Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(04):-
Cohesion is a degree that reflects the mutual attractions among the members in a group and pays attention to the status of members. It is association and distillation of all members'will and behavior extension in a group. The intensity of the group cohesion is the important symbol whether a group is competitive or not,and it plays an important role in the survival and the development of a group. This paper starts with the group cohesions of teachers in higher institutions and analyses the factors that affect the group cohesion in higher institution,On this basis, the paper puts forward the tactics in improving the group cohesion of higher institution.
2.From the qi annotation in Xiaozhenjie to qi view in the ancient time.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(4):425-427
Xiaozhenjie (Miraculous Pivot Chapter 3: Annotation of Fine Needle) is the earliest annotation of Jiuzhen Shieryuan (Miraculous Pivot Chapter 1: Nine Needles and Twelve Yuan-Primary Acupoints). There are particularly 24 annotations of qi in the chapter. Based on the original literature, the styles of qi annotationsl were divided into three categories. By comparing with the original text, semantic features of qi annotations were reasoned. In reference to the understandings and notes of qi annotations given by the scholars of different dynasties, the origin of qi connotation in the ancient time was clarified so as to provide the historical evidence to the for-mation of this unique "qi language" and "qi worldview". It presents the instructive significance to understand and interpret "qi" for the scholars in the modern time.

3.Original meaning of ashi and derivation of ashi point.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(2):197-199
The accurate annotation of ashi points depends on the understanding of ashi. The main reasons for the divergence of current three viewpoints on the annotation of ashi are the literature basis and its different interpretations. By conducting a comprehensive collection of ancient and modern literature and analyzing different interpretation methods, the original meaning of ashi is studied, so as to explain the understanding of ashi points and ashi method.

The content of 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl is the highest, being 13.55 %,which had also been found in the same family. Conclusion 2-Pentadecanone,6,10,14-trimethyl can be used for the identification of the same family.
5.Comparison of three types of eye care for preventing exposure keratopathy in the Intensive Care Unit
International Eye Science 2011;11(5):757-759
AIM:To compare the efficacy of three types of eye care (artificial tear, moist chamber and polyethylene covers) for preventing exposure keratopathy in intensive care patients.METHODS: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patients were randomly divided to three treatment groups, including artificial tear group(29 cases), moist chamber group (27 cases) and polyethylene covers group (28 cases). Patients in artificial tear group received two drops of carboxymethylcellulose dropped to each eye every 2 hours. The moist chamber and polyethylene covers groups were changed every 12 hours or as needed if they became unclean or torn. Corneal fluorescein stain was performed daily.RESULTS:No one in the polyethylene covers group and one case(4%) in the moist chamber group had exposure keratopathy compared to 8 cases (28%) in the artificial tear group. There were statistical significance differences between both artificial tear group and moist chamber group (P=0.02), artificial tear group and polyethylene covers group (P=0.003). Everyday time of eye care in the artificial tear group, the moist chamber group and the polyethylene covers group was respectively 26.69±2.39, 35.33±2.63 and 7.48±0.87 minutes. Everyday time of eye care in the polyethylene covers group was statistically more time-saving than that in the artificial tear group (P<0.01) and the moist chamber group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Polyethylene covers are more effective and time-saving in reducing the incidence of corneal damage in intensive care patients.
6. Preparation of coumarin 6 micelles and uptake and transport study of micelles across epithelial cell monolayer
Chinese Pharmaceutical Journal 2014;49(10):858-863
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the uptake and transport properties of micelles across Madin Darby canine kidney (MD-CK) cells. METHODS: Coumarin 6 loaded PEG-PLA (PEG3000-PLA3000) micelles were prepared by solvent evaporation method, and the HPLC determination method of coumarin 6 was constructed. Competition uptake of blank micelles with coumarin 6 micelles was studied. Temperature and inhibitors effect on transport of micelles across MDCK cell monolayer were studied, the concentration of Ca and EGTA were also studied. RESULTS: Coumarin 6 micelles could be internalized into cells very quickly, and the uptake of micelles could be inhibited by blank micelles. The transport of micelles was affected by temperature and inhibitors, which means that this process is an active and energy-dependent process. The concentration of Ca2+ and EGTA could affect the transport of the micelles, which means micelles could transport across the cell monolayer via paracellular pathway. The amount of transported coumarin 6 micelles was rather limited compared with coumarin 6 micelles added to the apical side. CONCLUSION: Micelles transport across MDCK cell monolayer via both paracellular and transcellular pathway at the same time.
7. Rapid Detection of Acetylbritannilactone from Inula britannica in Plasma of Rats by Online Sweeping-Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatography
Chinese Herbal Medicines 2015;6(1):53-57
Objective: To establish a rapid method for detecting acetylbritannilactone (ABL) by online sweeping-micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) and to elevate the sensitivity of the detection. Methods: The combination of online sweeping technique with MEKC was used to determine the content of ABL in the extract of Inula britannica in plasma of rats. Results: ABL was completely separated within 15 min in running buffer and sample buffer. The optimal conditions were as follows: on uncoated fused quartz silica capillary, with separation voltage of 23 kV, capillary temperature of 25 °C, and detection wavelength of 195 nm. The regression equations revealed good linear relationships between the peak area and concentration of ABL (r = 0.998), with the detection limits of 0.005-0.15 mg/mL. The relative standard deviations of migration time and peak areas for intra- and inter-batch were < 2.45% and < 2.26%, respectively. The recovery rate of this method was 96.3%-97.2%. Conclusion: This method provides some advantages in separation speed, testing sensitivity, and operating convenience, with low sample and reagent consumption. The online sweeping-MEKC is an effective method for pharmacokinetic study and analysis on tracing biological samples. © 2014 Tianjin Press of Chinese Herbal Medicines.
