Objective To design a private cloud storage system to guarantee intranet and internet data security and realize data sharing between multi platforms.Methods The idea and solution for building the system were proposed by analyzing the difficulty during hospital informatization.The infrastructure based on the idle computing resources in the existing virtual pool and the application platform by private cloud storage software were involved in the development of the system,and related software and hardware were integrated after adjustment and customization,and then the system came into being with easy operation and high performance-cost ratio.Results The system developed realized freely data storage and sharing,and implemented file encryption to control the applied range.Conclusion The system has the functions of malicious code scanning,cooperative office system and data auto-backup,synchronization,transmission,sharing and etc,which executes intranet and intemet data sharing based on physical isolation.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP) caused by nonfermentative bacteria in ICU.Methods Using binary logistic regression analysis,we reviewed the related risk factors of hospital acquired pneumonia caused by nonfermentative bacteria from January,2002 to May,2006 in ICU of our hospital.Results Univariate regression ana- lysis identified 22 variables associated with HAP,including age,diabetes mellitus,malignant tumor,chronic obstructive pul- monary disease (COPD),smoking,Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score,Acute Physiology and Chronic Healthy EvaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ) score.Multivariate regression analysis confirmed 6 high risk factors:aspiration,COPD,use of antacids,seda- tive agents,mechanical ventilation and tracheal intubation or tracheostomy.Conclusions Aspiration,COPD,use of antacids, sedative agents,mechanical ventilation,tracheal intubation or tracheostomy are high risk factors associated with HAP.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the genetic polymorphisms of 19 STR Loci in Shandong Han population in order to provide the genetic data for paternity testing. METHODS: The genotypes of 205 unrelated individuals in Shandong Han population were typed by Goldeneye 20A kit to get the allele frequencies and population genetic parameters of 19 STR loci. Four kits, Identifiler kit, SinoFiler kit, PowerPlex 16 kit, and Goldeneye 20A kit, were compared with each other and used in the analysis of a special paternity test case. RESULTS: The population genetic parameters of 19 STR loci in Shandong Han Population were obtained. The cumulative discrimination power (CDP) and cumulative probability of exclusion (CPE) ranked from high to low were Goldeneye 20A kit, SinoFiler kit, PowerPlex 16 kit and Identifiler kit, respectively. As duo case, the result of the real case showed that Identifiler kit had no excluding loci, and none of the SinoFiler kit, PowerPlex 16 kit or Goldeneye 20A kit could exclude fatherhood. CONCLUSION Compared with Identifiler kit, SinoFiler kit, and PowerPlex 16 kit, Goldeneye 20A kit shows the higher efficiency than the others, but is not completely satisfied for duo cases.

Objective To discuss the ultrasonographic feature and prognosis of the fetal dacryocystocele and its correlation.Methods The ultrasonographic feature of 51 patients diagnosed as dacryocystocele prenatally by sonography were retrospectively analyzed.All fetus were followed up to induced labor or 6 months after birth.The correlation between the size and the gestational age were analyzed by correlation analysis method and compared the fetal prognosis adopt U test.Results The incidence of dacryocystocele diagnosed prenatally by ultrasound was about 0.47‰.The diagnosis was established by the detection of a cystic lesion in relation to the medial and inferior aspects of the fetal orbit.Unilateral dacryocystoceles were more often found than bilateral,and left more than right.The maximum diameter range from 2.0 mm to 12.0 mm,average (5.9 ± 2.2)mm.There is no correlation between cyst size and gestational age.Prognosis of isolated nasolacrimal duct cyst is good.Conclusions The fetal dacryocystocele have typical ultrasonographic feature,Ultrasound is a rapid and reliable method which can be used for diagnosis of dacryocystocele prenatally and follow-up after birth.

Transient receptor potential cation channel 6 (TRPC6) is a member of the transient receptor superfamily encoded by the TRPC6 gene and is widely expressed in tissues and organs of the human body, especially in the glomerular podocytes. TRPC6 interacts with various slit diaphragm (SD) proteins including podocin, nephrin, ACTN4, and CD2AP to maintain the normal structure and function of glomerular podocytes. Foot process fusion caused by podocyte damage due to various factors is the most important morphological change in kidney disease. This article reviews the biological function of TRPC6 and its effect on kidney disease.

Objective　To investigate the mechanism affecting on permeability of vascular endothelial cell by nitric oxide (NO). Methods　Series concentration of sin-1（a donor of NO） were added to ECV 304, a cell line of human umbilical vein endothelium. Cell growth and expression of f-actin, a cytoskeleton protein were observed. Results　Cell growth was inhibited with a dose from 6.25 to 100 μmol/L and was caused to death at the concentration of 50 to 100 μmol/L by sin-1. The expression of f-actin was suppressed obviously after cultured with 100 μmol/L sin-1 for 4 hours. Conclusion　It suggests that anomaly increased NO can increase permeability of blood vessels by suppressing the expression of f-actin, inhibiting cell growth or even resulting in cell death.
