Study the serum level of HGF, Cys C and TGF-beta1 in type 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN), the infect of Pingshen decoction on those index. Selected 69 cases of 2 type DN and randomly divided into therapy group (36 cases) and control group (33 cases). The therapy group were treated with Pingshen decoction 1 dose/d, bid po. The control group were treated with NephritisShu tablet, 6 tablet, tid po. 8 weeks was a course. Before and after treatment, we examine the serum level of HGF, Cys C and TGF-beta1 by ELISA and immunonephelometry, and compare with 30 cases of healthy control group. The study demonstrates that before treatment, the serum level of HGF in both groups were significantly lower than healthy control group (P < 0.01), but Cys C, TGF-beta1 were significantly higher (P < 0.01). After treatment, the serum level of HGF of both groups were increased. The serum level of HGF of therapy group were significantly higher than of control group (P < 0.01), but the serum level of Cys C and TGF-beta1 were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.01). The serum level of HGF was correlated negatively with Cys C,TGF-beta1. In control group, the UAER, urine beta2-MG and quantity of 24-hour urine protein were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.01). The index of urine of therapy group were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.01). Results indicate that test of serum level of HGF and Cys C,TGF-beta1 of diabetic nephropathy have important clinical significance. Pingshen decoction can effectively intervene in the serum level of HGF and Cys C, TGF-beta1 and index of urine.

Objective To understand the current state of community nurses in Jilin Province and its nursing training so as to provide basis for constructing community nursing training system. Methods 583 community nurses from community health care service centers (stations) in three cities of Jilin Province were investigated with cluster random sampling method to acquire their proficiency level of community nursing knowledge and its demand. Results Common basic nursing knowledge was best mastered by community nurses (63.8%), while knowledge about scientific research was worst mastered (13.6%). Community nurses who were young, in low positions, with work experience for 5 to 9 years, mastered the knowledge worse, 42.9% of them did not attend training. The commonest training problem was that the training period was too short (64.6%); the highest demand was common diseases training for the elderly. Conclusions Nursing training is an important way to improve overall quality of community nurses in the light of unbalance status of their quality in our province and training not being put into place.

Objective To investigate the value and clinical significance of congenital heart diseases (CHD)detection in twins. Methods A total of 1103 twins were included in this study(127 twins were at high risk for CHD).The fetal hearts were scanned by ultrasound using Yagel's heart examination method. Autopsies were done when the pregnancy was terminated. And blood samples from fetal hearts or umbilical veins were used to evaluate fetal chromosomes.A close follow-up was conducted for normal heart cases and another heart examination was done within three months after birth.Results(1)12 twins(1.09%,12/ 1103)had CHD.Among them,4 cases were from the high risk for CHD group(33.3%,4/12),and 8 cases(66.7%,8/12)were from the low risk pregnancy group.(2)Two twins suffered from the same CHD (one pair were both TOF,and the other pair were both rhabdomyoma). One pair of twins had different abnormalities(one baby was TOF,and the other was duodenal atresia with a normal heart). All three pairs of twins chose termination and autopsies were conducted.Unanimous conclusions between prenatal ultrasound and autopsy were obtained.Nine twins were CHD in one baby and a normal heart in the other baby.Seven of them had the same conclusion after delivery.(3)Two twins with CHD were found with fetal abnormal chromosome.(4)1091 cases were not found having any abnormality, however, one fetus from one twin pair was diagnosed with ventricular septal defect(VSD)with abnormal chromosome after birth, and one fetus from another twin pair had patency of ductus arteriosus after birth.(5)The sensitivity of Yagel's heart examination was 82.4% and specificity was 100% in twins. Conclusion Yagel's heart examination is an effective and time-saving method to scan fetal hearts in twins.

Journal of Medical Biomechanics 2017;32(6):541-547
Objective To compare the differences in gait characteristics and stability of women walking with or without sports bra. Methods Twelve women with C cup breast were required to walk on the treadmill (at the speed of 6 krn/h) with and without sports bras, respectively.Their gait parameters were collected by using Qualisys Track Manager high-speed infrared motion capture system. Results Compared with the bare-breasted condition, the maximum and minimum angles of the upper trunk were significantly smaller when subjects wearing the sports bra,the range of trunk flexion angles and trunk torsion angles were also relatively smaller, and the standard deviation of hip flexion angles during 10 gait cycles was obviously smaller. However,no differences were found in stride frequency between two breast support conditions. Conclusions Different breast support conditions have a significant influence on the upper trunk angle, trunk flexion angle and trunk torsion angle.Walking without bra will increase the range of trunk angle and deteriorate the walking stability. The stride frequencies under different breast support conditions have individual differences.
