Human resources management as the core factors affects the development of hospital library. The management should con-sider people -oriented theory, integrate harmonious management and concept innovation, and pay more attention to development and uti-lization of human resources, so as to ensure staffs would play an important role in hospital library modernization construction and sustain-able development.

〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the connotation of digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment, analyzes the strategies of constructing digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment in hospitals, including hospital librar-ians taking part in scientific research knowledge service, doctors, teachers and researchers participation, creating personalized scientific research information environment, etc.

Information ethics brings new issues and reflections on medical information services under network environment.By analyzing relevant issues including equally and freely acquiring medical information service,network knowledge property,network privacy protection,and information monopoly,this article explores the ethical construction of medical information staff.

This article analyzes the connotation of personality right of medical staff and the manifestations of human dignity and personal safety damage of medical staff from the aspects of strengthening hospital administration, promoting the qualification of medical staff, enhancing patients' understanding and reliability of the medical staff, and building up a social atmosphere favorable for the construction of a harmonious physician-patient relationship. Some measures and approaches to maintaining the human dignity and individual physical security of medical staff are also raised in this article.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of budesonide nebulization in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and ventilator-associated pneumonia. MethodsA total of 49 cases with COPD and VAP was randomly divided into two groups:the control group consisted of 24 patients received salbutamol nebulization on the routine treatment.The observe group consisted of 25 patients received budesonide plus salbutamol bulization on the routine treatment.Variables such as TNF-αt and IL-8 in the bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(BALF),and efficacy of pneumonia and clinical healing rate were observed. ResultsThe levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in BALF of the observe group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 72h(all P＜0.05).The days of symptoms,signs and bedside chest X-ray improved,off-machine time,extubation time and the days of inpatient were statistically shorter in observe group compared with the control group(all P＜0.05).But the clinical cure rate of the observe group was no significant improvement. ConclusionThe nebulization of budesonide could suppress the local pulmonary inflammation and reduce the time of machine ventilation and improve prognosis in COPD patients with VAP.

The necessity of bibliotherapy for breast cancer patients after operation was analyzed, the methods of bibliotherapy for breast cancer patients after operation were described with certain measures put forward to overcome the difficulties in bibliotherapy by establishing bibliotherapy team, selecting bibliography , popularizing bibliotherapy , and designing bibliotherapy forms.

Recent reports have indicated that Statins could remarkably improve the prognosis of patients suffered from coronary artery disease.And this effect is not only due to Statin's lipid-regulating function,but also correlated to its non-lipid-regulating action.Atorvastatin is the latest kind of statins.In this article,we specified the non-lipid-regulating effect of Atorvastatin in the prevention and therapy to coronary artery disease.Furthermore,we summarized its corresponding clinical evaluation or security.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the Schatzker types and postoperative knee function in tibial plateau fractures .Methods Totally 120 patients with tibial plateau fracture from January 2010 to December 2014 were selected and performed the Schatzker classification according to the X‐ray film ,CT and three dimensional reconstruction .They were divided into 6 groups .The postoperative knee function in each group was followed up and the statistical analysis was conducted .Results The excellent grade distribution of knee function by Kruskal‐Wallis test had statistical difference among 6 groups(P<0 .05) ,in the fur‐ther pairwise comparison ,the significant differences were found between the group 1 and 2 with the group 4 ,5 and 6(P<0 .05) . Conclusion The Schatzker types of tibial plateau fractures is closely correlated with the postoperative knee function .The knee function scores of type Ⅳ ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ are obviously poor .
