1.Pay-off evaluation of collaborative networks on in-job training of nurses
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(17):9-11
Objective To study the effect of cooperative network on in-job training of nurses. Methods 80 randomly selected nurses with length of service from 1 to 5 years participated the written examination with alternation of the network test monthly. Self- designed questionnaires were sent out to survey the nurses about the recognition of the two testing modes. Department of Nursing compared and analyzed the exam results. Results The network test was popular among nurses, besides, it was economical, convenient, could save human resources, contribute to remarkable learning effect. Conclusions Application of cooperative network test in in-service training of nurses is convenient and practical, and can improve collaboration and team spirit of nurses.
2.The new progress of early diagnosis of asthma in infants and children: interpretation of 2008 PRACTALL
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2010;(2):112-115
Particular difficulties were presented when diagnosis of asthma in children under 5 was made. Diagnosis of asthma in early childhood is a big challenge and has been based largely on clinical justification and assessment of symptoms and physical signs. The PRACTALL consensus report focus exclusively on pediatric asthma, such as natural history and pathophysiology of pediatric asthma, different patterns of recurrent wheeze in pediatric patients, different phenotypes of asthma in children, and provides recommendations for diagnosis, practical management and monitoring. More factors should be considered for diagnosis of asthma in children under 5, including the patterns of recurrent wheeze, history of atopy, risk factor of asthma, long-term follow-up, extensive differential diagnoses, response to bronchodilator and/or anti-inflammatory treatment and so on.
3.Modernization of traditional Chinese medicine is a systematic engineering
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(2):147-149
This article is trying to find out the historical and realistic reasons of the restriction of the process of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the history of TCM theory and practice of TCM institutional setup and related policies and many other aspects. Then it points out that the TCM in the background of the development of science and technology today is already has the necessary conditions of modernization, but the process can not be succeed overnight,it ought to be a systematic engineering.
4.The situation of HIV prevalence, testing and treatment in China
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;31(10):1088-1090
The HIV/AIDS epidemic in China has entered the Widespread Epidemic Period.HIV-infected cases have been reportedly found in all 34 provinces(minority autonomous regions/municipalities).HIV is spreading from high risk group to general population. Our government has paid much attention to AIDS prevention and control, lots of effective measures have been carried out,and comprehensive prevention.treatment, bealth care and financial support have been launched.Relatively consummate surveillance system and laboratory testing network of AIDS have been established at present and large SCale of ARTs have been carried out through the whole country. There is a great change in the situation on AIDS Prevention and Control in China.
5.Clinical problems of infection by mycoplasma pneumoniae in children
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(5):385-389
Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is an important etiological agent in childhood community acquired pneumonia. Pediatricians are concerned about the clinical problems of MP infection. In this review,MP infection-related clinical issues, such as epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, imaging, and relationship of bronchial asthma, laboratory diagnosis and treatment, were discussed to improve pediatricians' awareness and knowledge of clinical diagnosis and treatment of MP infection.

7.The research and analysis on the life quality of head-neck carcinoma patients
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:We undertook this trial to assess the status quo of quality of life(QOL) among patients of tota1 laryngectomy, hemilaryngectomy and nasopharyngeal carcinoma undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods:Head-neck carcinoma patients were divided into three groups according to the types of diseases. Using UW-QOL questionnaire and some special questions consistent with local conditions,a survey was conducted in 41 head-neck carcinoma patients more than 2 months after operation or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results:The scores of total quality of life were 652.083?160.560,768.067?116.749,and 700.732?1.204,there were significant differences among three groups in aspects of recreation, communication and swallowing function(P
8.Effect of mustard gas at LD50 dose on reproductive system of rats
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1985;0(06):-
Objective:To evaluate the effect of mustard gas on reproductive system in rats. Methods:Forty male SD rats and 40 female rats were equally divided into mustard gas-treated group and control group.Animals in mustard gas-treated group were injected with 5 mg?kg body weight(LD_(50))of mustard gas,and those in control group received propylene glycol injection.Serum hormonal determinations(estriol, testosterone, luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone)were completed by collecting ocular vein blood at 1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days and 28 days after injection. The rats were then killed were anatomized.Microscope was used to observe pathological changes in germ cells(ovary or testes). Two female rats and 3 male rats died during 4th and 5th day after injection. Results: The changes of serum hormone and pathology nearly restored to the normal levels in the female rats after injection of mustard gas for a short period. Most of the spermatogenic cells were still necrotic and seminiferous tubules still had hollow cross 1 month after injection in male rats. The FSH levels in the sera of male rats were significangtly increased from(1.2100?0.3546)mmol/L in control group to (1.4750?0.0451)mmol/L 28 days after injection(P
9.Changes of vascular endothelial growth factor in the gastric mucosa in portal hypertensive gastropathy
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(08):-
Objective To study the effect of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) on portal hypertensive gastropathy(PHG). Methods The incidence, location, and severity of PHG and the changes of VEGF in PHG were analysed in 44 cases. Results VEGF in the severe or moderate PHG group was significantly higher than that in the control group and in patients with portal hypertension without PHG(all P
10.Selection and identification of differential proteins in plasma/serum with hepatocellular carcinoma by proteomic techniques
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To establish a two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresi(s2-DE)technique forplasma/serumproteomics. Methods:Plasmas from 8 healthy volunteers and 10 with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),and sera from 8 HCC were collected. After six proteins of the highest abundance in plasma/sera were depleted by the Multiple Affinity Removal System(MARS)Technologies from Agilent,plasma/sera were subjected to 2-DE.After comparing, analyzing and identifying by the software PD Quest(7.4,0),the enzyme-digested products of differential expression proteins were analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS.The Peptide mass fingerprinting(PMF) data were obtained and used to identify proteins through NCBInr data bank. Results:In comparison with the healthy volunteers,20 differential proteins were identified in the plasmas of the HCC patients, among which 18 protein expressions were up-regulated and 2 down-regulated.In the sera of the cancer patients,23 differential proteins were identified, among which 17 protein expressions were up-regulated and 6 down-regulated.Tumor necrosis factor-inducible protein TSG-14 and FADD protein were both identified in the plasmas and sera of the cancer patients. Conclusion:The differential proteins, including RING finger protein 34,Wilms’tumor 1-associating protein,CD147 antigen,Tumor necrosis factor-inducible protein TSG-14 from plasmas group and Protein kinase NYD-SP9,Tumor necrosis factor receptor super family member 19 precursor,Histone-binding protein RBBP4,FADD protein,26S protease regulatory subunit p28,CD82 antigen,Autophagy protein 5 from sera group may be used as markers for HCC in blood.
