Objective To investigate the effect of intralesional lauromacrogol therapy on infantile hemangioma.Methods 30 cases all received intralesional injection of lauromacrogol.The changes of tumor size,texture and color were monitored and recorded.The adverse effects after medication were observed and managed accordingly.The adverse effects after medication were observed.The times of treatment were determined according to degree of reduction of tumor volume.To assess the efficacy,a 4 scales system was adopted.Results All patients had completed the treatment and followup.The overall response was scale Ⅰ in 2 cases (6.7 ％),scale Ⅱ efficacy in 4 patients (13.3 ％),scale Ⅲ efficacy in 5 cases (16.7 ％) and scale Ⅳ in 19 cases (63.3 ％).The smaller the tumor,the fewer the times of treatment,and the better the results.The effects of treatment were better if patient could be treated by intralesional lauromacrogol therapy in early stage.No severe adverse effects were observed during 6 months of follow-up.Conclusions Intralesional injection of lauromacrogol sclerotherapy is a safe and effective way to treat infantile hemangioma.

Objective To study the effect of transgelin-2 expression on biological characteristics of colon cancer cells.Methods RT-PCR and Western blot were used to observe mRNA and protein expression of transgelin-2 in five colon cancer cell lines,screen for cell line with lower transgetin-2 expression;Transient transfection was performed to establish over-expression of transgelin-2 colon cancer cell line;The effect of transgelin-2 over-expression on the proliferation,apoptosis and the ability of migration and invasion of colon cancer cell were detected by CCK-8,low cytometric analysis and transwell method respectively.Results There was no statistical difference in proliferation and apoptosis in colon cancer cells with transgelin-2 over-expression compared with the controls;Enhanced ability of migration and invasion was found in colon cancer cells with transgelin-2 over-expression.After 15 hours culture in serum free medium,more transgelin-2 over-expressed colon cancer cells went through the transwell chamber bottom mnembrane than that in control group and empty vector transfected group 207 ±62 vs.114 ±29 vs.120 ±26,F =7.302,P ＜0.05).After 24 hours,the differences remained statistically significant (179 ± 32 vs.95 ± 33 vs.95 ± 28,F =10.960,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Transgelin-2 enhances migration and invasion ability of colon cancer cells.

OBJECTIVETo analyze the perioperative complications of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.

METHODSFrom June 2009 to December 2011, 63 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture underwent PKP, there were 18 males and 45 females with an average age of 75.3 years ( ranged, 62 to 91). All patients with severe back pain and without neurological symptoms and signs, which were confirmed by X-ray and MRI. Among them,there were 63 cases with severe osteoporosis, 37 cases with hypertension, 10 with coronary artery disease, 29 with anemia, 26 with diabetes, 11 with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and 8 with gastritis and peptic ulcer. The common perioperative complications were retropectively reviewed.

RESULTSPreoperative complications occured in 9 cases (14.3%), including hypostatic pneumonia (1 case), electrolyte disturbances (2 cases), urinary tract infection (2 cases), moderate anemia(2 cases),electrolyte disturbances combined with moderate anemia (1 case), hypostatic pneumonia combined with delirium (1 case). Intraoperative and postoperative. complications occurred in 17 cases (26.9%), there were bone cement correlated complications in 9 cases (14.3%), in which 2 cases of toxic reaction of bone cement and 7 cases of leakage (2 cases had clinical symptoms); there were non-bone cement correlated complications in 3 cases (4.8%), in which 1 case of focal hematoma caused by paracentesis, 1 case of transient nerve injury, 1 case of left intercostal neuralgia;there were transient hyperpathia in 5 cases after operation. All complications result in no severe consequence after treatment.

CONCLUSIONPerioperative complications of percutaneous kyphoplasty are not uncommon,however,these complications may not cause serious consequence after active treatment,so prevention and treatment are important for it.

OBJECTIVETo study the correlation between various complications of chronic heart failure (CHF) patients and Chinese medical syndromes, thus indicating distribution laws of Chinese medical syndromes in various complications of CHF patients.

METHODSChinese medical syndrome typing was performed in 630 CHF patients by cross-sectional study of the demographic data, history of present diseases, related information on Chinese medical four diagnostic methods, and the distribution of complications. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the correlation of various complications of CHF patients and Chinese medical syndromes.

RESULTSIn this study, recruited were common complications such as hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia, hyperlipemia, and cerebral vascular accident, and so on. Main syndromes were sequenced as qi deficiency syndrome, blood stasis syndrome, water retention syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm turbid syndrome, yang deficiency syndrome. Results of Logistic regression analysis indicated that correlation existed between common complications and Chinese medical syndromes. In CHF complicated hypertension patients, Logistic regression analysis showed qi deficiency syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome were negatively correlated with hypertension (P < 0.05). In CHF complicated diabetes patients, Logistic regression analysis showed phlegm turbid syndrome and water retention syndrome were positively correlated with diabetes (P < 0.05). In CHF complicated arrhythmia patients, there was no statistical difference in the distribution of each syndrome (P > 0.05). In CHF complicated hyperlipemia patients, Logistic regression analysis showed qi deficiency syndrome and water retention syndrome were negatively correlated with hyperlipemia (P < 0.05), while blood stasis syndrome, yin deficiency syndrome, and phlegm turbid syndrome were positively correlated with hyperlipemia (P < 0.01). In CHF complicated cerebral vascular accident patients, Logistic regression analysis showed qi deficiency syndrome and yang deficiency syndrome were negatively correlated with cerebral vascular accident (P < 0.01, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONSThere existed certain correlations between complications of CHF and the distribution of main Chinese medical syndromes. It could be used as guidance for treating CHF and its various complications by Chinese medicine and pharmacy.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of asthma and inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) in children on the final adult height.

METHODSA search was performed to collect studies evaluating the relationship between asthma and ICS in children and the final adult height in PubMed, BCI, EMbase, Web of Science, CNKI and Wanfang databases, then a systemic review and Meta analysis were conducted.

RESULTSSix studies evaluating the relationship between childhood asthma and the final adult height were enrolled. Three of them indicated that the final adult height was not influenced by childhood asthma. Two of them suggested a mild effect, and the effect was correlated with severity of childhood asthma. One of them indicated that a lower final adult height related to childhhod asthma was found only in black females without a high school education. Four studies evaluating the relationship between ICS and the final adult height were included. Compared with the non-ICS treatment group, healthy control group and the target height, ICS treatment had no effects on the final adult height.

CONCLUSIONSChildhood asthma does not or only mildly decrease the final adult height. ICS treatment does not significantly affect the final adult height.

Objective: To study the application of multiple row spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of inferior vena cava lesions in Budd Chiari syndrome (BCS) and its clinical value. Methods: Eighty patients with BCS admitted to the Central Hospital of Shan County from May 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups by digital grouping method, with 40 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound, and the study group was diagnosed by multi-slice CT.The pathological changes, tissue contrast of inferior vena cava and hepatic vein and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of inferior vena cava obstruction were compared between the two groups. Results: The pathological diagnosis rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ²=4.562, 4.695, 4.125, 5.124, all P<0.05). The contrast of inferior vena cava and hepatic vein tissues in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (t=12.897, 13.214, all P<0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of the diagnosis of inferior vena cava occlusion in the study group were higher than those in the control group (the control group: 91.2%, 98.6%, 97.3%, 80.3%, the study group: 100.0%, 99.5%, 98.2%, 100.0%, χ²=11.897, 10.214, 11.235, 13.564, all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of MSCT in the diagnosis of BCS-inferior vena cava lesions, can display the lesions comprehensively and intuitive guidance in the treatment of inferior vena cava lesions, has high diagnostic value, it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.

The effects of streptozotocin-induced diabetes or long-term glyburide administration on mRNA levels of components of ATP-sensitive potassium channel(SUR1,SUR2,Kir6.2)in rat brain were observed. Streptozotocin-induced diabetes itself did not affect the mRNA levels of SUR1,SUR2,and Kir6.2 in the brain, and glyburide-treatment increased the Kir6.2 mRNA level in brain by 23% in non-diabetic rats than those in normal control but did not change SUR1 and SUR2 levels.The effects of glyburide on SUR1,SUR2 and Kit6.2 mRNA levels did not manifest in brain of diabetic rats.

OBJECTIVEIn order to investigate the characterization of mother to children transmission, the sequences of HBV were analyzed to offer the information about the effect of interrupt.

METHODSThe sera of 75 mother with positive HBsAg are collected from 2003, and the ELISA was performed to determine the HBV infection of the child. The Large S sequence of HBV including preS and S gene are amplified and sequenced. The genotype was determined with the standard genotype sequence. The mutation ratios of group successfully interrupted and failed compared.

RESULTSThe sera of 4 pairs mother-children were HBsAg positive, including one twins. The virus genes are successful amplified. Four of HBV genotype is B and one is C. Gene of twins has mutation of T143M. 43 HBV of successfully interrupted group were sequenced. There are 37 of genotype B and 6 of genotype C. Three have the mutation in "a" dominant, and the percentage is 7%.

CONCLUSIONMost failed interrupted child have the same sequence with their mother, and the ratio is higher than the mother of successful group, however there have no statistical significance.
