Cumulative evidence demonstrated that the chromatin modification plays important roles in the processes of DNA replication,transcription,repair and recombination.Both of the generation of DNA lesions and the activation of DNA damage response (DDR) to ionizing radiation could be affected by the chromatin modifications.This paper reviewed the recent research progresses in the chromatin structure modifications and its role in DDR,especially the influence of characteristic chromatin structure and histone modification on the radiation sensitivity of tumor cells.

Objective To explore the significance of union examination of blood serum liver cancer tracers in the early diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods We observed and compared the level of blood serum liver cancer tracers armor embryo protein (AFP), crag algae glycosidase (AFU), armor embryo protein heteroplasmon (AFPL3) andγ-Gu Anxian transferase (γ-GT) in early time for primary liver cancer patients and hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients who had liver cancer family history. Results Finally among the 30 patients in the early liver cancer group, 23 were positive with AFP, 20 with AFU, 15 with AFPL3 and 21 with γ-GT. Five were found positive with blood serum AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT at the same time; 5 with AFP, AFPL3 and γ-GT; 5 with AFP, AFU and AFPL3; 7 with AFP, AFU andγ-GT. By contrast, in the control group, among the 30 hepatitis liver cirrhosis patients and those chronic hepatitis B patients with liver cancer family history, 11 were found positive with AFP, 3 with AFPL3, 12 with AFU and 14 with γ-GT. None of the patients were found positive with union examination of AFP, AFPL3, AFU and γ-GT in the blood serum at the same time. Conclusion The union examination of AFP, AFU, AFPL3 and γ-GT is significant to the early diagnosis of primary liver cancer.

Objective To evaluate the effect of the percutaneous lumbar puncture to treat sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation.Methods 75 cases of lumbar disc herniation with significant clinical signs were confirmed by CT scan. The technique of the percutaneous lumbar puncture led the needle to approach nerve root and injected medicine diffusing into extraduramater, and then relieved the symptom of sciatica. Results The rate of success of percutaneous lumbar puncture guided by CT reached to 100%. After two weeks of follow up, the symptom of pain was obviously improved and disappeared in 63.3% cases. There were 23.0% cases needed a second proceduse, and no change was obsesved in 9.3% cases.Conclusions The percutaneous lumbar puncture guided by CT to treat sciatica resulted from lumbar disc herniation is one of the safe ,reliable,effective new methods with no complication. The long term effectiveness is still in need of investigation.

Objective: To prepare the inclusion compund of baicalin-hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin (HP-?-CD) and identify it. Methods: The inclusion compound of baicalin-HP-?-CD was confirmed by freeze-drying method. Results: The inclusion compound of baicalin-HP-?-CD was confirmed by IR absorption spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results indicated that the inclusion compound of baicalin-HP-?-CD was formed. The content analysis of the inclusion compound showed that the molecular ratio of baicalin to HP-?-CD was 1∶1. Conclusion: The solubility of baicalin is increased from 0.112mg/ml to 2.743mg/ml. when the drug is included by HP-?-CD.

Objective ERP research has always been the hot spot of the n~ve electrophysiology research.A gTowing body of research suggests that ERP can effectively reflect the cognitive function in patients with depression,evaluate the risk of suicide.This paper reviews the ERP related components with depression and related research.On the basis of the application of ERP in the depression research discusses limitations and prospects on the later development.Methods The articles were retrievaled from databases,such as P UBMED,Foreign medical information resources retrieval platform,CNKI,Wanfang database,ect,from 2013-06 to 2015-01.Index strategy TI:TI:[depression OR affective disorder] AND [suicide OR suicidal] All field:event related potential.Reading and narrowing the scope of the articles,we should understand the experimental design,such as Sample company have suicidal ideation and (or) behavior of patients with depression.Potential induced way,ERP related component detection method,etc.The articles included 43 in English and 15 in Chinese.Read the full text and retain nearly five years about depression and related literature.Results Eventually,the article includes 34 articles and 3 of in Chinese.Conclusion Associated with suicidal ideation and (or) behavior of the existing cognitive dysfunction in patients with depression,ERP related components such as:abnormal P300 and CNV,MMN.N400 have not found abnormal.This article only from the Angle of depression and related research are reviewed in this paper the characteristics of ERP,ERP of other mental illnesses among related research,and to be perfect in the future.

In order to obtain the serotype distribution of E.coli from duck and to screen the vaccine bacterial strains,the serotype identifications and biological characteristics of E.coli were analyzed in recent years from Shandong,Hebei and other areas of commercial duck field;selections of vaccine strains were detected by the virulence and immunogenicity.Totally 44 isolated bacterial strains of E.coli from duck were identified to a total of six serotypes:O78,O93,O76,O2,O92 and O32.The O78 serotype was the dominant serotype,accounting for 56.8％ (25/44);O93 serotype for 15.9％ (7/44) according to bacterial Oantigen typing.The strain SD (O78 serotype) was confirmed to have strong virulence and good immunogenicity.The O78,O93 and O76 are the dominant serotypes of duck E.coli in the study areas.The SD strain could be used as the candidate for the next development of inactivated vaccine.

Objective To describe and analyze the clinical characters of patients with FRG from 7 Chinese families.Then analyze and identify their mutations in SGLT2 gene,and explore the association of genotype and phenotype.Methods Quantitative test for 24-hour urine glucose and other laboratory tests were carried out among 7 probands (14 patients in all) and their family members from 7 pedigrees (totaling 23 subjects).All coding regions,including intron-exon boundaries,were analyzed using PCR followed by direct sequence analysis.Results Five novel mutations in SLC5A2 gene were identified in this investigation,including four missense mutations (A Serine to Glycine at position 335 (c.1003A＞G,p.S335G),a Glutamine to Arginine at position 448 (c.1343A ＞ G,p.Q448R),an alanine to proline at position 474 (p.A474P,c.1420G ＞ C) and a glycine to aspartic acid at position 580 (c.1739G ＞ A,p.G580D) and a deletion in intron 7 (c.886(-10_-31)del).By the minigene studies using the pSPL3 plasmids,we confirmed the deletion c.886(-10_-31)del as a splicing mutation.In this study,the mutation c.886(-10_-31)del accounted for about 43％ of the total alleles (12/28).These patients with compound heterozygous or homozygous mutations manifested middle degree or severe glycosuria (Quantitative test for 24-hour urine glucose:10.56-50.68 g/1.73 m2),however those with heterozygous variants presented with mild to moderate glycosuria (Quantitative test for 24-hour urine glucose ≤ 2.45 g/1.73 m2).This fits co-dominant inheritance pattern.Conclusions Five novel mutations which may be related to FRG are found in this study,and c.886(-10-31) del may be a high frequency mutation in Chinese patients.

Objective To explore the influence of chronic neuropathic pain on cellular immune function of mice models.Methods The mice models were established by ligating tibeal nerve and common peroneal nerve on one side,and the influence of chronic neuropathic pain on cellular immune function and tumor necrosis factor-?(TNF-?) and interleukin-6(IL-6) was observed with lymphocyte cell increase experiment(MTT method) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The increased reactivity of T lymphocyte of the model group was significantly higher than that of the sham group and the control group.At the same time,content of TNF-? and IL-6 in blood of the model group also increased.Conclusion Cellular immune function of mice is increased in the state of chronic neuropathic pain.
