1.Effect of leucosonurn combined psychological intervention on workers exposing benzene

Objective To explore the effect of combined use of schizophrenia combined with psychological intervention on benzene exposure to workers. Methods A total of 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The 106 workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The workers were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 53 patients were given the observation group combined with the psychological intervention, given the control group placebo, 3 months after the intervention to compare the two groups of workers blood parameters, oxidation-antioxidant indicators and genetic damage indicators. Results The WBC and PLT were significantly increased after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01), while MDA and MN were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Leucosonurn has some protective effects on blood system damage, oxidative damage and cytogenetic damage caused by exposure to benzene, and the combination of psychological intervention is beneficial to the early prevention of benzene poisoning.
2.Yeast expression and application of an antifreeze protein from the desert beetle Microdera punctipennis.

Insect antifreeze protein (AFP) has high antifreeze activity. Antifreeze proteins can be used in cryopreservation of biological tissues and cells. We expressed an antifreeze protein from the desert beetle Microdera punctipennis in yeast and determined the function of the protein at low temperatures. Yeast expression vector, pPIC9K-Mpafp698, was constructed and transformed into Pichia pastoris GS115. The expression of MpAFP698 was induced by methanol, and identified by tricine SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Mpafp698 gene was inserted into the genome of the host yeast strain GS115, and correctly expressed. Hardly any yeast's own protein was secreted into the media. Cryoprotective experiments showed that MpAFP698 can significantly protect mouse liver as well as other mouse organs from cold damage compared with those in the control of Bovine serum albumin (BSA) addition. Besides, the hemolysis of blood cells protected by MpAFP698 at 4 degrees C was reduced and the survival rate of SF9 cells protected by MpAFP698 after freezing and thawing was increased compared to those of the control with BSA addition. Our results showed that MpAFP698 can be expressed in yeast, which allows a convenient purification of the MpAFP protein that has the cryoprotective effect.

3.Investigation and Application of Two-Point Two-Line Vein Pricking of High Pressure Injector

Objective To design two-point two-line vein pricking for avoiding pain for patients and blood osmosis out of the vein caused by the high-pressure and fast-speed of the current high-pressure injector.Methods 19G butterfly-wing vein transfusion needle in the length of 19mm was used.The first point was needled with the needle tip under the skin and the first needling line was above and parallel the blood vessel in the length of 10-12mm.The second point was needled,with the second needle tip and needle line in the blood vessel,and the length of needling is 7-9mm.Results 100 persons were subjected.All the contrast medium and the physiologic saline were injected in vein in 98 persons,among which 2 had little hard tubercle in injecting area.Conclusion The two-point two-line vein pricking is safe for high pressure injector injecting in vein,and can prevent blood osmosis out of the vein.
4.Comparative Analysis of Imaging on Dual-energy CT Boneless and Digital Cerebra-vascular Subtraction Angiography

Objective To probe the advantages and characteristics of imaging on dual-energy CT boneless and digital sub- traction brain angiography through comparative analysis. Methods Siemens 64-slice dual-source spiral CT and double high pressure syringe; The 200 patients were randomly divided into dual-energy group(n=100) and DSACT group(n=100); Every patient was injected 50 ml contrast medium and 50ml normal saline, injection rate was 4ml/s. Results The groups of cere- bra-vascular imaging without interference, and completely boneless; but experimental group has more boneless defects and vascular surface definition less. The cerebral arteries were interfered by the venous shadow in dual-energy group, and the dual-energy group received low-dose radiation. Conclusion The DSACT imaging quality is superior to dual-energy CT boneless imaging. The radiation dose of the dual -energy CT is lower than DSACT.
5.Investigation on reference values of whole blood trace elements among pregnant women in Hangzhou area

Objective To establish the normal reference intervals of whole blood trace elements among pregnant women in Han‐gzhou area to provide the clinical diagnostic basis for ensuring the health of pregnant women and their fetuses .Methods A total of 122 whole blood samples in pregnant awaiting delivery in a general hospital of Hangzhou City during 2015 were collected randomly . The levels of lead(Pb) ,cadmium(Cd) ,copper(Cu) ,zinc(Zn) ,nickel(Ni) ,chromium(Cr) ,beryllium(Be) ,manganese(Mn) ,cobalt (Co) ,arsenic(As) ,molybdenum(Mo) ,thallium(Ti) and thallium(Tl) were determined with ICP‐MS .And the results were statisti‐cally analyzed .Results The detection results of whole blood Cu ,Cr ,Mn and Ti showed a normal distribution .The 5% -95% refer‐ence interval was determined according to x ± 1 .96s ,the normal reference intervals for these 4 elements were 255 .37 -668 .23 , 56 .09-151 .93 ,18 .46-54 .60 and 800 .90 -2 632 .02 μg/L respectively .Conclusion Formulating the normal reference values of whole blood microelements levels has an important significance for clinical doctors to provide the nutritional health care guidance and master the heavy metal pollution level .
6.Preparation of Lianzhang Microemulsion

Objective To prepare lianzhang microemulsion and investigate its physicochemical properties. Methods The formulation was optimized with the pseudo-ternary phase diagrams drawn in a titration method. The process parameters were screened by a single factor test, and the physical and chemical properties of the microemulsion were preliminarily studied. Results The formulation of lianzhang microemulsion was as follows:copts root extracts:polygonum cuspidatum extractstea oilEL35 propylene glycolwater as 11. 417721. The microemulsion was obtained with mean diameter of 30. 9 nm by stirring the solution for 20 min at 1 400 r·min-1 and 75 ℃. The particles were uniformly distributed,and the microemulsion was clear and transparent without turbidity,phase separation and precipitation after the temperature test and acceleration test. Conclusion The preparation technology of lianzhang microemulsion is simple and stable.
7.Study on response inhibition and working memory in alcohol dependent patients

Objective To detect the impairment of response inhibition and working memory in patients with alcohol dependence.Methods A total of forty-eight alcohol dependent patients and fifty age,gender,IQ,education matched controls were recruited.Neuropsychological tests were applied to measure the differences of response inhibition and working memory between the two groups.Results In the response inhibition task,the patient group had more commission errors ((7.02± 3.48) vs (3.45± 1.52)) and longer reaction time ((605.45 ± 142.56)ms vs (435.72±51.18)ms) compared to the control group (t=6.534,P=0.000; t=7.781,P=0.000).In the spacial working memory task,the patient group also had more commission errors ((4.58± 3.45) vs (0.43± 0.88)) and longer reaction time((10566.16±2455.61) ms vs (9185.44±2677.52) ms) than control (t=8.085,P =0.000; t=2.657,P=0.009).Conclusion There are significant deficiencies in response inhibition and working memory in patients with alcohol dependence.
8.Efficacy and safety of Exenatide and insulin therapy oral hypoglycemic drugs effect of obesity with type 2 diabetes:a meta-analysis

Objective Meta-analysis the efficacy and safety of Exenatide and insulin therapy oral hypoglycemic drugs effect of obesity with type 2 diabetes .Methods According to the research purpose to set up the screening of related literature and exclusion criteria; formulatethe searching strategy, through PubMed、the Chinese Biological Medicine Datebase(CBM)、 CNKI、Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP to retrieve all theliterature selection of efficacy and safety by Exenatide oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin therapy of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus.Choose met inclusion exclusion criteria, the complete data information randomized controlled trial (RCT) as the research object; Apply to the international commonly used Jadad score method to evaluate quality included in the test; To process the relevant data in the test ; Apply the ReviewManager 5.1 software to analysis the extracted research data.Analysis the results and put forward conclusions.Results Participants included 11 RCT , meta analysis results showed that compared with the Exenatide, in terms of reducing fasting glucose ,insulin effect more apparent [MD = 0.35, 95%CI: (0.11, 0.59), P = 0.004)]. In control effect of glycosylated hemoglobin, there was no statistically significant difference[MD=-0.04 ,95%CI:(-0.20,0.11), P=0.58],between Exenatide and insulin. Compared with the insulin, Exenatide reduce BMI more apparent[MD=-2.77,(95%CI: -3.34,-2.20),P<0.00001]; Compared with the insulin, Exenatide reduce insulin resistance index, the effect is more obvious[MD=-1.67,95%CI:(-1.93,-1.41), P<0.00001]; Adverse reaction in the process of treatment, the insulin is more likely to lead to hypoglycemia, [OR = 0.32, 95% CI: 0.19, 0.54), P<0.0001]; While Exenatide are more likely to lead to gastrointestinal adverse reaction [OR = 4.04, 95% CI: 2.35, 6.93), P<0.00001).Conclusion According to the Meta-analysis: Exenatide can be used in the treatment of oral hypoglycemic drugs of adult obesity with type 2 diabetes, and obvious effects of treatment of insulin resistance, long-term results still needs a large number of samples of high quality RCT to verify.
9.Effects and mechanism of β-carotene on inflammatory factors in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells

Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanism of β-carotene on inflammatory factors (IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-α) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells.Methods:Firstly,RAW264.7 cells of being induced by 4 (5 μg/ml)for 24 h were treated with different concentration of β-carotene (20,40,80,160 pmol/L)for 3 h.The cells viability was measured by MTIT,the mRNA relative expression of IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-cα was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR,the secretion capacity of IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-α was detected by ELISA and the protein relative expression of NF-κB p65 protein was measured by Western blot.Secondly,RAW264.7 cells were induced by LPS(5 μg/ml) and different concentration of PDTC(1,5,10 μg/ml)for 24 h,NF-κB p65 protein was measured by Western blot and inflammatory factors were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR and ELISA.Finally,compared the changes in the relative expression of inflammatory factors and NF-κB p65 protein between LPS+PDTC group and LPS+PDTC + β-carotene group.Results:Compared with the LPS-induced group,β-carotene could increase the cell viability of LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells and inhibied the relative expression of inflammatory factors and NF-κB p65 protein.Inhibited the relative expression of NF-κB p65 protein could reduce the relative expression of inflammatory factors.Compared with the LPS+PDTC group,LPS +PDTC + β-carotene group could inhibit the relative expression of inflammatory factors significantly (P<0.05).But,there was little difference about the relative expression of NF-κB p65 protein between this two groups.Conclusion:β-carotene inhibits the relative expression of inflammatory factors(IL-1 β,IL-6,TNF-α) in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells through inhibition of NF-κB p65 protein in NF-κB pathway,this pathway isn't unique.
10.Study on assessment dimensions of community-based elderly care service with Delphi method

Objective To define the assessment dimensions of community-based elderly care service.Methods Firstly 11 assessment dimensions of elderly care service needs were teased out through literature review and group discussion, these were illness, self-care ability, vision, risk of falls, willingness/information self-expression ability, the comprehension in others' willingness/information, depression, anxiety, family care ability, self-desires for old-age support, family-desires for old-age support.Then 37 experts were invited to reconfirm and empower theose assessment dimensions with two rounds of Delphi method.Results Results showed that the enthusiasm and authority degree of experts were favorable in two rounds, and the results from the second round showed strong opinion coordination.Finally, 12 assessment dimensions were confirmed, in which financial situation of the aged added and used for reference.After weight calculation, illness was weighted the highest (0.11), while vision and the degree of anxiety were weighted lowest in 11 dimensions (0.07).Conclusion The reliability of the assessment dimensions of the aged service needs is high.This study had positive significance on the solution of the dilemma in elderly care at the present stage.
