Objective To understand the level of clinical first aid ability of nurses in non-emergency department of third-class general hospitals of Taiyuan City, and to provide theoretical basis for effective intervention of nursing managers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1008 nurses in 5 third-class general hospitals in Taiyuan city. Results The total score of clinical first aid ability of the non-emergency department nurses in 5 third-class general hospitals of Taiyuan was (121.29 ± 12.19) points. There were significant differences in scores of different age, education, nursing age, grade, title and departmental nurses (F=25.584-128.611, P<0.01). There was only a difference in the theoretical knowledge reserve in different department (F=3.589, P<0.05). The effect of the first aid ability on the emergency first aid ability of the non-emergency department nurses was the energy level, the education degree and the first aid ability of the nurses are increasing with the education level and the energy level. Conclusions In clinical work, nursing managers should pay attention to the development of first aid ability of low-grade and low-educated nurses in non-emergency department, and can carry out the training for first aid and comprehensive ability by situation simulation, emergency plan exercise, process management and so on.

Objective:To explore the cognition and use experience of residents based on technical acceptance model, and provide decision-making information and reference for the promotion and optimization construction of the smart ward. Methods:Based on the technical acceptance model, the research team made cognitive and experience evaluation questionnaire of hospitalization patients of the smart wards and evaluated its reliability. By adopting cross-sectional research methods, 368 patients who were hospitalized in the smart wards of the 10 leading clinical specialty in"136" Xingyi Project in Shanxi Province were selected as research objects from January to April 2022. The cognitive and experience evaluation questionnaire of hospitalization patients of the smart wards were used to conduct investigations and research. Results:Among 368 patients, male 148 cases, female 220 cases, aged 18 to 70 years old. The overall Cronbach α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.887, which had a good degree of reliability. In the cognition and experience evaluation of the smart wards, the five dimensions of perception of usefulness, perception of ease of use, perception safety, attitude and willingness to use were (4.76 ± 0.38),(4.75 ± 0.46), (4.75 ± 0.46), (4.72 ± 0.19), (4.73 ± 0.55), (4.77 ± 0.27) points respectively, the proportion of "very agreed" was 80.16% (295/368); the overall satisfaction of the smart wards scored (4.76 ± 0.35) points, the proportion of "very satisfied" was 79.35% (292/368). Conclusions:The application of the smart ward in the nursing work of inpatients will help optimize the patients′ medical service experience and improve the satisfaction of hospitalization.

Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of the assessment questionnaire on clinical first-aid ability of nurses in non-emergency department and provide a scientific tool for the evaluation of clinical first-aid ability of nurses in non-emergency department. Methods General information questionnaire and the non-emergency department nurses' clinical first-aid ability assessment questionnaire were applied on 1008 nurses. Split-half reliability, internal consistency reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. The content validity and structure validity were applied to test the validity. Results The Cronbach's α coefficient,split-half reliability coefficient and retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire were 0.927,0.861 and 0.977. The correlation coefficients among the various dimensions were from 0.298 to 0.810. The correlation coefficients between dimensions and total score were from 0.534 to 0.947. Exploratory factor analysis was performed to select five factors. The cumulative variance contribution rate was 58.28%. Conclusions The questionnaire has good reliability and validity with reasonable structure. It can be used as a tool to assess clinical first-aid ability of nurses in non-emergency department.
