ObjectiveTo evaluate the dehydration effect of HSS in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock and to explore the mechanism.MethodsWigger′s hemorrhagic shock model was established in three groups of rats (10 rats in each group), shock was treated by no infusion in control. Lactated Ringer′s solution started one hour later in a dosage of 8 ml/kg given within 5 mins in Ringer′s group and in HSS group, Ringer′s solution was substituted by HSS.Results The water content of gastrocnemius in normal, nothing to infuses.
