Dried roots and rhizomes of Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen) are among the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines in clinic. The material basis for its efficacy mainly includes hydrophobic tanshinones and hydrophilic salvianolic acids. The traditional effects of Danshen are "removing stasis and relieving pain, activating blood to promote menstruation, clearing heart fire and tranquilization". According to modern pharmacological studies, Danshen and its main components have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective effect. Recent studies showed that Danshen and its main components also demonstrated protective effects on liver injury models induced by carbon tetrachloride, D-galactosamine, acetaminophen and alcohol. In this paper, the hepatoprotective effect and mechanism of Danshen were summarized and studied.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(4):257-261
OBJECTIVE:
To observe the chemical groups changing in rat kidney with regard to fatal hyperthermia by Fourier transform infrared microspectroscopy (FTIR-MSP) and to provide a new method to diagnose fatal hyperthermia.
METHODS:
Rats were sacrificed by hyperthermia, brainstem injury, massive hemorrhage and asphyxiation and divided into groups. The renal samples were dissected immediately after death. The data of infrared spectroscopy in glomerulus were measured by FTIR-MSP.
RESULTS:
The absorbances of 3290, 3070, 2850, 1540 and 1396 cm(-1) significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the ratios of Al650/A3290 and A1650/A1540 significantly decreased (P < 0.05) in group of hyperthermia.
CONCLUSION
FTIR-MSP can analyze the changes of chemical groups of kidney as an auxiliary diagnosis for discriminating hyperthermia with other causes of death.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2012;18(14):1696-1698
Objective To establish the management moved forward mechanism of detail problem in disinfection supply room,so as to achieve the purpose of the process control. Methods Management moved forward mechanism was established, such as finding problem, recording detail problem, discussing details problem, and tracing back to the effect in disinfection supply room.Deviation situation, efficiency targets of job quality, clinic satisfaction were compared before and after the management mechanism implemented. Results Compared before and after the management moved forward mechanism implemented in disinfection supply room, decontamination area deviation were cases (78 vs 12),qualified cleaning were ( 175 vs 290 cases),satisfaction survey scores were (94.26 ± 1.22 vs 98.46 ± 1.67),the difference was statistically significance ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Management moved forward mechanism established in disinfection supply room can ensure the process coritrol on the details.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2006;41(8):735-737
AIMTo study the chemical constituents of Knoxia valerianoides Thorel et Pitard.
METHODSChromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical analysis and spectroscopic data.
RESULTSThree anthraguinones were isolated from K. valerianoides and identified as 1, 3, 5-trihydroxy-2-methyl-6-methoxyl-anthraguinone (kaoxiadin, I), 1, 3, 6-trihydroxy-5-ethoxylmethyl-anthraguinone (II) and 1, 3-dihydroxy-2-methylanthraguinone (rubiadin, III).
CONCLUSIONCompound II is a new anthraguinone constituent.

Objective Using CT perfusion (CTP) technique,to investigate the graft perfusion changes in patients with hepatic artery stenosis (HAS) with or without ischemic-type biliary lesions (ITBL) after orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT).Methods Thirteen recipients with HAS received CTP scan of the liver, including 8 with ITBL and 5 without ITBL.For all patients, the diagnosis of HAS was made by CTA,and the diagnosis of ITBL by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography.CT perfusion indices were obtained, including hepatic artery perfusion (HAP),portal vein perfusion (PVP),total liver perfusion (TLP) and hepatic perfusion index (HPI).Results Of the 13 patients with HAS,mean HAP in patients with and without ITBL was 59.8 and 35.1 ml·min-1 ·100 ml-1 (P =0.021,two-tailed paired Student t test) ; mean PVP was 125.4 and 166.2 ml·min-1·100 m1-1 (P =0.016) ; mean TLP was 185.2 and 201.3 ml· min-1 · 100 ml-1 (P =0.306) ; and mean HPI was 33.6 and 18.2 (P =0.005),respectively.Conclusion Using CTP technique, liver perfusion changes were reflected by measuring CTP indices noninvasively.Compared to those without ITBL in this study,HAP and HPI in patients with ITBL were higher and PVP was lower, which may be contributed to biliary inflammation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(4):586-590
BACKGROUND:Due to good function and aesthetic effect, implant dentures become prevalent in osteoporotic patients with missing teeth. However, whether osteoporosis is a contraindication of dentures as wel as effects of osteoporosis on the bone-implant integration have been not ful y understood.
OBJECTIVE:To compare the levels of alkaline phosphatase, bone mineral density and implant stability in patients with osteoporosis and non-osteoporosis, and to explore whether the osteoporotic patients can achieve good prognosis. METHODS:Forty patients undergoing implant dentures in the Department of Prosthodontics, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since February 2015 were enrol ed, and al otted to experimental (osteoporosis) and control (non-osteoporosis) groups (n=20 per group).
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The levels of salivary alkaline phosphatase, bone mineral density and initial implant stability in the experiment and control groups both were lower than those before surgery. There were significant
differences in the implant stability quotient at 1 and 3 months and immediately after implantation between groups. These results indicate that osteoporotic patients undergoing implant surgery can achieve a good prognosis that is similar with non-osteoporosis ones.
