Objective: To analyze the efficiency of chronic disease prevention and control of primary health service institutions in Shandong, and provide policy references. Methods:Using CRS and VRS models from DEA to analyze the representative input and output indicators in primary health Service institutions. Results: The overall efficiency of chronic disease prevention and control in primary health service institutions is low, and the actual output was insufficient compared with the target output. Conclusion: Strengthening chronic disease control measures in high-risk group and establishing management mechanism leaded by the goal of chronic prevention and control in order to achieve optimal allocation of resources.

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huaxian Decoction (YHD) on transforming growth factor ?1(TGF-?1 )mRNA expression in rats alveolar macrophages (AM) and pulmonary interstitial macrophages (IM).Methods Ninety-six Wistar rats were randomized into sham-operation group, model group,YHD (4 g?kg-1?d-1) group, and hydrocortisone (20 mg?kg-1?d-1) group.Bleomycin A5 was injected into the rats' trachea to induce pulmonary fibrosis.AM and IM were isolated for the culturing after modeling for 7 and 28 days.Molecular in-situ hybridization (ISH) was used for the detection of TGF-?1 expression in AM and IM.Results Percentage of cells in AM and IM with TGF-?1 positive expression and the score of optic density were increased in the model group (P

Objective To explore the feasibility of the ultrasonic atomization surface anesthesia with lido-caine for awake fiberoptic endotracheal intubation in patientsˊautonomous position -display before general anesthesia and to evaluate its advantages. Methods 68 adult patients who needed prone position for elective surgery under general anesthesia were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, each group in 34 cases. In control group patients were received surface anesthesia of cricothyroid membrane puncture. In treatment group, nebulized 2% lidocaine with ultrasonic nebulizer was used for topical anesthesia.Patients lied in the prone position according to their own comfort with the guide of the medical staff in the waking state after an awake fiberoptic endotracheal intubation. The statistics of mean arterial pressure (MAP)and heart rate (HR)were recorded respectively in the basal state(T0),in the time instantly after intubations(T1 ),in the 3 minute after intubations(T2 ) and in the time instantly after the body turning(T3 ).Choking cough response were recorded during endotracheal intubation.Patients were asked the efficacy of surface anesthesia and the tolerance for awake intubation after operation. Results Patients in both two groups completed the whole process smoothly.MAP and HR had no signifi-cant differences between the two groups in the same time point (all P >0.05).There were no statistical significance between the two groups in choking cough response, the time of surface anesthesia and intubation, neither (all P >0.05).Conclusion The surface anesthesia with lidocaine by continuous ultrasonic atomizing inhalation is a good and simple method deserving generalization with plenty merits and is practicable for patients to display position autonomously. This method have the advantages of small operation,it will and can replace cricothyroid membrane puncture.

An indexing system is constructed, based on the implementation of prevention and control technology for chronic non-communicable diseases in community health service institutions, using both literature review and Delphi method, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the weight of the indexing system. The system comprises three level-1 indexes,8 level-2 indexes and 33 level-3 indexes. The research proposed a transition from emphasis of therapeutic means to prevention, and emphasis on prevention and control technologies to the high-risk population in the prevention and control technology of chronic non-communicable diseases, along with development of techniques and measures to encourage behavioral changes of the population with chronic diseases.

Objective To design two-point two-line vein pricking for avoiding pain for patients and blood osmosis out of the vein caused by the high-pressure and fast-speed of the current high-pressure injector. Methods 19G butterfly-wing vein transfusion needle in the length of 19mm was used. The first point was needled with the needle tip under the skin and the first needling line was above and parallel the blood vessel in the length of 10-12mm.The second point was needled, with the second needle tip and needle line in the blood vessel, and the length of needling is 7-9mm.Results 100 persons were subjected. All the contrast medium and the physiologic saline were injected in vein in 98 persons, among which 2 had little hard tubercle in injecting area. Conclusion The two-point two-line vein pricking is safe for high pressure injector injecting in vein, and can prevent blood osmosis out of the vein.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
Objective To minimize unfavorable factors and elevate accuracy of coronary angiography, nursing must be paid more attention. Methods Siemens 64-slice dual source CT , double tube high pressure syringe of MeoRao company, electrocardiogating, non-ion constrast medium are applied. 100 patients, including 65 males and 35 females are involved. Their age ranges 35-81 years old,and average age is 58. Results 96 cases are successful, 4 cases are failed. Conclusion Nursing work is an important factor of coronary angiography. Good nursing may gurantee coronary angiography.

Objective To study the quality and effect of root cause analysis (RCA) on long-range video EEG monitoring on epilepsy patients. Methods The process of RCA long-range video EEG monitoring on patients with epilepsy was investigated to find out the root causes for quality of epilepsy capturing from pseudo differential of EEG and video effects. Then the measures were taken to improve the quality of monitoring.Result After the intervention, except canmera not clear enough, the incidences were significantly decreased compared with pre-intervention (all P < 0.001).Conclusions Root cause analysis is effective in improving the quality of long-range video EEG monitoring on epilepsy patients. It is worth clinically promoting.

Objective To identify the genetic loci associated with bipolar disorder in Chinese population by the ge?nome scan on chromosome 20 in bipolar disorder patients and healthy people from Shandong peninsula. Method Geno?typing was conducted on DNA pool samples of 104 bipolar disorder patients and 1000 controls using thirteen microsatel?lite markers on chromosome 20 spaced at intervals of approximately 10 cM and GeneMapper 4.0 software. CLUMP soft?ware was used to analyze multiallelic markers. Result Significant difference of allele frequencies was found at marker D20S186 (20p12.2) between patients and controls (P=0.022). Conclusion The data suggest that the D20S186 locus (20p12.2) is significantly associated with susceptibility to bipolar disorder in a Chinese Han population in Shandong pen?insula. Future studies should focus on the fine mapping of this region and assessment of candidate genes.

Objective:To investigate the expression and prognostic significance of CD19 in patients with Acute myelogenous leukemia with AML1-ETO positive. Methods: Clinical data of 66 patients AML with AML1-ETO positive who were newly diagnosed from Jan 2010 to Dec 2015 were collected. To retrospectively analyze the relationship between clinical characteristics and expression of CD19,so dose the prognosis. Results:The positive rate of CD19 expressing in AML with AML1-ETO positive was 50. 0%. There were no statistically significant differences in terms of age, gender, hemoglobin, platelet, percentage of bone marrow blasts, accompanied with chromosome ,gene mutations between patients with and without CD19 expression(P>0. 05). The white blood cell count(WBC) of the CD19 negative group was higher than CD19 positive group, while showed significant difference(P=0. 027). Although the relapse-free survival (RFS) of patients with CD19 expression was higher than those without,no significant difference was calculated (P=0. 105). Patients with CD19 expression had superior overall survival ( OS ) compared to those without CD19 expression ( P = 0. 030 ) . Multivariable analysis for OS identified CD19 positivity as an independent predictor associated with better prognosis. Conclusion: The expression of CD19 in AML with AML1-ETO positive may be an indicator associated with better prognosis.
