Ph-like acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph-like ALL) involves various genomic alterations associated with high risk factors and poor clinical outcome, such as IKZF1, CRLF2, JAK1/2, EBF1-PDGFRB, ATF7IP, EPOR, SH2B3.JAK/STAT pathway and PI3K/mTOR pathway are likely to be the targets of Ph-like ALL.Here,the above genomic alterations and treatment progress are reviewed.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of laparotomy pancreatoduodenectomy (OPD), laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy (LPD) and Da Vinci robot assisted pancreatoduodenectomy (RPD) on the risk of pancreatic fistula in postoperative patients.Methods:The key words were laparoscopic, pancreaticoduodenectomy, robot, DaVinci, Whipple, complication, fistula, pancreaticoduodenectomy, laparoscopy, robot, postoperative complications and pancreatic fistula, and the databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM, Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE and web of science were searched until August 1, 2020 for retrospective cohort studies and randomized controlled trials comparing the efficacy of OPD, LPD and RPD. The articles were screened according to the pre-set inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the quality of the articles was evaluated and the data were extracted. Based on Bayesian framework, R4.0.2, Revman 5.3 and Stata 16.0 software were used to analyze the extracted data for mesh meta analysis.Results:Thirty articles involving 3 428 patients were included, including 26 retrospective cohort studies and 4 randomized controlled studies. Mesh meta-analysis showed that in the incidence of pancreatic fistula, there was no significant difference between LPD and OPD, between LPD and RPD ( OR=0.93, 95% CI 0.63-1.4; OR=1.4, 95% CI 0.87-2.2, P<0.05), but the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula was significantly lower than that of OPD ( OR=1.5, 95% CI 1.1-2.1, P<0.05), 95% CI 1.12.1; P>0.05). The risk probability of pancreatic fistula was ranked as RPD (0.00), LPD(0.34) and OPD(0.65), that is, for the risk of postoperative pancreatic fistula, the advantages and disadvantages of the three surgical methods were ranked as RPD, LPD and OPD. Conclusions:Compared with OPD, RPD can significantly reduce the risk of pancreatic fistula after PD and improve the quality of operation; there was no significant difference between LPD and RPD in the incidence of postoperative pancreatic fistula, and both of them were safe and feasible.

With citric acid as carbon source and different amino acids as nitrogen source,the nitrogen-doped carbon was synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method under the condition of no catalyst.The pre-experiments show that arginine-doped carbon dots(CDs-Arg) with relatively high fluorescence quantum yield (33.25％) were picked out for further study.Furthermore,we studied the physical and chemical properties of CDs-Arg through a series of spectral,electric potential,particle size,X ray and elemental analysis experiments.At the same time,the stabilities of the nanoparticles towards different pH,temperatures,excitation lasers or redox conditions were studied.And the MTr and in vivo distribution experiments were also conducted for the toxicity and metabolism studies.The experimental results showed that the arginine doped carbon dots has high fluorescence efficiency,good stability,and extremely low toxicity.And the water-soluble small particles of CDs-Arg nanoparticles showed that the nanoparticles can be excreted through the glomerulus.These results show that the CDs-Arg Nanoparticles are biocompatible nanoparticles and have potential applications in biological imaging and can serve as a monitor of drug metabolism.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at point Shanzhong(CV17) plus cupping on Back-Shu points in treating migraine. Methods Seventy migraine patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 35 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, acupuncture at point Shanzhong(CV17) plus cupping on Back-Shu points in addition. The VAS score was counted in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The cure and marked efficacy rate and the total efficacy rate were 88.6%and 100.0%, respectively, in the treatment group and 62.9%and 94.3%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in the cure and marked efficacy rate between the two groups (P＜0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the VAS score in the two groups (P＜0.05). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the VAS score between the treatment and control groups (P>0.01). The clinical symptom improvement rate was (78.3±10.6)%in the treatment group and (49.8±11.2)%in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture at point Shanzhong plus cupping on Back-Shu(CV17) points is an effective way to treat migraine.

The clinical data of a case of Weave syndrome admitted in the Department of Endocrinology, Children′s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patient was a 9 years and 2 months old girl, who was hospitalized because of " growing too fast for 9 years" . After birth, the child is found to grow fast and have mental retardation, slurred speech, a blurred vision, a long face, a protruding forehead, ocular hypertelorism, epicanthus, nasal bridge pit, finger pads on both hands and feet, uncoordinated gaits, and intoeingpigeon toes.A novel heterozygous c. 1720A>G (p.K574E) mutation was detected in the exon 15 of the EZH2 gene of the patient.This mutation has not been reported at home and overseas.Sanger sequencing revealed that the patient′s parents did not carry the mutation.The disease is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder, and the parents and sibling of the patient have no corresponding symptoms, so it is inferred that the mutation is spontaneous.Based on the peculiarity of the face, clinical manifestations and the results of molecular genetics, the child was diagnosed as Weaver syndrome.

Objective To construct recombinant plasmids of SIK2 cDNA and its truncated mutants and induce its expression in E.coil.Methods We designed primers of SIK2 and its truncated mutants.The gene fragments of SIK2,SIK2-Δ1 (280-926),SIK2-Δ2 (400-926),SIK2-Δ3 (1-400),and SIK2-Δ4 (700-926)were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)and cloned into pGEX-4T-2 vector to construct recombinant plasmids with GST. The plasmids were transformed into E.coil BL2 1 respectively,and induced with IPTG to express fusion protein. The results were confirmed by Coomassie blue staining and Western blot.Results We successfully constructed recombinant plasmid of SIK2 cDNA and its truncated mutants.Coomassie blue staining and Western blot resutls showed that these plasmids were induced to be expressed in E.coil BL21.Conclusion SIK2 cDNA and its truncated mutants were overexpressed in E.coil BL2 1 ,which lays expereimental foundation for further study on the function of each domain of SIK2 .

Objective To investigate the potential of 99Tcm-Durarnycin and 99Tcm-RGD in detecting vulnerable plaque in rabbit models.Methods Fifteen healthy New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into group A (control group,n =5),group B (stable plaque group,n =5) and group C (vulnerable plaque group,n =5).Animals were injected with 99Tcm-Duramycin and 99Tcm-RGD at the end of 4,8 and 12 weeks.SPECT/CT scanning was performed at 0.5 h post injection.One rabbit was sacrificed at the end of 4 weeks and one at the end of 8 weeks after imaging.The others were sacrificed at the end of 12 weeks after imaging studies.All aortas were collected.Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) was performed at the end of 8,12 weeks before SPECT/CT scanning.The data was analyzed with paired t test.Results In group A,the aortas had little uptake of the two probes.In group B,the aortas showed obvious radioactive uptake of 99Tcm-Duramycin and 99Tcm-RGD at the end of 8 weeks and 12 weeks,while 99Tcm-Durarnycin gave better display than 99Tcm-RGD.In group C,99Tcm-Duramycin uptake was higher than 99Tcm-RGD uptake in the aorta.The T/NT ratios of 99Tcm-Duramycin and 99Tcm-RGD in group C were 2.14±0.34 and 1.46±0.34 (t=4.072,P＜0.05) at the end of 4 weeks,2.93±0.41 and 1.66±0.22 (t=5.578,P＜0.05) at the end of 8 weeks,3.25±0.29 and 1.81±0.28 (t=19.692,P＜0.05) at the end of 12 weeks.In isolated specimen of group C,the yellow lipid plaque of the intima bulged on the lumen at the end of 12 weeks.IVUS indicated that,at the end of 8 weeks and 12 weeks,the endometrial thickness of group C was (450±104) mm and (767±52) mm (t=44.024,P ＜ 0.05) respectively,and the rates of luminal stenosis were (29.30± 2.81) ％ and (37.98 ±6.41)％ (t =9.226,P＜0.05).Conclusions Both 99Tcm-Duramycin and 99Tcm-RGD may be used to detect vulnerable plaque at early time.99Tcm-Duramycin may detect vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque earlier than 99Tcm-RGD and provide better diagnostic image.

Objective To define the assessment dimensions of community-based elderly care service.Methods Firstly 11 assessment dimensions of elderly care service needs were teased out through literature review and group discussion, these were illness, self-care ability, vision, risk of falls, willingness/information self-expression ability, the comprehension in others' willingness/information, depression, anxiety, family care ability, self-desires for old-age support, family-desires for old-age support.Then 37 experts were invited to reconfirm and empower theose assessment dimensions with two rounds of Delphi method.Results Results showed that the enthusiasm and authority degree of experts were favorable in two rounds, and the results from the second round showed strong opinion coordination.Finally, 12 assessment dimensions were confirmed, in which financial situation of the aged added and used for reference.After weight calculation, illness was weighted the highest (0.11), while vision and the degree of anxiety were weighted lowest in 11 dimensions (0.07).Conclusion The reliability of the assessment dimensions of the aged service needs is high.This study had positive significance on the solution of the dilemma in elderly care at the present stage.

Atherosclerosis is a complex disease characterized by lipid accumulation in the vascular wall and influenced by multiple genetic and environmental factors. To understand the mechanisms of molecular regulation related to atherosclerosis better, a protein interaction network was constructed in the present study. Genes were collected in nucleotide database and interactions were downloaded from Biomolecular Object Network Database (BOND). The interactional data were imported into the software Cytoscape to construct the interaction network, and then the degree characteristics of the network were analyzed for Hub proteins. Statistical significance pathways and diseases were figured out by inputting Hub proteins to KOBAS2. 0. The complete pathway network related to atherosclerosis was constructed. The results identified a series of key genes related to atherosclerosis, which would be the potential promising drug targets for effective prevention.

Objective To investigate the value of 99Tcm-Duramycin SPCET/CT in the detection of vulnerable plaque (VP) in atherosclerotic (AS) rabbit models.Methods Sixteen New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:group A (sham-operated group,n =4),group B (stable plaque group,n =4) and group C (VP group,n =8).Group A was fed on normal diet,and the other 2groups were fed on cholesterol diet for 12 weeks.Femoral artery dissection sham-operation was done in group A and group B,while balloon-induced abdominal aorta wall injury was produced in group C after 2 weeks'feeding.Animals were injected with 99Tcm-Duramycin (74 MBq/kg) and then SPECT/CT imaging was performed at the end of 4,8,and 12 weeks,respectively.Abdominal aortas were explanted for ex vivo imaging and histological characterization of plaque.The apoptosis index (AI) was calculated.One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze data.Results There was no radioactive uptake by the abdominal aorta in each group at the end of 4 weeks and no uptake in group A and group B at the end of 8 weeks.There was slightly uptake radioactive uptake by the abdominal aorta in group B at the end of 12 weeks and in group C at the end of 8 weeks.There was intense uptake at the lesions of AS rabbits in group C at the end of 12 weeks,and the T/NT value significantly higher than that of the other two groups (3.40±0.22 vs 2.12±0.65,2.68±0.18,F=198.775,P＜0.05).The result was confirmed in the ex vivo imaging of the explanted aorta.The AI of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B ((25.4±6.32) ％ vs (0±0.02)％,(5.3± 1.97)％,F=70.260,P＜0.05).Conclusions 99Tcm-Duramycin scimigraphy could identify the apoptosis of VP in the rabbit AS models.It is a promising non-invasive method to diagnose AS plaques.
