3.Understanding the regulation of AIDS prevention and management
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2003;0(07):-
"PRC Law on HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control" came into force on March 1, 2006. According to the law, iatrical workers should take every patient and sample as infected ones to assure iatrical biosafety and should not discriminate against people living with HIV/AIDS. HIV/AIDS patients have the right to accept therapy in hospitals and iatrical workers were not allowed to refuse them by using any reason. If the law was not well performed by iatrical workers, they will be punish and even accept penal punishment. Iatrical workers should act as the rules stated by the law and know the rights and incumbencies to provide the stable foundation for the prevention and treatment of HIV in our country.
4.Calcineurin mediates the collagen synthesis of rat cardiac fibroblasts induced by arginine vasopressin
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objective:To investigate the effects of calcineurin signaling pathway on the collagen synthesis of rat cardiac fibroblasts(CF) induced by arginine vasopressin(AVP). Methods:CF of neonatal Sprague-Dawley rats were secured by trypsinization and Cultured.Collagen content of CF culture medium was estimated by hydroxyproline colorimetry.Calcineurin activity was determined with spectrophotometer.Results:① AVP increased the content of hydroxyproline in culture medium of CF in a concentration dependent manner. But in the presence of 0.5 ?g/ml cyclosporin A(CsA),the specific inhibitor of calcineurin, the hydroxyproline content of culture medium in corresponding AVP+CsA group was significantly lower than that of 10~(-7) mol/L AVP or 10~(-6)mol/L AVP group(both P
5.Risk Factors of Deep Fungal Hospital Infection in Intensive Care Unit and Prevention Measures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of deep fungal infection in intensive care unit(ICU)and discuss the strategy of this disease control.METHODS A total of 502 patients with the risk factors of deep fungal hospital infection from Jan 2001 to Dec 2006 were investigated with retrospective method.RESULTS The percentage of deep fungal infection in early preventive treatment group was 7.9%,but it was 16.2% in the control group.CONCLUSIONS To early prevent the deep fungal infection with the risk factors plays a great role in prevention and treatment of the patients with deep fungal infection in intensive care unit.
6.Application of lipid-lowering drugs in prevention and treatment of NAFLD.
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2001;0(05):-
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the Clinicopathological syndrome characterized by diffuse hepatic steatosis from excessive use of alcohol and other specific factors that cause liver damage including simple steatosis, and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis. The pathogenesis of NAFLD is closely related to Insulin resistance and genetic susceptibility.Presently the major treatment of NAFLD is diet control to reduce weight. On the basis of the treatment with dyslipidemia and hypoglycemic drugs or application of weight loss for more than one month, are there still mixed hyperlipidemia or hyperlipidemia with two or more risk factors, need to add Lipid-lowering drugs such as fibrates, statins or Probucol should be considered. The prevention and treatment with lipid-lowering drugs in NAFLD will be summarized in this article.
7.Comparison of Quality of Peripheral Blood Stem Cell in Healthy Donors and Hematologic Malignancies Patients with rhG-CSF Mobilization.
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the blood cell separator collection of peripheral blood stem cell after using recombinant human granulocyte colony - stimulating factor (rhG - CSF) to mobilize the normal donor and patients with hematologic malignancies, through morphological observation of lymphocyte ratios and PBSC vitality of mononuclear cells. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (MNC)were collected from 15 cases of healthy donors and 14 patients of hematologic malignancies with rhG - CSF mobilization dose with blood cell separators. The number of nucleated cells, classification of nucleated cells, MNC count and cell viability were observed. Results ①The total number of nucleated cells in normal donor group was(4.31?1.41)?10~8 / kg,and hematologic malignancies group was (6.21?4.37)?10~8/kg. ②The number of nucleated cells of PBSC in hematologic malignancies group was higher than those of the donor group (P0.05).④MNC number was (96.7? 5.1) % in normal donor group counts, and in which lymphocytes was (65.9?9.4)% , myeloid (16.3?8.7)% , mononuclear cells (16.5?4.0)% ,respectively,MNC number was (92.7?15.6)% in hematologic malignancies group, and in which lymphocytes was (55.3?16.7)% , myeloid (24.3?16.5) % , mononuclear cells (14.9?9.1)%, respectively. ⑤Cell viability in normal donor group before and after cryopreservation were (91.5?4.3)%, (67.4?9.1) % , in hematologic malignancies grou were (82.9?11.1) % , (56.5?20.1) % , respectively. Cell viability was significantly different (P
8.Impact on the Proliferation and Cytotoxicity of Healthy Donor' s T Cells in Mobilization with rhG-CSF
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To study the impact on the proliferation and cytotoxicity of donor T cells during mobilization with rhG - CSF. Methods The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) were collected from 20 healthy donors before mobilization and on the fifth day of mobilization with rhG - CSF. After the PBMNC was activated with 500 ng/ml of CD3 monoclonal antibody and 500 ?g/ml of rhIL -2 for 96 hours, the activated T cells were collected for testing proliferation, cytotoxicity. Fas expression, perforin and Fas ligand (FasL) mRNA expression, and IFN -? concentration in the culture medium of the activated T cells, were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The proliferation activity and cytotoxicity of T cells activated with CD3 monoclonal antibody and rhIL - 2 were reduced markedly after mobilization with rhG - CSF(P0.05). The activated T cells expressed perforin mRNA and didn' t express FasL mRNA both before and after mobilization with rhG - CSF. The concentration of IFN -? in the culture medium of the activated T cells decreased significantly after mobilization with rhG - CSF(P
9.Curative effect evaluation of 1.5T MRI to hysteromyoma treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)
China Medical Equipment 2013;(8):107-108,109
Objective: To study the MRI signal changes of hysteromyoma before and after treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), evaluate the effects of HIFU treatment and providing the reference for clinical therapy. Methods:MR scan and enhanced-scan were performed by GE SignaHDe 1.5T MR system on 83 patients with hysteromyoma (a total of 117 myomatas) before and after HIFU treatment within one week. Through the observation of whether there were coagulation necrosis and blood supply diminution to evaluate the effects of HIFU treatment. The appearance of coagulation necrosis and blood supply diminution meant a remarkable therapeutic effect, and vice versa. Results:By analyzing the MR images of 83 patients with hysteromyoma (a total of 117 myomata) treated by HIFU from March 2012 and November 2012, we found that 106 myomata’s MRI signals clearly changed, from low signal to slightly high or equal signal on T1WI, from low signal to low or slight high signal on T2WI, which meantcoagulation necrosis and blood supply diminution. Besides, the rest 11 myomata’s MRI signal showed no changes before and after HIFU treatment on both coagulation necrosis and blood supply diminution. Conclusion:MRI is the most effective methods on evaluating the effects of HIFU treatments.
