggests that IAD group exhibit more impulsivity and aggressivity than those in the control group. After interview, their impulsivity and aggressivity are significantly decreased, but are still higher than those in the normal control group.

Objective To establish a quality standard for Jianpibushen granules .Methods The five main ingredients of the formulation :Astragalus membranaceus ,Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge ,Codonopsis pilosula ,Citrus reticulata Blanco and Paeonia lactif lora Pall ,were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC) respectively .The content of peoniflorin in Paeo-nia lactif lora was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) .The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(4 .6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm) .The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0 .1% potassium dihydrogen phos-phate solution for gradient elution .The flow rate was 1 ml/min ,the column temperature was 25 ℃ ,the UV detection was per-formed at 230 nm .Results The spots in TLC were clear without interference in negative control .A good linear relationship was shown within the range of 8 .676-277 .632 μg /ml for peoniflorin (r=0 .999 9) .Conclusion This method is simple ,accu-rate and reproducible ,and can be used as an effective quality control of Jianpibushen granules .

Objective To study whether there is correlation among the VEEG, head B ultrasound examination and NBNA score in evaluation of encephalopathy in premature infants. Methods One hundred cases of premature and low birth weight infants in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 admitted to NICU, were graded by video electroencephalogram, head B ultrasound examination and NBNA score to analyze the result of them in the assessment results encephalopathy in premature infants. Results In the treatment process, consistent with the EEG, head B ultrasound examination and NBNA score changes the presence of data results, with statistical significance. Conclusion There is a good correlation between VEEG,head B ultrasound examination and NBNA score.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the gray head B ultrasound quantitative determination on early detection for preterm low birth weight infants with cerebral white matter damage. Methods From 2013 January to August 2014 in the NICU department of our hospital, 100 cases of preterm and low birth weight infants were ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group. After birth 72 hours, the value of cerebral white matter was measured by head B ultrasound combined with medical image analysis software. The cases, whose early values of cerebral white matter were above 130, were treated with early brain nerve nutrition and rehabilitation. The develop-ment of nerve growth was followed up in 3 months and 6 months after birth, respectively. Results The NBNA score of premature and low birth weight infants was significantly higher than that of the control group. By the follow-up investi-gation in 3 months and 6 months after birth, the nerve growth of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The head B ultrasound gray-scale quantitative analysis has important guiding signifi-cance for early diagnosis of premature and low birth weight infants with cerebral white matter injury, and it can help to judge the prognosis and guide early clinical treatment.

Objective:To explore the influence of different emotional states on college students' attention control ability in single and dual attention control tasks. Methods:A total of 28 college students from Xinjiang Normal University were selected as participants, and emotional pictures were used to activate the positive, negative and neutral emotional states of the participants, and the integrated paradigm of " double-choice Oddball+ Stroop" was used to investigate their attention control ability in different emotional states. The experiment was designed by 3 (emotional states: neutral mood, positive emotion and negative emotion) × 4 (task types: baseline task, single response inhibition, single interference inhibition and double attention control task), and the E-prime software was used to record the participant's reaction time and error rate. SPSS 21.0 software was used to perform repeated measurement ANOVA on the reaction time and error rate of 28 participants. Results:The interaction between emotional state and task type was significant( F(6, 22)=2.70, P<0.05). The main effect of emotional state was not significant ( F(2, 26)=0.79, P=0.461). The main effect of task type was significant ( F(3, 25)=28.46, P<0.001). The differences in average reaction time between baseline tasks, single interference suppression tasks, single response suppression tasks, and dual attention control tasks were statistically significant (all P<0.001). Simple effect analysis showed that in the single response inhibition task, the reaction time in positive emotional state ((499.62±72.09) ms) and negative emotional state ((521.52±86.39) ms) were significantly longer than that in the neutral emotional state((475.43±76.38) ms, both P<0.05), and that in the negative emotional state was significantly longer than that in the positive emotional state ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference between emotional states in the baseline task, single interference suppression task, and double attention control task (all P>0.05). Conclusion:In the single attention control task, both positive and negative emotional states have emotional interference effect on the response inhibition ability of college students, and the interference effect of negative emotional state is more sighificant. In the dual attention control task, the emotional interference effect disappeared.

Adhesive intestinal obstruction is the most common type of ileus, and conserva-tive treatment serves as its preferred treatment option. In the course of conservative treatment, gastrointestinal decompression will relieve symptoms, prevent ileus progression and promote gas-trointestinal function recovery, which has significant clinical effects. Currently, decompression effects of nasointestinal tubes and nasogastric tubes are controversial. There is a previous Meta-analysis evaluating decompression effects of these two methods, but this analysis includes non-randomized controlled trial and lacks research about Chinese patients. Therefore, the authors con-duct a Meta-analysis to evaluate decompression effects of nasointestinal tubes versus nasogastric tubes for adhesive intestinal obstruction.
