Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of power Doppler ultrasonography through vagina in malignant trophoblastic tumor(MTT).Methods The features of power Doppler flow imaging of 43 cases with MTT were studied retrospectively.The imaging differences in normal group,benign gestational trophoblastic tumors and malignant gestational tropho-blastic tumors were compared,and the relationship between imaging character and benign or malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors was analyzed.At the same time,the change of blood flow in uterine intramuscular layer was obeserved before and after chemotherapy combined with β-hCG.Results The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in normal group was punctate and scattered blood flow signal,flow shape was regular;The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in benign gestational trophoblastic tumors group was short pole blood flow signal,flow shape was less regular;The blood folw character of uterine intramuscular layer in malignant gestational trophoblastic tumors group was very rich blood flow signal,flow shape was anomalistic; After chemotherapy,the extent and diameter of the blood folw of uterine intramuscular layer was decreased seriously,while the β-hCG reduced.Conclusion PDI had diagnostic value in MTT and could be seemed as a guide for observing the chemotherapeutic effect and prognosis of MTT.

Objective To compare hemostatic effect of bilateral uterine artery superior branch ligation and gauze intrauterine filling two methods for the placenta previa cesarean section bleeding.Methods 100 patients with bleeding in cesarean section were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases).The patients in the observation group were treated with bilateral uterine artery ascending branch,and the control group was treated with gauze.The number of blood transfusion,the time of operation,the amount of bleeding,the time of hemostasis,the number of hysterectomy and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of hemostasis in the observation group (98.0％) was higher than that in the control group (86.0％),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.891,P ＜ 0.05).The bleeding volume and hemostasis time were (577.8 ± 55.9) mL,(19.2 ± 10.2)min,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t =2.50,3.25,all P ＜ 0.05).The operation time between the two groups had no significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The transfusion rate and incidence rate of complications in the observation group were 8.0％ and 6.0％,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (22.0％,20.0％),and the differences were statistically significant (x2 =3.843,4.332,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The use of bilateral uterine artery esophageal branching in the placenta previa is effective in controlling bleeding,it has rapid bleeding and low incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To investigate the dynamic changes and relationship between the serum levels of IL-1 β and sE-selectin in acute pancreatitis (AP) patients, and to study the predicative value for severity of AP.Methods Forty one patients with AP were divided into severe acute pancreatitis (SAP, 19 cases) group and mild acute pancreatitis (MAP, 22 cases) group.Their serum were collected at the 1st, 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after admission and the serum concentrations of IL-1 β and sE-selectin were detected by ELISA.Another 20healthy volunteers were selected as controls.Results The serum concentration of IL-1 β in control group was ( 18.71 ±2.43)ng/L, while they were (61.18 ±7.47)ng/L, (33.03 ±5.85)ng/L, (20.73 ±4.07)ng/L in MAP group at the 1st, 3rd, 7th day;and they were (86.91 ± 13.32) rng/L, (81.35 ± 12.71) ng/L,(64.93 ±5.99)ng/L, (21.40±49.13) ng/L at the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day in SAP group.The serum concentration of IL - 1β of patients with SAP were markedly higher than those with MAP and normal controls on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day (P ＜0.05) and they decreased almost to normal on the 14th day.The serum concentration of sE-selectin was ( 10.69 ± 2.51 ) ng/ml, while they were ( 41.60 ± 6.85 ) ng/ml, ( 14.90 ±3.51)ng/ml, (9.85 ±2.88)ng/ml in MAP group at the 1st, 3rd, 7th day;and they were (84.73 ±15.37)ng/ml, ( 95.65 ± 13.06 ) ng/ml, ( 39.41 ± 3.73 ) ng/ml, ( 12.25 ± 2.29 ) ng/mlon the 1st, 3rd, 7 th and 14th day.The serum concentration of sE-selectin of patients with SAP were significantly higher than those with MAP and normal controls on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day (P ＜0.05 ) and there was no significant difference between SAP and control group on the 14th day.There was a positive correlation between the serum level of IL-1 β and sE-selectin in AP on the 1 st day after admission ( r = 0.851, P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions The serum concentrations of IL-1 β and sE-selectin are useful for AP severity predication.

AIM To examine antithrombotic effects of arecoline on the arterial thrombosis induced by carrageenin in mice through modulating the functions of endothelium and determine its mechanisms from hemostatic system, the platelet aggregative functions and the bioactive factors released by vascular endothelial cells. METHODS Kappa carrageenin was given ip in mice and mice were fed at the temperature of 20 to 21 degrees and at the humidity of 30 percent to 50 percent. RESULTS On the foregoing models of thrombosis, arecoline could antagonize the formation of thrombosis through activating the endothelial target for acetylcholine in a dose dependent manner and its antithrombotic potency was 250 to 500 times greater than aspirin; while under the same conditions, pilocarpine could not antagonize the formation of thrombosis. The levels of TT, PT, KPTT and MAR had no prominent changes compaired with control groups. The levels of t-PA became higher greatly than normal and the levels of PAI 1 became lower greatly than normal 2 hours after intravenous injection of arecoline in rats. Arecoline could decrease the higher plasma levels of thromboxane A2 and increase the lower plasma levels of prostacyclin in a dose dependent manner in the mice tail thrombosis induced by carrageenin. CONCLUSION The antithrombotic effects of arecoline are associated with activating the endothelial target for acetylcholine closely, but are not associated with muscarinic receptors,and not relevant to hemostatic systems or functions of platelet aggregation directly.

Objective To investigate the effect of bortezomib on proliferation and apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell lines BxPC3,SW1990 and explore possible mechanisms of bortezomib's killing effect on cancer cells.Methods BxPC3,SW1990 cells were treated by using 1,10,50,100,500 nmol/L and 1,10 μmol/L of bortezomib,and cells without bortezomib treatment were considered as control group.The cell proliferation was determined by MTF assay,and apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry.Bak,Bax,Bcl2,Bcl-xl,survivin mRNA expressions were measured by RT-PCR,and Western blot was applied to determine the expressions of pro-caspase-3,cleaved-caspase-3,Bax,Bcl-2,surviving protein.Results When bortezomib concentration was higher than 50 nmol/L,it inhibited the proliferation of two cell lines in a dose and time-dependent manner.And with the same treatment the rate of proliferation inhibition of BxPC3 cells by bortezomib was greater than that of SW1990 cells,and the difference between the two cell lines was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).Apoptosis rates in the groups of BxPC-3 and SW1990 cells treated by 100 nmol/L bortezomib were (22.56 ± 4.23) ％ and (12.71 ± 2.23) ％,which were significantly higher than those in control group (2.15 ± 0.47) ％ and (2.32 ± 0.54) ％,P ＜ 0.05).In addition,apoptosis rate of BxPC3 cells was significantly higher than that of SW1990 cells (P＜0.05).Bak mRNA expression of BxPC3 and SW1990 cells after 100 nmol/L bortezomib treatment were not significantly changed,but the expression of Bax mRNA and protein was significantly increased (P ＜0.05).Bcl-2 mRNA and protein,as well as Bcl-xl mRNA expressions was significantly decreased (P ＜0.05).The expression of survivin mRNA and protein in BxPC3 cells were decreased,but were increased in SW1990 cells(P ＜0.05).The expression of pro-caspase-3 protein in the two cell lines was decreased,while the expression of cleaved-caspase-3 protein was increased (P ＜0.05).Conclusions Bortezomib can inhibit the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cell Iines BxPC-3 and SW1990 and induce apoptosis,and the effect on BxPC3 cells is more than that on SW1990 cells.The mechanism may depend on activation of the mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis,and be related to survivin-involved drug-resistance.

?Objective: To develop the electroplated diamond grinding discs and burrs used on CEREC II CAD/CAM system. Methods: Using electroplated technology, the diamond grain and nickel were deposited together on the surface of stainless steel discs and burrs and then a composite electroplated diamond layer was formed, which was the method that diamond coated grinding discs and burrs were made. The experimental grinding discs and burrs were used to mill porcelain blocks on CEREC II CAD/CAM system and were compared with CEREC discs and burrs. Results: There were no significant differences between the experimental samples and CEREC samples on milling property and durability. Conclusion: The electroplated technology is simple and feasible. The diamond coated grinding discs and burrs made with this method can be used on CEREC II CAD/CAM system, but the further investigation is also needed.

Objective: To investigate the plasma levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer (D-D) and fibrinogen (Fib) among patients with pneumoconiosis, so as to provide insights into the prevention of thrombosis among patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods: Ninety-six male coal workers with stable-stage pneumoconiosis admitted to China Pingmei Shenma Group Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were included in the pneumoconiosis group, and 43 male healthy volunteers in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The plasma D-D, Fib, IL-6 and CRP levels were detected from subjects in the two groups. The associations of plasma D-D and Fib levels with IL-6 and CRP levels were examined using Pearson correlation analysis among pneumoconiosis patients. Results: Participants in the pneumoconiosis group and the control group had a mean age of (52.91±3.89) and (52.64±4.12) years, D-D of (1.28±0.91) and (0.44±0.11) mg/L, Fib of (4.41±0.98) and (2.88±0.61) g/L, IL-6 of (0.63±0.19) and (0.42±0.06) ng/L and CRP of (3.30±1.65) and (1.35±0.12) mg/L, respectively. Higher plasma D-D, Fib, IL-6 and CRP levels were detected in the pneumoconiosis group than in the control group (all P<0.05). The plasma D-D level correlated positively with IL-6 level among pneumoconiosis patients (r=0.347, P<0.001). Conclusion High plasma IL-6, CRP, D-D and Fib levels are detected among patients with pneumoconiosis, and the plasma D-D level correlates positively with IL-6 level among patients with pneumoconiosis.
