OBJECTIVE:To realize the compatibility monitoring of the medical order drugs.METHODS:Taking advan?tage of PC's speedy search and huge storage,“Drug Compatibility Monitoring System”was developed by PowerBuilder6.5and which was inserted into order entry system.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:This system can offer a rapid,comprehensive and accurate support for the drug compatibility monitoring of the medical order drugs,and it has a positive practical importance in increasing the curative effectiveness and lessening the incidence of adverse drug reaction.

a-conotoxin is a kind of marine neurotoxins. It has a particular chemical structure and can bind specificilly to acetylcholine receptor. This article deals with the types, structural characters,biological activities and preparation methods of a-conotoxin and briefly introduces potential applications in the aspects of biochemistry, biology and new drugs research.
3.Effect of budesonide on NK-1 receptor expression in asthmatic rat airway smooth muscle cell

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide on NK-1 receptor expression in airway smooth muscle cell (ASMC). Methods According to the random method,45 wistar rats were divided into three groups: asthmatic group, budesonide treatment group and control group. Aerosolize ovalbumin was used to make asthmatic rat model. Budesonide treatment group were given budesonide after inhaled ovalbumin. On day 21 .primary rat ASMC culture was conducted. The fourth cell passage and purified ASMC was collected for RT-PCR. The content of NK-1R was determined by real-time quantitative PCR. Data were expressed as mean±standard error (SE). The ANOVE Tukey test was carried out by using SPSS17.0 software and P<0. 05 was considered significant. Results As compared with that of asthmatic group(1.1687±0.1356),NK-1R mRNA in therapy group( 1.0820 ±0. 1146) decreased significantly (P <0.05) ,but remained still higher than that of control group(1.034 7±0.2503) (P<0. 05). Conclusion NK-1R may be involved in the pathogenesis of asthma. Budesonide may down-regulate the expression of the NK-1R mRNA in the airway smooth muscle cell, which may inhibit inflammation in asthmatic attacks.

6.Effect of acupuncture Zusanli on brain functional magnetic resonance imaging

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture Zusanli on brain functional magnetic resonance imaging.Methods 96 healthy volunteers were randomly divided into acupoint group and non-acupoint group.The acupoint group received acupuncture Zusanli,and the non-acupoint group received manipulation,acupuncture and sham acupuncture.The functional brain imaging was determined by MRI,the brain functional images were compared between two groups.Results All subjects were matched with the end of the experiment,the acupoint group received acupoint stimulation,had obvious needling sensation,the non-acupoint group had mild needling sensation.The acupoint group activated 13 brain regions,non-acupoint group in 10 brain regions,the thalamus,pons,supramarginal gyrus in non-acupoint group without the activation.In the basal ganglia (28 cases vs.5cases) and temporal lobe (38cases vs.21cases) between the two groups were activated,the difference was statistically significant(x2 =36.250,P < 0.05).In the temporal lobe,the left hemisphere response rate(73.68%) was significantly higher than the right hemisphere (36.84%),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =8.265,P < 0.05).In the basal ganglia,left hemisphere activation (67.86%) was higher than that of the right hemisphere(42.86%),but the difference was not statistically significant (x2 =0.724,P > 0.05).Conclusion The research of acupuncture by brain functional magnetic resonance imaging showed that Zusanli acupoint can activate the brain function area through brain regulation and treatment of body organs,so as to prove the existence of its own and meridian sensing characteristics.
7.Effect of acupoint injection of Xingnaojing injection on the intelligence development and hemorheology in children with mental retarded cerebral palsy

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint injection of Xingnaojing injection on the intelligence development and hemorheology in children with mental retarded cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral palsy complicated with mental retardation were selected from March 2015 to January 2017 in Anyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods,thirty cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and rehabilitation training;based on these,the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of Xingnaojing injection.The developmental quotient (DQ) was calculated by the children's neuropsychological development scale.The therapeutic effects,intelligence and haemorheology improvement of patients in the two groups were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in DQ score between the two groups before treatment (t =0.545,P > 0.05).The DQ score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment in the two groups (t =9.386,10.057;P < 0.05).The DQ score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment (t =3.641,P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in hemorheological indexes between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05).The high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,platelet adhesion rate and fibrinogen level after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups (P < 0.05).The high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,platelet adhesion rate and fibrinogen level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment (P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the control group and observation group was 66.67% (20/30) and 90.00% (27/30) respectively,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (x2 =4.812,P < 0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of Xingnaojing injection can significantly improve the intelligence,hemorheology and therapeutic effect in children with cerebral palsy complicated with mental retardation.
8.NEUROTOXICITY OF ROTENONE ON DOPAMINERGIC NEURONS IN CULTURED SLICES OF THE MIDBRAIN IN THE RAT

Objective To investigate the early neurotoxicity of rotenone on dopaminergic neurons and explore an ideal tissue model. Methods A long-term midbrain slice culture system of SD pup was established according to the interface tissue culture method.After rotenone was added for some time,its toxic effects on the whole slices and the dopaminergic neurons were identified through the measurements of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) released into the medium from the slices and dopamine(DA) content from the cultured tissue,as well as the observations of immunohistochemistry for tyrosine hydroxylase(TH). Results In those cultures exposed to rotenone for 24 h,the level of DA in tissue dramatically decreased with the concentrations rising.The processes of TH-positive neurons in slices demonstrated some morphological changes,such as appearance of string of beads,reduce of numbers and even disappearance.The content of dopamine in tissue was dominantly decreased with 5 nmol/L rotenone for 14 days,although its cellular morphology was not seen to change.Conclusion Long-time stable midbrain slice culture system has been set up successfully.The neurotoxicity of rotenone on the whole slices and dopaminergic neurons shows a dose-dependent manner.The functional damages on the neurons may be earlier than their morphological changes,of which the injury in the processes of neurons seems to be an early characteristic.
9.Radionuclide brain imaging and diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease

Diagnosis of early Alzheimer's disease (AD) is still a clinical challenge,growing evidence indicated radionu-elide neuroimaging, especially positron emission computed tomography (PET), would be promising for the diagnosis of early AD. Studies showed reduction of cerebral blood flow and glucose metabolism occurring at the parietotemporal lobes of AD patients at the early stage. A study showed that PET detected AD with an accuracy greater than 90% 2. 5 years earlier than clinical diagnostic methods using electroencephalography, structural imaging studies and so on. Recent investigation aimed at senile plaques (SPs) and neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) that were hallmark pathologies accompanying the neurodegeneration involved in AD. Some researchers used 2-(l-(6-[(2-18F]fluoroethyl) (methyl)amino]-2-naphthyl)ethylidene) malononitrile (C18F]FDDNP) , in conjunction with PET to determine the localization and load of NFTs and SPs in the brains of living AD patients. Monitoring SPs and NFTs development is expected to facilitate diagnostic of AD patients and assist in response-monitoring during experimental treatments.
10.Cognitive Status and Promotion Path of Physicians' Professionalism among Medical Personnel

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of physicians' professionalism,to understand the cognitive status and changes of professional responsibility and put forward the corresponding strategy.Methods:The satisfaction and cognitive status of physicians'professionalism were investigated using the self-designed questionnaire that adapted to medical staff,and the data was analyzed using statistical software SPSS19.0.Results:It showed that the satisfaction with the job itself was quite high.But they thought that the work risk was high,their own value was difficult to realized,and the professionalism was lack of cultivation.Conclusions:It suggests to put forward measures and suggestions from the perspective of system reform,vocational education,hospital culture,social atmosphere,decision-making of doctors and patients together.
