Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2015;(1):4-7
Objective This article aims to provide mechanisms and recent developments of molecular biology pertaining to re-sistance of Enterococci, providing rapid approaches for detecting resistant strains. Methods This article reviewed recent lit-eratures on resistance of Enterococci and a systemic analysis was conducted. Results Common detecting methods include polymerase chain reaction (PCR),pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE),multilocus sequence typing (MLST)and South-ern blot. There also exist less widely-used methods such as pyrosequencing and genechip technique, which may prove effi-cient in some aspects. Conclusion Every method has its advantages and disadvantages. This article discussed how to utilize these methods to achieve their maximum capabilities.
2.The Role of 16-slice Spiral CT Pulmonary Angiography in Diagnosing Pulmonary Embolism
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 16-slice Spiral CT pulmonary angiography(16-SCTPA) in diagnosing pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods 13 patients suspected with PE were examined with 16-slice spiral CT pulmonary angiography. The volume data of all patients were reconstructed with the 3D techniques including multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP),and CT features were analysed. Results In 13 patients,58 thrombosed pulmonary arterial branches were displayed by CT-PA,including 3 main pulmonary arteriae,18 lobar arteriae,22 segmental vessels,15 subsegmental or sub-subsegmental arteriae. Conclusion 16-slice Spiral CT pulmonary angiography is non-invasive,fast,and highly accurate method,it would be the modality of choice for the diagnosis of PE.

Sixty-three morphological traits from 743 specimens of the 41 taxa within the cultivated Lonicera japonica were observed and measured, such as the height of plants, the length of leaf, the width of leaf, the length of anther, the alabastrum's number of one branch, the color of alabastrum and so on. A numerical taxonomy is presented by using the cluster analysis, principal components analysis (PCA) and factor analysis. Sixteen of 63 characters were screened by means of PCA and used for cluster analysis of 41 taxa with the method of Ward linkage and average euclidean distance. The cluster analysis showed that the 41 taxa could be divided into 5 groups when the Euclidean distance coefficient was 11.84. The factor analysis indicated that the shape of leaf, color of alabastrum, the pilosity and color of twiggery were of significance for the cultivated L. japonica classification. The results of this study will be a base for the core collection and breeding of L. japonica.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(3):390-394
We collected 22 cultivated population of Lonicera japonica from 17 areas. The characteristics of non-glandular hairs were observed and measured by the scanning electron microscopy. The principal components analysis and correlation analysis were conduct based on length and density of L. japonica. The results showed a significant negative correlation between length and density of non-glandular hairs, and the characteristics of non-glandular was not corrrelated significantly with latitude. The correlation results indicated that the density was a key to separate "Damaohua" and "Jizhuahua". The contribution of climate and soil was important to the cultivated population. This reminded that the characteristics of non-glandular hairs were affected by environmental and genetic interaction.

Objective:To regulate operation requirement for electric instrument using in surgery and eliminate hidden danger so as to ensure their safety in using. Methods: Through discussed the regulation of operative process for electric instrument using in surgery to develop a insulation detector which can adapt the particular case of hospital, and then to carry out relevant management for this kind of electric instrument. Results: The simplest insulation monitoring method got best reliable data, and it provide accuracy basis for clinical electric instrument. Therefore, it ensured the safety of clinical application of electric instrument. Conclusion: The special insulation monitor detects electric instrument in surgery has series of merits including low investment, fast detection and reliable performance, it not only can ensure the safety of surgery but also can provide traceable basis for preventing relevant medical dispute.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the practical value tumor from nasopharynxl and the base of nasal cavity . Methods 12 patients , among these 5 cases suffered from the tumor of the base of nasal cavity and 7 from nasopharynx , were treated from January 2001 to January 2005 . After general anesthesia the tumors were incised by hard palate approach , and the preoperative selective intraarterial embolization were used in three nasopharyngeal tumors, and The controlled hypotension were used during surgery ifnecessary. Results Two malignant tumors were changed the type of surgery after the operation quick freeze pathologic examination. The mucosal flaps of other 10 cases survived and the function of phonation、swallowing、respiration and mastication were normal. The patients remained free of disease after follow-up period of over 1 year. Conclusions The endoscopic managent of resection tumor of nasopharynxl and the base of nasal cavity by hard palate approach have great advantage to traditional hard palate approach.

Objective To observe the effect of bronchial asthma in rats treated by Chuanzhuping,a prescription which has the function of dispersing lung Qi and invigorating spleen Qi,and explore its possible mechanism.Method Thirty-two male Wistar rats of SPF level were divided into four groups randomly:control group(A),asthma group(B),Dexamethasone group(C) and Xiaozhuping group(D).Except group A,the others were established animal model of asthma. After drawing materials, hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining were performed. The pathological changes in bronchopulmonary tissue of rats were detected. The basementmembrane perimeter(Pbm),the airwaywall area(Wat) and the smooth musclewall area(Wam) were measured and calculated by using image analysis system. The concentration of transforming growth factor-?1(TGF-?1) in bronchopulmonary tissue was observed by immunohistochemical method and the integral optical density(IOD values) of it was measured. Results In bronchopulmonary tissue of group B,Wat,Wam and the concentration of TGF-?1 increased, and were significantly different from that in group A(P0.05).In group D,the concentration of TGF-?1 decreased and was significantly different from that in group C(P

Objective To dump and recover the expired data in No.1 Military Medical Project, avoiding the waste of large amount of storage space and improving the operation performance of hospital information system. Methods After clearing the backup table, the data from the original table backup was put into the backup table. The data was unloaded from the backup table to a file, and then the file was saved. The data in the original table was deleted, but it could be restored to the table when needed, and the corresponding data could be obtained through the application program. Results The storage space was enlarged after data dump. Conclusion The dump of the expired data can make data management more scientific and hospital information system run more smoothly.
