Objective To compare the difference between traditional model teaching method and the system of internal circulation system with high simulation of the teaching method of the teaching method of the arm of the arm of the intravenous infusion in children.Methods The research objects were taken as the research object,and the model of the arm of the 2013 students in Kunming college was taken as the research object,and the traditional model was the control group.The difference between the two groups were compared between the 100 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group's practice skill score (87.8 ± 6.9) points was higher than that in the control group (78.5 ± 7.4) (P ＜0.05);the teaching cost (2.64 ± 0.4 yuan) was higher than that in the control group (12.89 ± 0.6 yuan) (P ＜0.05);the success rate of puncture in the study group 82.8％ was higher than that in the control group (62.3％) (P ＜0.05) Conclusion The internal circulation system of high simulation of pediatric intravenous infusion arm model teaching method in basic nursing practice teaching can improve the teaching effect,the students teaching goal,and mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning.

Objective:To explore the relationship between tobacco smoking and liver cancer risk.Methods:Cohort studies of cigarette smoking and risk of liver cancer were identified by searching MEDLINE and CBM databases from January 1989 to September 2009. Results from individual studies were combined synthetically by Meta analysis using R software and Meta package. Results:A total of 19 articles were included in our analysis. The cohort totally included 3 023 558 followed-up persons and 9 525 cases of liver cancer patients. The pooled relative risk (RR) of liver cancer was 1.49 (95%CI: 1.17-1.92) for smokers compared with non-smokers. The results showed a statistically moderate association between tobacco smoking and the risk of liver cancer. Subgroup analysis indicated that the pooled RRs for smoking were 1.53(95%CI : 1.29-1.83)for male smokers and 1.70(95%CI :1.17-2.48)for female smokers, respectively.Conclusion:Tobacco smoking is a risk factor for liver cancer in both males and females.

BACKGROUND:A new open“C”-shaped molar band with nanocoating (patent number:ZL201110057699.1) has been invented to overcome some weakness of traditional bands and buccal tubes, which is used for molar fixation. OBJECTIVE:Using three-dimension finite element analysis software to theoretical y prove that the new band comes up to clinic requirement. METHODS:We established a finite element model of alveolar bone-tooth-band, and node domains tensile and shear loading were given. Stress distribution of the new bands through numerical simulation was predicted and calculated. Simulation of 20 N orthodontic force was applied in medial direction, distal direction and vertical direction in the three-dimensional model of a new band buccal tube and traditional band, to analyze the stress state in different directions under the force of the binder. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:By numerical simulation of three-dimensional finite element, the stress of the new band was higher than that of the traditional band, but it could not reach the clinical cracking limit of resin reinforced glass ionomer cement. So the new band could theoretical y satisfy the clinical requirements.

Objective To summarize ultrasonograph changes and to investigate the diagnositic value of ultrasonography in pa‐tients with thrombophlebitis in superficial dorsal vein of penis .Methods The ultrasonograph finding and clinical data in 19 patients with thrombophlebitis in superficial dorsal veins of penis diagnosed by clinic were retrospective analyed .Results Compared with normal volunteers ,the internal diameter of patients′venae dorsales penis superficiales were significantly widened (P<0 .01) .Low level echoes were found in superficial dorsal vein of penis and showed strip ,arborization ,semiring and circular shape .It mainly hap‐pened in root segment(63 .2% ,12/19) ,and coronary sulcus was the second one(26 .3% ,5/19) .There were no significant difference in left and right side (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Ultrasonograph was a practicable way to examine dorsal veins of penis and an effec‐tive way for the diagnosis of thrombosis ,which could accurately diagnose thrombophlebitis in superficial dorsal veins of penis .

Objective To study the effect of high soluble oxygen fluid (HSOF) therapy on the expression of serum matrix metallop roteinases-9 (MMP-9) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). This study is designed to obtain recombinant human acetylcholinesterase (rhAChE) and apply it in screening acetylcholinesterase inhibitors. The rhAChE was overexpressed in HEK293 cells transfected by plasmid of pCMV-AChE with the cationic liposome and rhAChE was found to be secreted into cell culture medium. AChE activity was assayed according to modified Ellman method to obtain kinetic parameters. IC so50 values for donepezil compounds of rhAChE were calculated to determine their activities of inhibition. The results showed that Km value was 151.9 micromol.L-1 donepezil inhibited rhAChE in a mixed competitive-noncompetitive way (Ki= 16.03 nmol.L-1, Ki = 18.36 nmol.L-1) and that most new compounds tested exhibited high activities of inhibition on rhAChE. The study suggests that rhAChE is available to be applied in screening AChE inhibitors in vitro.
