Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(12):1992-1993
Objective To explore the relationship between MP and HSP.Methods The HSP children treated in our hospital during 2004 to 2006 were tested with MP,and the positive patients were treated with the anti-infectious methods. Results (1)The positive rate of MP was 24.14%.(2)By treating with the anti-infectious methods, all positive patients recovered. All syndrome of the patients disappeared in 3 weeks. The mean time in hospital Was (18.9±3.3)days.Conclusion MP infection Was one of the risk factors tIlat might cauge HSP.

Objective To evaluate the effect of different types of tube feeding on swallowing function of stroke patients. Methods 60 patients with dysphagia post stroke were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received indwelling nasogastric tube feeding, and the observation group received intermittent nasogastric tube feeding. They were assessed with Kubota Water Swallow Test (WST) and VGF on the 1st day and 30th day after admission. Results The scores of drinking test and VGF were better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05) on the 30th day. Conclusion Long-term nasogatric tube feeding is effective on dysphagia in stroke patients.

Journal of International Oncology 2013;40(7):494-497
Chemotherapy is one of the most important methods of cancer treatment. However, multidrug resistance (MDR) has been the main factors affecting their efficacies.Recent studies show that the amplification of MDR1 gene in tumor cells, the over expression of the related drug resistance protein and the cell cycle and apoptosis pathway in signal transduction are the main causes for the failure of chemotherapy.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To survey and evaluate the present situation and trends of antidiabetic agents used in hospitals of southwest China so as to provide information for the production, sale and consumption units.METHODS:To investigate the antidiabetic agents used in60hospitals of southwest China during the period2000~2002in respect to the sum of money of consumption,Kinds of drugs,DDDs and DDC.RESULTS:In recent3years,the annual increasing rates of consumption of oral antidiabetic agents and insulin injection were14.12%and42.09%,the proportions of costs for the oral antidiabetic agents and insulin injections in total consumption of antidiabetic agents were67.20%and32.78%respectively.CONCLUSION:The use of insulin is increasing quickly and the new dosage has developmental future. The Metformin and Glipizide are the important oral antidiabetic agents.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To explore the change of degrade of clonazepam in serum with single and repeated - dose administration in children with seizure, and find a reasonable method for using the clonazepam. Methods Children with seizures were divided into single - dose paradigam, repeated - dose paradigam, and decreased - dose paradigam. The concentration of CZP in serum was determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Results The serum concentrations of clanazepain in single - dose paradigam were (101.9?12.1),(76.9 ? 5.8),(50.7?2.9),(30.9?5.4),(21.5?6.8)?g/L,the time point that the blood samples collected were 15,30,60,120 and 480 min. The serum concentrations in repeated - dose paradigam were (97. 2 ? 6. 1),(130.4? 13. 4), (99. 4 ? 9.8),(79.6?2.4)?g/L,in decreased-dose paradigam were( 101.1 ?13.1),(123.1 ?6. 6), (99.4 ?9. 8), (79. 3 ? 2. 2)?g/L,in these two groups, the time point were 15,45,60 and 120 min. Conclusion Repeated administration of CZP with decreased dose may increase its effectiveness in treatment without substantially increasing toxicity.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(11):1019-1020
Dysphagia is one of the most common and life-threatening complications in patients with stroke, and nutritional support plays an important role in rehabilitation. This article reviewed the progression of study on assessment for dysphagia and nutrition, and the timing, method and complication of enteral nutrition.
