Objective To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for lung cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 200 patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)(118 patients) or solitary pulmonary metastasis (82 patients) who underwent SBRT in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from January 2012 to September 2015.The 80% isodose line covered 95% of the planning target volume,and the 100% isodose line covered 100% of the internal gross tumor volume.The fractional dose was 4.0-18.0 Gy daily or every other day,and the biologically equivalent dose ranged from 40.0 to 151.2 Gy (median 100 Gy).Results All patients completed treatment.The follow-up rate was 96.0%.The complete response and partial response rates were 14.8%(17/115) and 65.2%(75/115) for the primary tumor group,versus 25%(19/77) and 38%(29/77) for the metastasis group.The incidence rates of grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ acute radiation pneumonitis were 4.7% and 3.1%,respectively.The median follow-up was 14.9 months.The 1-and 2-year local control rates were 95.7% and 84.3% for the primary tumor group,versus 92% and 73% for the metastasis group.The 1-and 2-year overall survival rates were 94.5% and 92.0% for the primary tumor group,versus 85% and 62% for the metastasis group.Conclusions SBRT is a safe and effective treatment for early primary NSCLC and solitary pulmonary metastasis,resulting in high 1-and 2-year local control and overall survival rates and low rate of complications.

Objective:To investigate the in vitro antibacterial effects of imipenem combined with common antibiotics on bla KPC-2 type carbapenem resistant klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) targeting bla KPC-2 gene. Methods:Six strains of unrepeated bla KPC-2 type confirmed by polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequence were isolated in Yueqing People's Hospital, China between January 2018 and January 2019 were included in this study. The susceptibility rate of imipenem against nine conventionally used antibiotics was determined. The sensitivity test of imipenem combined with eight antibiotics was performed with the checkerboard method. Fractional inhibitory concentration was calculated to assess the efficacy of imipenem combined with common antibiotics. The in vitro treatment time-antibacterial effect curve was drawn to evaluate the antibacterial effects. Results:The resistance rate of six strains of bla KPC-2 type was 100.00% (6/6) for imipenem, meropenem, ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, rifampicin and cefotaxime, and it was 66.67% (4/6) for minocycline and clavulanic acid and 33.33% (2/6) for tigecycline. Imipenem combined with tigecycline had a better antibacterial effect and exhibited a synergistic effect on four strains of bla KPC-2 type CRKP and an additive effect on two strains of Bla KPC-2 type CRKP. The curve of time for in vitro treatment of KPN2 with imipenem combined with tigecycline against bactericidal effect revealed that the antibacterial rate of imipenem at the 1/2 minimum inhibitory concentration combined with tigecycline at the 1/4 minimum inhibitory concentration was > 95% at (t+2) and the antibacterial effect could maintain (t+10) hours to (t+12) hours. The antibacterial rate of imipenem combined with tigecycline against strain 002 was gradually decreased with time, and the growth curve of strain 002 rised gradually. Conclusion:In vitro drug sensitivity test revealed that imipenem combined with tigecycline exhibits a good synergistic effect on bla KPC-2 type CRKP. Findings from this study provide a reference for clinical treatment of bla KPC-2 type CRKP.

ENHANCIN is an enhancing protein chiefly found in insect baculoviruses. One ENHANCIN homologue was identified, by blast method, in Agrotis Segetum granulovirus (AgseGV) genome, named enhancin-like. Sequence analysis indicated that this gene includes the conserved domains, conserved in other ENHANCIN, and it has no signal peptide or a-transmembrane helix. A proline-rich domain, which is similar to those of mammals, is present at its C-terminal. To analyze the synergistic function of AgseGV enhancin-like gene, prokaryotic expression vectors of its whole gene and the 5'-truncated fragment (1, 017bp) were constructed. Expression product of truncated fragment was purified by chromatography, and then it was used to prepare antibody. The expression product of whole gene was identified by Western blot with specific antibody and anti-His-Tag antibody. Bioassay proved that the expression product of whole gene can increase the mortality with 16.25% to 3th instar larvae of Helicoverpa armigera (HaNPV: 1.17 x 10(2) PIBS/mL), while the truncated fragment has no obvious synergistic function.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy between stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) and surgical treatment for stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with early-stage NSCLC who underwent SBRT or surgical treatment in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from 2012 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Propensity score matching was carried out between two groups.Sixty eligible patients were enrolled in each group.In the SBRT group,the 80％ isodose line covered 95％ of the planning target volume,and the 100％ isodose line covered 100％ of the internal gross tumor volume.The fractional dose was 5-15 Gy and the median biologically equivalent dose was 100 Gy (range:57.6-150.0 Gy).In the operation group,32 patients underwent video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy and 9 patients underwent wedge resection or segmentectomy.Results All patients successfully completed corresponding treatment and were followed up.The median follow-up was 32.3 months (range:8.6-68.4 months).In the operation group,3 patients died from infection within postoperative 90 d,whereas no case died in the SBRT group (P=0.079).In the SBRT group,3 patients died of other factors besides tumor (cerebral infarction,heart disease,etc.) during follow-up.Local-regional recurrence occurred in 12 patients including 5 cases in the operation group and 7 in the SBRT group (P=0.543).In the operation group,11 patients experienced distant metastases with a median disease-free survival (DFS) of 33.5 months.In the SBRT group,6 patients had distant metastases and the median DFS was 38.4 months (P=0.835,P=0.178).In the SBRT group,the 1-and 3-year overall survival rates were 93％ and 83％,and 95％ and 83％ in the operation group (P=0.993).Conclusions The 1-and 3-year overall survival rates and local control rate do not significantly differ between SBRT and operation for patients with early-stage NSCLC.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of dual wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate and severe facial acne.Methods:Sixty patients with moderate and severe acne that visited the Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from May 2020 to January 2021, were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The observation group was given dual-wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid. 30% supramolecular salicylic acid was used once every two weeks, for a total of six times. Dual-wavelength pulsed dye laser was given once a month, for a total of three times. The control group was only given dual-wavelength pulsed dye laser, once a month, a total of three times.Results:Twenty-two cases (73.33%) in the observation group were effective, while 14 cases (46.67%) in the control group were effective. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ 2=4.44, P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusions:Dual-wavelength pulsed dye laser combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of moderate and severe facial acne, which is worth popularizing.
