Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of homemade Drug-eluting stent.Methods47 patients were treated with drug-eluting stents(63 stents). All patients who received angiography were followed up for 2~12 months after stents implant. The mortality, target vessel revascularization ratio and major adverse cardiac events were recorded.ResultsFor follow-up 47 patients, the mortality, target vessel revascularization ratio and major adverse cardiac events were 2.1%,2.1%,6.4%.ConclusionHomemade Drug-eluting stent is safe and effective.
7.Investigation in current status of nosocomial infection after renal transplantation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(12):76-77
Objective To understand the current status of nosocomial infection after renal trans plantation. Methods106 patients after renal transplantation were randomly divided into the laminar flow ward group (54 cases)and the ICU group (52 cases). The nosocomial infection situation of the twogroups was compared.ResultsThe rate of nosocomial infection in the laminar flow ward group was lower than that in the ICU group. The number of bacterial colony in laminar flow wards was less than that in ICU.Conclusions The rate of nosocomial infection in the laminar flow ward was lower than that in the ICU after renal tranaplantation.Patients after renal transplantation should he admitted in laminar flow ward in order to reduce the rate of nosocomial infection.
8.The diagnostic efficiency of multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging in breast cancer
Journal of Practical Radiology 2015;(3):388-392
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging of routine MRI,including dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI)and diffusion weighed imaging(DWI)in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The results of routine MRI (morphology, boundary and, edge and Internal enhancement),DCE-MRI (1,2,3 minutes early enhanced rate and TIC curve)and DWI (b=500,800 s/mm2 )were analyzed in 43 cases of malignant breast lesions and 54 benign lesions, with pathology results asthe gold standard, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and Kappa value had been respectively gained, and Logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results The specificity of edge (burr sign) was 96.3%,the sensitivity and specificity of TIC curve,ADC values (b=500,800 s/mm2 )were respectively 97.67%,83.33%,81.4%, 90.74%,88.37%,92.59%.Edge (burr sign)and ADC values (b=800 s/mm2 )had a statistic difference in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions (P<0.05),TIC curve had a significant statistic difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Edge (burr sign),TIC curve,ADC values (b=800 s/mm2 )had excellent diagnostic efficiency in the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.
9.Protective effects of ischemic postconditioning on injuries induced by intestinal ischemia reperfu-sion
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2014;(8):579-582
Objective To observe the effects and mechanism of ischemic postconditioning(IPo) on alleviating injuries of small intestine and remote organs induced by intestinal ischemia-reperfusion (IR).Methods A total of 48 rabbits were divided randomly into three groups(n =16 in each):the Sham group, the IR group and the IPo group. After 2 hours of reperfusion, arterial and venous blood and tissues of intestine, liver and lung were harvested. The levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in arterial blood and levels of ALT,AST,BUN,Cr,LDH,CK-MB activity and endotoxin in venous blood were tested.MDA, CAT,SOD and MPO levels in serum, small intestine, liver and lung were also measured.HE staining was performed for observation of injured intestinal mucosa.Bacterial translocation rate was calculated after bac-teria culture. Results Compared with the IR group,MDA and MPO levels in serum, small intestine, liver and lung decreased in the IPo group, while CAT and SOD levels increased obviously.Compared with the IR group,ALT,AST,LDH,CK-MB and BUN levels in the venous blood, and TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and endotox-in levels in arterial blood were all decreased.IL-10 increased and the intestinal mucosal injury score de-creased obviously. Conclusion Ischemic post conditioning can decrease the damage of intestinal mucosa, reduce endotoxin translocation, promote activation of anti-inflammatory cytokines, inhibit excessive release of inflammatory mediators, enhance the antioxidant capacity of intestine and remote organs, reduce injuries to the small intestine and remote organs.
