Objective Base on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), obtained human diagnostic information available for joint syndrome differentiation is integrated based on subjective and objective combined syndrome differentiation, in the form of data expression of TCM four diagnosis, forms multiple information fusion of open platform for TCM diagnosis and treatment, and provides some revelation for promoting the development of depression and treatment technology. Methods Totally 30 depression patients and 30 normal people were selected according to the inclusion criteria. TCM four diagnostic and auxiliary diagnosis instrument was used to collect information of four diagnosis, and the statistical software was used for the analysis on pulse diagnosis, and information features of digitalized tongue and listening diagnosis of patients in depression group and normal group were studied. Results Compared with depression group, pulse frequency, fluency, and heart rate of normal group were a bit higher than depression group, without statistical significance (P>0.05);There was statistical significance among pulse frequency, strength, tightness, and pulse wave velocity between the normal group and depression group (P<0.05). 30 patients had 6 depression syndrome types:heart-gallbladder qi deficiency (8 cases), phlegm-heat attacking internally (6 cases), fire excess from yin deficiency (6 cases), liver depression forming fire (6 cases), intense heart fire (3 cases), and heart-spleen deficiency (3 cases). Conclusion The results of differences in pulse diagram parameters were consistent with the theory of classical TCM pulse theory. The results of differences in pulse wave velocity conform to the modern medical research conclusion. TCM four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis and treatment technology can realize the dynamic detection of depression patients with four diagnostic information, and establish diagnostic methods for depression based on digitalized four diagnostic auxiliary diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy of total hip arthroplasty combined with subcutaneous osteotomy in the treatment of CroweⅣ hip dysplasia (DDH).Methods From March 2012 to March 2015,14 patients (16 hips) underwent total hip arthroplasty with femoral distraction osteotomy S-ROM femoral stem prosthesis. And we observed its recent efficacy. Results All patients underwent S-ROM prosthesis. The patients underwent transverse osteotomy of the femoral trochanter. The osteotomy length was 2.0-3.5 cm.The average follow-up time was 19 months. And no complications such as dislocation, vascular nerve injury, deep vein thrombosis and infection were observed during the follow-up.The average Harris scores improved from 42.3 preoperatively to 90.4 postoperatively at 9 months after the operation. The average lengths of preoperative limb shortening and postoperative limb shortening were 6.4 cm and 4.3 cm respectively. The X-ray films showed no dislocation of acetabulum and femoral prosthesis.Bone healing was achieved at 6 months after osteotomy. Conclusion This method could be a good choice for Crowe Ⅳ developmental dysplasia. The short-term efficacy is satisfactory.

This paper was designed to study metabonomic characters of the osteoporosis induced by high dose of hydrocortisone and the protective effects of Drynariae Rhizoma, which can replenish the kidney and strengthen the bones. A urinary metabonomics method based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed. Clear separation of healthy control group, model group and treatment group was achieved by using the principal components analysis (PCA) and 9 significantly changed metabolites were identified as potential biomarkers of osteoporosis. Compared with the health control group, the model group rats showed lower levels of creatinine, citric acid, azelaic acid, hippurate, tryptophan and indoxyl sulfate together with higher levels of phenylalanine, cresol sulfate and phenaceturic acid. These changes in urinary metabolites suggest that the disorders of amino acid metabolism, energy metabolism, gut microflora and anti-oxidative damage are related to osteoporosis induced by high dose of hydrocortisone and the potential effect of Drynariae Rhizoma on all the four metabolic pathways.

Objective To observe the effect of preoperative muscle strength training combined with postoperative BIODEX balance function training in improving the motor function of patients with total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 110 patients with THA from January 2021 to De-cember 2022 were selected as research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group by the simple randomization method, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional postoperative rehabilitation training, while the observation group was treated with muscle strength training and BIODEX balance function training.Imaging indicators(acetabular abduction an-gle,anterior inclination angle, proportion of acetabular cup in safe zone, and centering rate of femoral prosthesis)at 5 days after surgery were compared between two groups;the joint motor function(Harris score for hip joint),balance ability[Berg Balance Scale(BBS)]and daily activity ability[Activities of Daily Life Scale(ADL)]before treatment and one month after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in acetabular abduction angle, anterior inclina-tion angle, proportion of acetabular cup in safe zone and centering rate of femoral prosthesis between the two groups at 5 days after surgery(P>0.05);after one month of treatment, the Harris score for hip joint, the BBS score and ADL score in both group increased significantly, and the scores in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preopera-tive muscle strength training combined with postoperative BIODEX balance function training shows a significant therapeutic effect, which can effectively improve the hip motor function and enhance the balance control ability in patients with THA.

In order to better assist doctors in the diagnosis of dry eye and improve the ability of ophthalmologists to recognize the condition of meibomian gland, a meibomian gland image segmentation and enhancement method based on Mobile-U-Net network was proposed. Firstly, Mobile-Net is used as the coding part of U-Net for down sampling, and then features are extracted and fused with the features in decoder to guide image segmentation. Secondly, the segmentation of meibomian gland region is enhanced to assist doctors to judge the condition. Thirdly, a large number of meibomian gland images are collected to train and verify the semantic segmentation network, and the clarity evaluation index is used to verify the meibomian gland enhancement effect. The experimental results show that the similarity coefficient of the proposed method is stable at 92.71%, and the image clarity index is better than the similar dry eye detection instruments on the market.

New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) is capable of hydrolyzing nearly all β-lactam antibiotics, posing an emerging threat to public health. There are currently less effective treatment options for treating NDM-1 positive “superbug”, and no promising NDM-1 inhibitors were used in clinical practice. In this study, structure–activity relationship based on thiosemicarbazone derivatives was systematically characterized and their potential activities combined with meropenem (MEM) were evaluated. Compounds 19bg and 19bh exhibited excellent activity against 10 NDM-positive isolate clinical isolates in reversing MEM resistance. Further studies demonstrated compounds 19bg and 19bh were uncompetitive NDM-1 inhibitors with Ki = 0.63 and 0.44 μmol/L, respectively. Molecular docking speculated that compounds 19bg and 19bh were most likely to bind in the allosteric pocket which would affect the catalytic effect of NDM-1 on the substrate meropenem. Toxicity evaluation experiment showed that no hemolysis activities even at concentrations of 1000 mg/mL against red blood cells. In vivo experimental results showed combination of MEM and compound 19bh was markedly effective in treating infections caused by NDM-1 positive strain and prolonging the survival time of sepsis mice. Our finding showed that compound 19bh might be a promising lead in developing new inhibitor to treat NDM-1 producing superbug.
