Objective To study the relationship of EGFR gene mutation and clinical efficacy of patients with terminal NSCLC treated with gefitinib from Zhoushan. Methods 45 patients with terminal NSCLC were divided into the mutation group and normal group according to EGFR mutation. And all patients were received gefitinib treatment. Clinical efficacy was observed. Results The objective response rate and PFS of the mutation group were 76.92%, (232.8 ±24.3)d;The objective response rate and PFS of the normal group were 31.25%,(156.7 ±26.5)d;The objective response rate of the mutation group was significantly higher than that of the normal group(χ2 =7.810,P <0.05),and the PFS of the mutation group was also significantly higher than that of the normal group(t =5.665,P <0.05).Conclusion EGFR gene mutation patients with terminal NSCLC treated with gefitinib has higher clinical effi-cacy.

Objective: To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patient’s oral mucositis with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods:One hundred and seventy four examples of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were equally and randomly divided into two groups, which are intervention group and control group. The usual care was given to the control group, while both the usual care and comprehensive nursing intervention were given to the intervention group. The comparative study of the occurrence and severity degree of oral mucositis in these two groups after one week pretreatment was conducted. Results:The occurrence rate of oral mucositis in intervention group and control group was 54.47%and 68.97%respectively. And there is no obvious significance of the occurrence rate before and after the intervention(x2=2.47, P>0.05). Nevertheless, the comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly lessen the severity of oral mucositis, and help to control the inflammation and promote healing. Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively reduce the occurrence degree of oral mucositis in the patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2021;52(6):713-718
TA method for the content determination of methionine sulfoxide and methionine sulfone in compound amino acid injection (18AA-II) was established in order to investigate their level in 155 batches of this product, and to explore the reason for the generation of these two impurities. The determination was performed on an Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column with mobile phases of sodium acetate/tetrahydrofuran solution (A) and sodium acetate solution -acetonitrile-methanol (B, 200∶400∶400) (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.The excitation wavelength and the emission wavelength of the fluorescence detector were 233 nm and 441 nm, respectively. The column temperature was 40 °C, and the injection volume was 8 μL.The contents of methionine sulfoxide and methionine sulfone from 155 batches of compound amino acid injection (18AA-II) was determined using this method, and the residual oxygen content was detected by headspace gas analyzer. The results showed that the linear range of methionine sulfoxide and methionine sulfone were 0.128 1-10.250 0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 9) and 0.261 0-10.440 0 μg/mL (r = 0.999 8), respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.13 μg/mL and 0.26 μg/mL, respectively; the limits of detection were 0.04 μg/mL and 0.09 μg/mL, respectively.RSDs of precision, stability and repetitive test were all lower than 1.3%.The recoveries ranged 98.00%-100.79% (RSD = 1.15%, n = 9) and 98.19%-102.31% (RSD = 1.33%, n = 9).The content level of oxidized related substances from different manufacturers showed significant difference, showing relevance with the residual oxygen content to some extent, yet no significant correlation with the added amount of antioxygen (sodium pyrosulfite). The method is validated to be useful for the content control of methionine sulfoxide and methionine sulfone in compound amino acid injection (18AA-II).It is quite necessary to include the determination of oxidized related substance into the quality specification.Manufacturers should strengthen the control of remaining oxygen in their products.

Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(01):-
Objective To establish a RHD genotyping method specific for the Chinese. Methods Six pairs of primers specific for most alleles found in the Chinese according to the records in NCBI GenBank, were designed, and a multi-tube sequence-specific primer PCR (PCR-SSP) method was established with a pair of internal control primer in each reaction. The method was evaluated with samples serologically determined and full length RHD sequenced from 89 Rh-negative, 28 D el, and 13 Rh-positive, weak D and partial D phenotype of Chinese Hans. Furthermore, 318 random samples from blood donors were genotyped and the results were compared with serological results of those samples. Results The PCR-SSP results were in concordance with serological results (100%) in all samples, and all RHD positive, D antigen negative alleles (or nonfunctional alleles) observed in the Chinese up to now could be detected or implicated, including D el phenotype especially D el allele existing in Rh-positive individuals (RHD/RHD1227A). This genotype was detected with a rate of 8/318, and allele frequency should be 0.012579 Conclusion Our method is rapid and easy, with high accuracy in the testing of the Chinese.

Objective To study the safety of hypothermia in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage after asphyxia. Methods Twenty four full term newborns with Apgar score 0.05). Conclusions The results suggest that the selective head cooling in full term newborn has no significant adverse effect on cardiac function, kidney function and coagulation function.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2008;30(10):664-667
Objective To study the effects of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) on avascular nec-rosis of the femoral head. Methods Thirty-two rabbits were used to make the avascular necrosis of the femoral headmodel by use of freezing method. Two rabbits were chosen to check the result of the model. Thirty rabbits were ran-domly divided into 2 groups : a treatment group and a control group. Each group was observed 2, 4 and 8 weeks aftertreatment. Morphological and pathological changes of the femoral head were observed. An immunohistochemicalmethod was used to examine the distribution of vessel endothelium growth factor (VEGF) and fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) immunoreactive-positive cells in the bone tissues. Results Morphologically, the femoral heads of treat-ment group were smoother and glossier than those of the control group. The empty lacunae ratio, the number of theosteoblast was significantly different between the treatment and the control group. The expression of VEGF and hFGFin the bone tissues of treatment group increased significantly when compared with control group. Conclusion ES-WT can promote healing of avascular necrosis of femoral head.

Objective To evaluate the features of solid-pseudopapiHary tumors of pancreas (SPTP),and to compare with the clinical and pathological findings in order to improve the diagnostic accura-cy.Methods The CT appearances were analyzed retrospectively in 5 patients with pathologically proven SPTP.There were 4 women and 1 man, with the mean age of(16.20±7.49)years.Plain CT and contrasted CT were performed in all 5 cases. Results The tumors of 4 caseswerelocatedinthe head and neck of pan-creats and 1 case was in the body and tail of pancreas.Clear tumor margins were seen in all cases. The mean diameter of these tumors was 5.2 cm(3.0-9.0 cm).Two cases were predominantly composed of cystic por-tions,2 cases were mainly composed of solid portions, and 1 case was composed of similar proportions of solid and cystic portions.Inhomogeneous enhancement Was rewealed in contrasted CT scan, but Was lower in both phase than normal pancreas.Tumor border discontinuous ring-shape calcification was seen in 1 case,dilata-tion of the main pancreatic duct Was demonstrated in 1 case and no metastasis were seen. Conclusions Certain CT features may suggest the diagnosis of SPTP.CT combined with the clinical feature is helpful to the diagnosis.
