Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimally puncture aspiration therapy with cranial awl hole aspiration thereapy for hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty-two people were divided into two groups at random:minimally puncture aspiration therapy was used to treat 31 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,minimally puncture aspiration therapy was guided by CT with YL-1 minimally puncture needle.Cranial awl hole aspiration thereapy was used to 31 patients and was guided by CT.Results The intracranial hemorrage secondary rate was 12.9％,hematoma removal rate was 81.0％.After 3 months of treatment,light defect with neural function was 16 cases(51.6％),severe neurological deficits was 3 cases(9.6％)and moderate defect was 8 cases(25.8％).The intracranial hemorrage secondary rate was 16.1％,hematoma remowal rate was 82.6％,After 3 months of treatment,light defect with neural function was 15 cases(48.4％),severe neurological deficits was 4 cases(12.9％)and moderate defect was 8 cases (25.8％).The hematoma removal rate of minimally puncture aspiration thereapy was similar to cranial awl hole aspiration thereapy,while the intracranial hemorrage secondary rate was lower (x2 =0.412,P =0.324).Conclusion The neural function defence score showed no significant differences.And it' s suitful for patients with poor tolerance.

Objective To study the effect of the low free radical cigarettes (test cigarettes) on the blood biochemical parameters,lung and polychromatophilic red cell micronucleus in rats. Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the comparison smoke group and the experimental smoke group (low free radical cigarettes),12 in each. Let the rats smoke passively for 30 day,daily 12 cigarettes,then the determination of blood biochemical parameters and the polychromatophilic red cell micronucleus rate in the bone marrow,the pathological examination of the trachea and the lung tissues were conducted. Results Compared with the blank control,no significant changes were seen in the blood biochemical parameters and the polychromatophilic red cell micronucleus rate. The pathological examination of the lung tissues indicated that the pathological changes in the experimental smoke group were slight compared with the comparison smoke group. Conclusion No seriously adverse effects of low free radical cigarettes on the lung tissues of rats have been seen in the present study,that indicates that maybe the low free radical cigarette has an advantage in the health safety.

88 patients with advanced schistosomiasis japonica complicated with hepatitis B, which was confirmed by positive HBsAg and/or HBcAg in liver with double perioxidase-anti-perioxidase (PAP) method, were analyzed clinically and pathologically. It was found that there were four pathological types in the livers of these patientss simple schistosomial liver fibrosis (SSLF, 16.3%), SSLF complicated with chronic hepatitis (18.2%), SSLF complicated with inactive cirrhosis (29.6%) and SSLF complicated with active cirrhosis(38.6%). Among the 88 patients, 43(48.9%) cases had no clinical manifestation associated with the damage of liver function and only 23(26.1%) cases had the history of acute hepatitis. The relationship between clinical manifestations and liver pathological changes was also discussed.

Objective To implement a systematic anatomy learning system based on android platform and evaluate the application effects of the learning system in clinical medical undergraduate students.Methods The systematic anatomy learning system was based on android development package and correlation functions were implemented using java technique.108 undergraduate students in clinical major of 2014 in Kunming Medical University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Students of the experimental group were given the traditional teaching method and this learning system for autonomous learning,while students of the control group were given the traditional teaching method.These two teaching methods were subjectively and objectively evaluated by questionnaire survey and final examination respectively.Results The questionnaire showed that the 87.5％ of students thought that it was necessary to use the learning system.The 90.74％ of students in experimental group thought their learning effect were improved and the 98.15％ of them thought themselves learning ability were improved.The average score of the experimental group and the control group was 83.56 ± 5.61 and 75.33 ± 4.62 respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The systematic anatomy learning system can help students to understand and grasp the knowledge points of the systematic anatomy,and it can improve the teaching effect too.It will provide research foundation for the next step of applying for patent.

Objective To observe the serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels of procalcitonin (PCT),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in children with purulent meningitis and viral encephalitis,and evaluat the differential diagnosis value of PCT and MMP-9.Methods The clinical data of 73 patients with intracranial infection admitted to neurology of Qingdao Women and Children's Hospital from September 2014 to December 2015.Twenty-two patients with pumlent meningitis were se1ected as purulent meningitis group,51 patients with viral encephalitis as viral encephalitis group,and another 20 non-infectious convulsion children as a control group.Samples of 2 ml CSF and 3 ml venous blood from all the subjects were collected within 24 hours after admission.The levels of MMP-9 were detected by Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the PCT 1evels were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.The data in multiple groups were compared with analysis of variance,and by SNK-q test to carry on pairwise comparison among groups.The positive rate significance compared by Chi-square test.Linear correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Results Mean serum and CSF levels of PCT in the pumlent meningitis patients group were significantly higher than those in the viral encephalitis group as well as the control group (P ＜ 0.01),but the levels of serum or CSF there were no significant difference between the viral encephalitis group and the control group (P ＞ 0.05);Mean serum and CSF levels of MMP-9 in the pumlent meningitis patients group were significantly higher than those in the viral encephalitis group and control group (P ＜ 0.01),and the levels in patients with viral encephalitis were significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.01);The increased percentage of the serum and CSF PCT in pumlent meningitis group were significantly higher than in viral encephalitis group (P ＜ 0.01).,but there were no significant difference for MMP-9 (P ＞ 0.05);The PCT level of serum or CSF in pumlent meningitis patients was positively correlated with MMP-9 (r =0.498,P ＜ 0.01),but there was no significant correlation in viral encephalitis group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Detection of PCT and MMP-9 level is valuable in differential diagnosis for the pumlent meningitis or viral encephalitis.

Objective To obtain genes encoding the novel molecules for diagnosis of schistosomiasis.Methods Juvenile S.japonicum cDNA library was immunoscreened to obtain positive clones.By DNA sequencing and sequence analysis,the target gene was amplified by PCR and subcloned into prokaryotic plasmid pET28a.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli BL21 followed by expression of the protein induced by IPTG.The protein was identified by Western blotting.Results 34 positive clones were obtained,24 of which were chosen to be sequenced,13 of which were Sj22600 gene.The protein were recognized with sera of infected rabbits and patients with acute and chronic schistosomiasis by Western blotting.Conclusion The gene coding for Sj22600 membrane protein was screened with high frequency in the cDNA library.The E.coli BL21 transformed with the recombinant plasmid can express the fusion protein,which shows immunoactivity.

Objective To study the effect of Acanthopanax senticosus saponins (ASS) on organ blood flow and vascular resistance in anesthetized dogs.Methods The cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral vascular resistance(CVR),peripheral blood flow(PBF),peripheral vascular resistance(PVR),blood pressure(SDP and DBP) and heart rate(HR) were measured using the MF-27 electromagnetic flowmeter.Results ASS(15 and 30 mg?kg~(-1) iv perfusion for 60 min) augmented CBF and PBF,decreased CVR and PVR within 180 min and slowed down HR at 60-180 min.In addition,ASS(30 mg?kg~(-1) iv perfusion for 60 min) could obviously reduce SBP and DBP.Conclusion Protective effect of ASS on experimental cerebral ischemia may be related to improving cerebral circulation and increasing cerebral blood supplyment.

BackgroundExcessive conjunctival scar formation is a main cause of filtering surgical failure in glaucoma.It has been reported that the failure rate of filtering surgery is a tough problem in the research of glaucoma.Research showed that tetrandrine (Tet) suppress the proliferation of cultured human fibroblasts of Tenons capsule (TCFs) in vitro,but its possible mechanism is still unclear up to now.ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to investigate the inducement effects of Tet on the apoptosis of fibroblasts of Tenons capsule and mechanism.MethodsThe Tenon's capsule was obtained from donor eyes of Zhongshan Eye Center Eye Bank for further use.Human Tenon's capsule fibroblasts were cultured by explant culture method in mixed medium in vitro and the third to seventh generations of cells were collected for the experiment.The subcultured cells were identified by morphology observation and Vimentin staining.The apoptosis of cultured fibroblasts in Tet-treated group and control group was studied by using TUNEL (TdT- mediated dUTP nick end labling,TUNEL),flow cytometry (FCM) and transmission electron microscope.The cell number in different cellular cycle was calculated in Ted-treated group and control group.Results The cultured cells reached confluence in two weeks after cultured and presented the spindle or triangle shape with the radial-like or vortexin-like arrangement .The cells showed the positive staining for Vimentin.Apoptosis changes of cultured cell and apoptosis bodies were seen under the transmission electron microscope.Apoptotic cell nuclei were observed in Tet group by TUNEL.FCM result showed that the cells at G_0/G_1 phase decreased by 22.2%,and the cells at S and G_2/M phases increased by 20.53% and 1.6% in Ted-treated group.Significant differences in the numbers of cells in different cellular cycles and cell numbers of apoptosis were found between Tet-treated group and control group(P=0.000).ConclusionTet can inhibit the proliferation of human TCFs by inducing apoptosis in vitro.

Purpose To investigate the prenatal ultrasonic features of fetal hypospadias and to compare the diagnostic accuracy.Materials and Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with suspected or confirmed hypospadias were retrospectively analyzed.The prenatal ultrasonic features,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of the patients were analyzed,and the diagnostic accuracy of different ultrasonic features for hypospadias was compared.Results In 28 cases,21 cases of hypospadias were confirmed by examination after birth or induced abortion with 2 cases of missed diagnosis by ultrasound,and 7 cases of non hypospadias were misdiagnosed by prenatal ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy rate of 2D ultrasound was 67.9％ (19/28),and that of 3D ultrasound combined with 2D ultrasound was 92.9％ (13/14).The diagnostic accuracy rates of ultrasonic features such as abnormal urinary jet,abnormal urethra,tulip sign,abnormal penis tip,scrotum separation with or without penoscrotal transposition and short penis were 100.0％ (6/6),92.9％ (13/14),88.2％ (15/17),83.3％ (5/6),25.0％ (1/4) and 33.3％ (1/3),respectively.Conclusion The ultrasonic features including abnormal urinary jet,abnormal urethra,tulip sign and abnormal penis tip have great value for prenatal diagnosis of fetal hypospadias.3D ultrasound is more intuitive than 2D ultrasound and provides more details.Comprehensive analysis of all ultrasonic features is helpful for prenatal diagnosis.
