1.Value of pulse-taking in syndrome differentiation of liver diseases

Pulse-taking is the most specific diagnostic method of TCM.Its significance has been recognized by ancient and modern doctors.However,at present the application and spread of pulse-taking is limited.In this paper,the author made detailed explorations of literatures and studies the value of pulse condition in guiding syndrome differentiation of liver diseases.The study shows abnormal pulse in left guan and taut pulse in cunkou location both suggest the liver is disordered.We can judge the location of diseases through pulse condition.This exploration shows pulse-taking plays important role in syndrome differentiation.But there is one thing should be paid more attention,pulse condition should be integrated with other symptoms,that will be reliable in guiding diagnosis.

With the global development of medical information standard, construction work of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) information standard system has been promoted rapidly. The framework of ancient Chinese medical literature clinical terminology classification standardization is one of the foundations of TCM language system. Its research will further promote and perfect TCM information standard system. We have adhered to the connection among ancient TCM classification framework, modern TCM and western medicine classification framework. Exploration on framework construction of ancient Chinese medical literature clinical terminology classification standardization was based on previous work of Chinese medicine clinical terminology classification and code standard, reference frame structure of SNOMED CT, research findings of classification standard framework of Chinese medicine clinical terms, andQian Jin Fang.

This article focuses on the new opportunities and challenges to the development of Chinese medicine healthcare culture industry in the new era and based on its major features, comprehensively analyzes the innovation and development issues of TCM healthcare culture from multi-dimensions, including integration of international strategy, social needs and technology development, etc.
