1.The study survey of DHA in marine microorganism
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(01):-
The research of DHA production by marine microorganism culture is active in marine bioactive substances exploitation. The marine microorganism species rich of DHA, the mechanism and influencing factors of DHA synthesizing, the questions and solving method of large scale production are reviewed in this article.

The B Phycoerythrin(B PE) could both be separated after crude phycobiliproteins from Porphyridium cruentum were precipitated in ammonium sulphate and dialyzed, then chromatographed on a hydroxylapatite (HA) Column and a Sephadex G 100 column respectively. The purity of B PE separated by two methods was 4.92 and 3.78 (A 545 nm/A 280 nm) respectively. When the purified B PE was electrophoresed under polyacryiamide gradient gel electrophoresis condition, only one band was observed. The B PE possessed an absorption maximum at 545nm and a room fluoresence emission at 574.5nm.

Objective To evaluate the degree of hypothermia cerebral resuscitation patients by acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ (APACHE Ⅱ) score and judge the prognosis,so as to prove the effectiveness of its application. Methods Data of 34 cases of patients with mild hypothermia cerebral resuscitation in ECIU or ICU were continuously observed, calculated the scores of APACHE Ⅱ and verify for establishing the regression model. Results The APACHE Ⅱ score was 20-47 (33.86 ± 5.12) scores. The APACHE Ⅱ score in 9 patients who were survived within 72 h was (27.83 ± 4.89) scores, and in 25 patients who were dead within 72 h was (35.56 ± 7.12) scores, there was significant difference (P < 0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that APACHE Ⅱ score was the risk factor (P < 0.01).Conclusion APACHE Ⅱ score can be applied to evaluate the degree of mild hypothermia cerebral resuscitation and prognosis,it can guide the clinical decision making.

Objective To detect the change of the anti-S. japonicum antibody level after people migrated from outside embankment to newly established town. Methods Three pilot spots were established for the investigation: one spot thut both inhabitancy and cultivation disused (A), one spot that only inhabitancy disused but farming continued (B) and the third one served as control (C). DIGFA and ELISA were used to detect the antibody level in the populations from 2002 to 2005. Results The positive rate of anti-S.japonkum antibody declined significantly from 6.63% to 3.52% by DIGFA and from 7.26% to 3.71% by ELISA at spot A (X2=5.2625, P
